Fiddler Roof Cleaning is a licensed roofing company who knows Roofs. We offers Low Pressure Roof Cleaning and environmentally friendly cleaner designed to restore & maintain the beauty of your roof backed up by a 2 years warranty. Our cleaning methods are safe for your roof and tiles. We also clean metal and asphalt shingle tiles. We have 25 full time 'on the books' employees and we do not use any sub-contractors. Sorry but we don't service individual homes but only HOA's.

Description of Work: Cleaned my roof, which was amazing. Bought the house a year ago. Always thought the roof was brown. It's orange. Little disappointed with the driveway pressure cleaning and sealing. I have a well sprinkler system so the driveway had "rust" spots on it, which they didn't take care of and then sealed it. Otherwise would use them again. Just a little disappointed.

Description of Work: They were to clean our roof, driveway, front walkways and back patio. We paid extra for our patio, but that was not communicated to the cleaners. They were resistant to doing until we both made separate calls to office. All work was done to our satisfaction in a timely professional manner. Anything they moved, was returned to its original spot. The only complaint...they did not protect our shrubs...there was some damage to them, but have since grown back. |

Description of Work: Cleaned roof and driveway and sidewalk..they cleaned the roof one day and 3 days later cleaned the driveway...very inconvenient schedule. The chemicals that they used have a horrible odor that lingers too long....however it really cleaned a very dirty roof and driveway

The service of roof cleaning and driveway power washing was sold to your community through your Homeowner Association where you have chosen to participate and take advantage of the 'community low price' ($190 for roof Low Pressure Cleaning and driveway power washing). We told the board of your Association that the roof cleaning will be done by one crew and the driveway power washing will be done at a later date by another crew. We also told them that the roofs at your community are very dirty and we will have to apply a stronger solution (which carry a stronger odor) in order to clean the roofs correctly. I wish you knew the facts before you have decided to hire us so there were 'no surprises'. While most companies use pressure to clean roofs, we have a unique technique that does not use any pressure. Therefore a different crew has to come after the roof cleaning is done to perform the pressure cleaning of your driveways. While this schedule may not be very convenient, your roof will last longer and remain cleaner (most roofs start to get dirty after 6 month when done with pressure cleaning). Now that your roof is clean, we can apply ECO-ROOF (two years after, in April 2017), that does not have bad odor, will not harm your plants and can be done mostly from the ground. I hope you will call us in 2 years.
