Tom worked for 1/2 day then came back on Saturday and worked from 12:00 to 9:00 PM non-stop on repairing drains, pipes, coils and flushing out drains. Only two problems when items were not available in his truck . Had to go to HOme Depot. Held him up! Worked very hard. Ask for Tom!

There was no charge. It was covered by the 3-year warranty. It was excellent. Their people have been excellent. My touch screen thermostat went out. They got one in right away and replaced it. They followed up and did everything. They were very, very good. From the installation, they did a great job. I've been using them for 2 years now. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I first met Manny at the Ft Lauderdale Home Show Spring 2015. He really took the time to explain different brands (as they are certified for different brands). At the Fall show, Manny was not around, but I spoke to one of the office staff. She explained her experiences with servicing and warranties and said Trane (hands down) was the best to deal with. That sealed the deal for me. Trane is a true investment your home. We just had our new handler and AC installed yesterday. The team of 3 guys were on time, clean, polite and very good! Obviously after 17 years there was some mold in the air ducts. They immediately let us know and had a solution to eliminate it. They even allowed us extra time to clean and paint the handler closet (which was disgusting). The new unit is quiet and we are breathing clean air! Manny and his team are a class act and I would give them A++ if it were available. Great Job!

He arrived early and got right to work. Went into the attic and into the place high on the living room wall where the second air handler is located. He found a fault in the bedroom thermostat and fixed it. He explained what he did.

Our air conditioner died on 2/3/16 after 14 years. We had been in contact with Manny last summer for some repairs. We shopped prices and he provided us with the best price on a new Trane. He was out here in 48 hours, installed the a/c and cleaned up afterwards. His crew was great, very efficient and polite. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks

Tom is a likable people's person, he phoned from the parking to say he arrived, however, he performed very basic visual checking and the only technical check was the high/low pressure of the refrigerant and the supply temperature from the plenum. He was there for about 30 minutes, most of it waiting for the compressor heat sensor to reset. After he left I checked the list of 27 point and he performed less than half the points listed in the deal. He offered to inspect and clean the drain for a fee which he said "is not included", I declined. Tom offered a $234 annual 2 visits maintenance service plans with a 15% discount on parts only, and requested that I fill the Angie's list survey in front of him, which I declined to do. I understand that the purpose of the deal is to drum-up business but customers need to be satisfied and confident.

The technician was on-time, put booties on when entering the house, he looked at the unit and showed me how to tell if there is a clog in the line, he checked the thermostat and then got a ladder to go on the roof to check the coolant, but the ladder was too short, so he said he would do it when he comes for maintenance next time. He said, since there is a pound of coolant included in today's inspection, he would add a pound of coolant to the 2-lb limit for the new maintenance plan I purchased today, so if necessary in the next year, I will receive 3 pounds of coolant free with my maintenance plan.

They sent someone over immediately, gave me a fair proposal, and completely installed the next day.

This company repaired my upstairs unit and serviced my downstairs unit on June 29th. The unit was completely down. My first issue is the tech marked ?declined? on several items on my receipt when actuality they were never offered to me. He immediately came in telling me about a service plan, which I purchased. He did get the unit running, but it is still very humid and not as cool as the downstairs which he DID NOT repair but did service. The unit is set to 73 with the downstairs unit to 75; its cooler downstairs. I also purchased some filters that to this day(3 months later) I have yet to receive. I have called 5 times. After the third call they sent a delivery person to my house, but didn?t tell me they were coming until AFTER they came and couldn?t get in. I work M-F so of course no one was going to be there but no one bothered to coordinate the delivery. The 4th call (Friday, 2 October) I was told they were going to be delivered by USPS. The 5th call was today and I was told someday this week. I also explained during the call today that the unit was not running properly and I needed someone to come out. I was told it was going to be $75 for the service call!!! UGH! I asked could I get my filters on Friday and the answer was maybe. Wish I could get a refund?. Way too much headache, money, and my A/C is still not running properly!!! If I didn't have the service plan, I would never use them again.

Manny and his team were professional from the moment we contacted Direct Air. It began with Dawn who was very responsive in helping us quickly arrange an appointment for Manny to come out to inspect our old unit and provide an estimate for replacing the entire unit. Manny took his time with me, provided some options that would meet our needs, and did not sway us one way or another. I quickly realized how knowledgable Manny was as he gave me a run down of our old system and how we could increase our efficiency with what he had to offer. Manny was the last of 4 estimates we gathered and we literally saved the best for last. Not only was his estimate for the complete job competitive, it was the best in terms of overall quality. Not only that, but Manny backed his word on everything from start to finish. Once we decided to go with Direct Air, his crew of Ian, Wilmer and Rojas soon arrived at our house. They were prompt, professional, and quickly began removing the old unit outside. They worked hard for the entire install in some pretty hot weather. Any questions I had during the install, his crew made sure to answer all of my questions and were patient with me. The install went smoothly and Ian and Wilmer did an excellent job. We had cold air in a matter of hours and have been comfortable ever since. Rojas finished the job by completing the air duct cleaning and he did a great job as well. Even after the project, Dawn stayed in touch with me to ensure everything went smoothly and guided me throughout the permit process. Just really impressed with the entire team. The install went so well, I later recommended Manny and his team to my family who were also in need of A/C replacement. Once again, his team took care of the job and met their satisfaction. Will I continue to refer Direct Air out to friends and family in this hot Florida climate? You better believe it!

When I first called for a quote, Heath arrived. He was punctual, very professional and he took the time to explain all of the options and benefits involved to ensure I we selected the correct replacement equipment. In the end I upgraded to a Trane XL20i outdoor unit, a Trane TAM8 air handler with UV light as well as a Trane Comfortlink II XL950 thermostat. The system replacement took one day. The technicians completed the work as scheduled within the same day. The installation was neat and tidy and they cleaned up afterwards leaving the work areas clean. The system works perfectly and I am very pleased with the equipment as well as the knowledgeable technicians that installed it. I received follow-up contact from both Manny and Dawn to ensure that I was satisfied. Both were great to deal with. I would recommend this Company to others and will use them again in the future to install a Reme Halo air purification system.

Heath and Rojas arrived as scheduled and were polite and professional. They used a rotobrush machine to clean all of the ducts. Areas below the ducts were covered to protect them from dirt. All areas were left tidy and clean. I would use this Company again.
