Spoke with Brad and explained the problem; white rugs in an older house puppy stains... He came in and gave me a very fair price and worked dilligently on every stain he found. He honored the Angie's list discount and offerered more services at a exceptionally reasonable price. Brad left two hours later and the entire house looks great. I would highly recommend TST Cleaning for any carpets you'd want clean.

Almost all the stains came out of the carpets. The whole job was completed in less than 2 hours. The carpets were also deodorized to neutralize the pet stains. I gave a C rating for punctuality because the guy was supposed to arrive at 12:30 and didn't get to my house until almost 2 hours later. He was held up at another job that took longer than expected. Otherwise I had a good experience.

I called to make an appointment and Brad was on the road. He called and said he would be in the area and wanted to do the job right away. I was available, so he came right out. He did a thorough job. All the rugs look brand new. He was great to deal with. I will call him again and would highly recommend him.

Mr. Tanner is very responsive and seems to really care about doing a good job and pleasing the customer. Spent a lot of time working on the problem and called back twice to make sure odor was gone. He works very hard and takes his work seriously.

Brad and associate were professional, and performed above and beyond.....almost taking my badly stained carpet as a personal challenge! His price was fair for the work completed and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who wants ( and is willing to pay) for QUALITY WORK ! He has promised to return next week for one very difficult stain....(THAT'S SERVICE!)

Mr. Tanner arrived on time as scheduled one week prior to steam clean wall-to-wall carpets in three rooms. He uses the same van mounted cleaning equipment (high capacity hoses and vacuums) employed by larger national franchise operations and does a better job. He is very thorough and meticulous about cleaning every area, and is particularly adept at removing excess water and solution during the process, which results in the carpets drying faster following cleaning. This is a particular advantage if you need to entertain guests the next day. His friendly nature and willingness to go beyond (cleaned several kitchen area rugs in addition to the three rooms) is greatly appreciated. I'll hire him again and recommend other members do the same.

I had just moved into my new house to discover that the previous owner had not cleaned the carpet in years. While there were no carpet stains, the amount of dirt and junk in the carpet was evident. Since our furnishings and personal stuff had already been moved in, Brad had to navigate and move all my furniture and stuff from room to room to make sure that every inch of the carpet was cleaned. Usually carpet cleaning companies don't move furniture at all. I was very happy with the job that he did and would hire him again in a heart beat!

The price is right. The quality of work is good. He is timely and responds immediately. He shows up on time. He is neat and clean. I can rely on him. It is nice that he is local.

Brad arrived on time and did a very thorough job on both of our carpeted rooms. We have light beige carpeting, so our traffic areas were very dirty compared to the rest of the carpet, and were our main concern. He took his time and did an excellent job on these traffic areas. Both the rooms now look great. We will definitely call him next time we need our carpets cleaned.

TST Carpet cleaners worked hard to bring the carpet back to a presentable state. The hardest work was in the stairway and hall. At the time I was very satisfied with the cleaning he did there and in the downstairs den. There were some spots that were still visable in the master bedroom though and TST Carpet cleaners has yet to be back to take care of this as promiced. I followed up with 3 phone calls and although I was told that they would come and work on the spots, they never did. After 6 weeks all dirt and spots were again visable and I had to call another carpet cleaner to re-clean the carpets.

Timely arrival, careful attention to the carpet and to the entire area of work, dedicated to doing the best job possible, pride in work, superb outcome, and reasonable price. What else could you possibly want? Brad Tanner is the best in his business!

Brad did an excellant job. I could not believe the way the stairway came out. From a very dirty and soiled mess to a very clean job. He work very hard and did not give up until the job was finished.

Excellent. Brad and his crew spent the amount of time it took to do the best cleaning job I have ever had on my carpeting. They cleaned 4 rooms including a combination large living/dining area, the hallway and the stairway from the first floor to the second. They removed stains that others had not been able to remove. I couldn't believe how good my carpeting looked when the job was done and how it still looks the next day. In the past, old stains had come back to the surface after 24 hours. Not with this job. The old stains are gone completely. I'm talking about cola, animal urine and plant and furniture stains. Thanks for a great job.
