Description of Work: Mark actually did three separate home surveys for me (Inspection, Wind Mitigation, Four Point, and Termite). He even did two on the same day. Mark's deliverables were clear and professional, exactly what I would expect based on the recommendations he's received on Angie's List. Would definitely use his company again.

Description of Work: Engaged Mark to do a home inspection for a house we are buying. We were on a tight time frame and I found Waypoint via Angie's List. He was very prompt, professional and pleasant in all interactions. Mark scheduled the complete home inspection (house, wind and termites) four business days following our in initial discussion. Work was performed as agreed. I wasn't there but my real estate agent was there and she was equally impressed. Received the report that night and had quick follow-up the following day. Report was extensive and professional. This could not have been a better client experience.

Description of Work: Mark is a highly recommend professional. and was early for the appointment. He is an expert in all areas and very thorough. When testing the air conditioning the outside temperature was not sufficient. He returned when the weather was warm enough to test the air-conditioning without additional charge.

Description of Work: Mark performed an inspection for us in Coral Springs, FL. He was on time, he actually arrived before we did, and he did a great job. His personality make the process go much smoother. In addition, I intially contacted him with short notice and he was willing to accomodate us.
