Removal and install crews were on time, respectful of property and homeowner. Supervisor Westley was by each day to follow-up on crew and to see if I had any questions. Joe was also very professional, explaining and answering any questions that I had. The lady who answers the phone was also very pleasant to work with .Overall Handyman is a company that appreciates their people and it shows in the work they do. This day and age it is hard to find a company so committed to their staff and their customers. Handyman was truly good company to have do the jobs I needed done ! "We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."
