After six weeks of complaining that my pool water was green. It's now 4th of July weekend and I have a film on top of my pool. Worst pool company ever!!! See pics. disgusting!!!!

I can't believe this business is still around. I inherited them when I bought the house, and even if they claimed to be familiar with the pool, they proved exactly the opposite. Multiple times they made me call the company that built the pool on the premises that there was a problem with the electricals that would only produce chlorine when the pump was in low speed. They came home and told me multiple times that that was the way it operated. Still these guys kept on telling me that they had many other systems like mine and that there was a problem and they kept on putting more chlorine in my saltwater pool. I called another pool company (third party, without vested interest), they told me the same thing that the builder: everything is fine, I only needed to ask my pool company to adjust the chemicals properly and they called the manufacturer in front of me to prove it. Obviously, I ended up paying for this other company. I said so to Adam, and then he came and adjusted the chemicals and decided to charge me more for that. I explained to him how unfair it was to charge me again, given that I had already paid for an unnecessary call to get a third opinion. And that to some extent I was paying for the chemicals in a monthly basis. That is when all his arrogance and disrespect erupted. He started yelling at me over email and claiming lots of absurdities. Tried in a civilized way to explain him that those were no words for a customer. It got worse. I paid him his invoice and he made 80 extra bucks. I paid him his invoice and he lost a customer. I paid him his invoice and I got free. The company that I hired after that knows about systems like mine, don't lie to me, don't try to rip me off and have kept my pool crystal clear.

If Angies List had an A+ rating I would give it to Palm Beach Pool Dr. This company shows up every week to maintain our pool and keeps it crystal clear and clean. The owner is extremely responsive to any requests and the crew is professional and thorough. I can't recommend them enough!

We use Palm Beach Pool Doctor for our monthly pool maintenance. Adam is always responsive and helpful even after hours and on weekend whenever we have any issue or concerns about our pool.

When I first spoke to Adam I felt like I had the right guy for the job. My old motor lasted only 1 1/2 years (out of warranty) Adam had me take photos of the pump area and diagnosed the problem with my pump being too close to the bedroom wall and needed to be reposition further away from the house. Great ! a solution to my problem , I was psyched ! the call took place on Tuesday April 23, 2019. Adam explained that he could do the job Thursday the 25th of April. that didn't happen. He texted me and explained that he got tied up on a job and rescheduled for Friday and that didn't happen either. At this point I was understanding but getting a bit concerned however I remained calm and he promised me first thing Monday morning April 29th. It was 11:30 AM when I texted him as to his whereabouts on the 29th and he claimed he was leaving and heading to my area to do another job and could come later. At this point my patience wore out. I purposely hung around Thursday, Friday and Monday and had afternoon appointments made because he promised me Monday first thing . Adam strung me out for almost a week and that's the TRUTH. I don't like leaving negative feedback but I feel that potential Angie's List customers should be aware of my experience.

They r a great weekly pool cleaners as well as performing any problems I may need! The best part is they own a shop so if I need anything then I tell them and it’s here and installed at a better price then any other pool shop I called! They r a great businessman

Palm Beach Pool Doctor, Inc. definitely has the Pool Cures! My home was in immediate need of a major clean-up months after Hurricane Irma. Adam & his team were able to come to my home and get the job done within a week & within my budget. I couldn't ask for more and the pool has never looked or worked better. PBPD has taken very good care of my pool and my wallet. Thank you for everything! Look forward to using your services for years to come.

I have to agree with another reviewer in that there were a lot of initial charges that were not discussed before being performed. One charge ($50) included an acid wash of the pool filter that was replaced with a new one four days later. I was also charged $20 for plastic basket in the system that another pool service had quoted at $12. I will say that the owner was quite quick to return my call after I contacted him through Angie's List. The actual pool person has been very poor thus far. We arrives very late on Friday afternoons or early evening. I usually want to be using the pool area by that point of the weekend. Last weekend he left the cover unscrewed for the pool filter and water poured out of it for many hours until I noticed it. This also caused the pool to reach a dangerously low level not to mention the amount of money I spent on the water to refill the pool. I would say that if you are planning to use this service get an agreement on the initial visit about costs associated with the services.

Not sure how this guy has such good reviews. They poorly cleaning my pool on the days they actually show up. They also charge for every misc item used the bills add up fast. Then they claim I owe them tons of money even after I provided hard evidence all bills are paid. Then Adam Armstrong goes on to harass and threaten me and my property telling me he's going to take things off my property. here is what he said. "No when I will actually do is I will call the police for an escort I will go onto your property I will remove from your property which is your filter canister my filter cartridges I will bring all the open invoices with me the police will support me in this action I have no choice but to do this because you are not paying your bills." This guy is a nut job. You would be crazy to do business with these unstable fools. Tons and tons other great companies that a much better job for less money.

I first hired Adam, the Pool Doctor when I was in the hospital a couple years ago and my visiting sister told me it the motor was making a lot of noise. I told her how to turn the system off and then she went to the better business bureau to find someone to do the repair. I spoke with a few different companies and decided to go with Adam because he quoted a reasonable price and was able to do the job quickly before the pool got bad. Since then I have hired him to do the weekly maintenance. His prices are reasonable, the work is done on the same day each week and the pool ALWAYS LOOKS GOOD. I would recommend Adam, the Palm Beach Pool Doctor, Inc. to anyone in the Palm Beach area who needs any kind of service on their pool.

We moved here 12 years ago and the pool cleaner sort of came with the house... he moved and lucky us ... we found Adam who is and owns "Palm Beach Pool Doctor" in Palm Beach County .. Weekly cleanest pool Water quality bar none the best ... we needed repairs .. motor and filter... DONE 36 HOURS OR LESS !!!!! You would be wise to interview him ASAP

I expected better. The owner did a good job installing the pool pump but the quality work of the helper did not meet my expectations.

Exceptionally well. Adam responded almost immediately and started work. I liked the service so much that I fired my old pool maintenance company and now use him for weekly service.
