The service was adequate. They were punctual. In regards to the pricing, it was completely out of whack. I paid $75 for the service call, which was wasn't bad. After everything was said and done, they wanted $862. Normally, i wouldn't be all that concerned with the price, but after speaking to several other companies, the same services should cost somewhere around $250 with the service call. I discussed this estimate with them, and they threatened to take out the parts they installed instead of working to help explain the pricing they gave me.

The process was just awful. We were to the understanding that parts had a warranty of 10yrs and so when we were told that it was going to cost us almost $600 to repair it because a part that was under warranty we were shocked. I had attempted to contact the owner five times to discuss the costs he would not return my call until the fifth day. We spoke and agreed on a price and the part was to be ordered. Well, they decided not to order the part that was under warranty and not tell us and then demand that we pay for services before they were even started. They didn't even have the courtesy to call us and let us know, so our house was well over 100 degrees and we began to have mold growing on our toilets. I had called them again to talk about this and ask to have Manny, the owner call me back and he never did. Now I have to have someone else come in to fix this problem and I have already been quoted a much less price.

On time, professional, listened to any requests / issues. Cleaned up after.

From the initial phone call with George to the actual service call with Earl, the experience was amazing. After calling many other companies for a service call this morning and to finally get George on the phone was a breath of fresh air. George's professionalism and care to what I had going on made me want to use their company. The icing on the top was when Earl arrived! He looked around and gave me a basic idea of what may be the problem. Low and behold exactly what he said was the issue and he promptly fixed the issue!!! I have air!!! Not only do I have air, when its time to replace, I DEFINATELY will be calling Earl at Direct Air for sure! The best part of it all was no high pressure to purchase. He told me the things that I need (which I knew I needed) and I will indeed have done. From the bottom of my heart thank you for your outstanding customer experience! Went very well, punctual,clean,professional & very thorough. The next day, the A/C stopped working. They replied to my e-mail immediately & sent a repairman that day. They diagnosed the problem as being related to the thermostat & replaced it at once. Very satisfied with the whole experience & signed a contract for bi-annual inspections.

The company contacted me quickly to schedule the service. They gave me several choices for my convenience. When the day came the office and the technician both called separately to let me know he was on his way. He arrived closer to the early part of the appointment window. I showed Juan where the air conditioner was located and he went to work. When he was done with the handler he reported to me there were no issues after the tune-up and had some suggestions. He then moved on to the condenser and after cleaning and checking that reported back to me that all looked fine. He then explained some options for continued maintenance and pointed out the unit was over 13 years old and we should think of replacing it before it runs out of time. Juan was very polite and efficient at his work. I will be using this company again and would recommend it to others.

Tom cleaned the lines, checked the system electronics and temp. He added fen on to one unit that was low.
