Gave ideas on how to do it, which I have already received from non pool people and family, did not realize that the slide worked on the back pressure of jets located in the pool. I discovered this myself by cutting the line and running a hose into the line which led to the water coming out of the jets. I replaced the jets with new ones which had the eyeball in them. The slide then started to receive water. You would think that someone who deals with pools on a daily basis would have known this.

Adam came on time and gave me the best estimate and told me what exactly my pool needed.

The Palm Beach Pool Doctor has being cleaning my pool for a little over a year.From previous experience I realize that it is hard to find a company that will do a good job,but it is harder to keep doing a good job.That is what The Palm Beach Pool Doctor is doing keeping the quality of their job.

We bought a one off pool service as we had just bought a home with a pool in the area. Adam was great, really knowledgeable and went over our whole system thoroughly checking everything out - better than a pool inspection!!! He added a lot of chemicals to the pool to get it into shape and within two days it was beautiful and clear. Before he came I thought it looked good, but wow - it looks like a different pool now, so clear!! We are having his monthly service because he seems like a great guy and is certainly very knowledgeable

Adam and his associate Omar arrived on time, listened to my concerns about the pool (neglected pool in house we just purchased), and got right to work. Adam did a complete system inspection. We have never owned a home with a pool, so he explained in detail what needed to be done to bring the pool back to being used. Adam did a great job of bringing this old and neglected pool back to life. It looks like a brand new pool. I can't wait to start using it. I decided to higher Adam to service the pool on a monthly basis. I highly recommend Adam and West Palm Beach Pool Doctors, Inc.

Adam's schedule was full and he could not meet my needed timeline. He gave me a referral, (which didn't work out due to my northern Palm Beach location). I would definitely call Adam, again, when I have another heater problem.

Adam was very responsive. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable. I just moved and my pool needed a lot of TLC. I was so impressed with him that I canceled my old pool service and hired Adam to service my pool weekly as well

Always shows each week. Any requests are always met with friendly positive attitudes. As a matter of fact, I was outside and struggling with some backyard cleanout and they helped me as a courtesy which they certainly didn't have to do. This is a great team.

I called Adam on Thanksgiving day just to leave a message never expecting to get a call back on a holiday and I got a call back within one minute. he came the very next day which was a weekend and fixed the problem quickly and provided excellent, concise, and accurate information as to what was causing my annual clog problem. His prices were excellent and it was probably half the cost of dealing with pinch a penny. He is now officially my pool guy.

Adam is very helpful and professional. He cleans my pool weekly, is always on time and trustworthy. He knows the pool business very well. I had a problem with a permit that I was supposed to obtain for the work of installing a new heater and Adam sorted all this out as well for me.

The pool pump had stopped working completely. As both members of our household work full time, we hadn't noticed the pump wasn't circulating, just that the condition of the pool was getting worse and worse. Our previous pool company missed that it wasn't working and let the pool get incredibly imbalanced. This was the third time that pool company failed to notice something wrong with our pool (though they supposedly check through the entire system each week). We called The Pool Doctor. Adam came out and promptly pointed out what wasn't working. He quoted us at a price of much less than our other company, and even came out on a Saturday to install the new motor. Within 24 hours the pool already looks fantastic. Adam was prompt, friendly, and talented! We cancelled our other service and now use The Pool Doctor for our monthly service.

Other than the weekly service he also changed my pool pump about a year ago with fair pricing, no issues so far.

Adam, the owner met with my husband and I and went over in detail all our concerns we had about pool/spa maintenance, etc. He was very patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable about our salt water system (unlike many pool services). We hired Palm Beach Pool Doctor on the spot and have been very happy with the service!

We have gone through multiple pool service companies over the 25+ years we have lived in South Florida. Adam with Palm Beach Pools is without a doubt THE BEST we have ever had. Our pool is always crystal clear. Adam has been providing our service for several years now and we wouldn't dream of switching to another company. From time to time we have needed repairs on the motor, filter, etc., and Adam has always allotted time to handle the repairs at a reasonable price. You can't go wrong with Palm Beach Pools.

None of the companies that have done the complete service to my pool have done a good job.To my surprise I am very happy with the service.Adam takes the time he needs to do a good job, he answers any concern that you might have of the pool ,the charge for the service is very reasonable. GOOD JOB!

Adam cleans the pools at multiple houses. They are always kept clean with good chemical balance. He treats them every week, and performs additional services for reasonable prices.

As soon as I contacted him and explained my problems, he immediately found time to help, and as I real Doctor, asked me questions as well performed a detailed exam of my pool and pump. First he replaced the old and broken pump and then started testing my pool for leaking. After a few tests he finally found the spot and fixed with knowledge and professionalism. After it was done, we tested one more time and observed that the pool was "cured", the leak was fixed. Since then he has taken care of my pool every week, and the pool looks beautiful and cleaner as it never had. I am very, thankful to Adam Armstrong, my pool doctor, and I highly recommend his service to anyone with my "eyes closed".

,I was having multiple problems with my pool and I purchased the Big Deal for a $39. Service Call. Adam Armstrong called me back immediately and set up an appointment to look at it. Adam was very thorough and ended up replacing the Pool Filter Housing, several PVC Elbows, a rusted out Gate Valve and he removed an existing drain system that was leaking. He installed a new drain system and provided a 50' hose for pool drainage. He also installed an adapter to allow my Vacuum system to work better and gave me lots of information on maintaining my own pool.
