Person was 2 hrs late past window of time we he got there in 10 min price went up 100% I told him no I wasn't gonna do that he started making and laughing at us and flipped us off when he left I think he was crazy I was scar

We had major grease stains that were left by some remodeling workers. We called TST and worked with Brad on our cleaning problem. He was reliable and extremely knowledgeable. He worked on our rug and cleaned it several times with various items. We are extremely pleased with the outcome as our rug can again be displayed without the grease and grime prior to the professional cleaning by TST, Brad. I absolutely recommend the services of this company for outastanding and clean results.

We had roof and carpet damage from lots of water. They did an excellent job and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Brad, the owner, was very attentive to my needs and very timely. They were professional and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

He was bad mouthing Angie's List the whole time he was there.

No complaints about service and effort to get carpet clean. However, the worker (owner?) complained about the price given on Angie's List, how the price was too low and that he was not "making any money" on this deal. Certainly made me feel uncomfortable. Would be surprised if company was still active on Angie's List

Brad came out and vacuumed, cleaned, and deodorized the carpet. He was professional, arrived on time and with short notice, and did a great job. The carpets are clean and the cat is gone! I would definitely recommend.

The service was performed immediately. Owner was punctual. Price was very reasonable. Tile and the grout look very nice.

The owner was a little unprofessional. He came in and seemed very sluggish, and said he was getting over the flu. This concerned me because my family and I were home and did not want to get sick. We ended up having to pay extra for some square footage for $100, which was fine. He sprayed dirty water on my refrigerator and my tub and got dirty water all over one of my rugs that I had to end up cleaning myself. His helper was very courteous and polite, but the owner himself just seemed like he had a negative attitude, and wasn't being very nice about Angie's List.

I had hired Brad to clean my carpets and he did a good job on those. While he was at the house I asked him about cleaning the tiles in my shower and I asked him to give me a price. He quoted me roughly 35-40. He mentioned that the tiles were pretty dirty but got to work. He said he used a special chemical on the tile to remove the calcium build up. I went back in the bathroom after he left and noticed they looked unchanged. I called him about it and he apologized and told me he'd refund my money. I never got my refund from him and never heard back. I only live in florida half the year, so I wasn't able to chase after him for it.

Went great!! The owner and his assistant showed up on time and were professional and pricing was very fair. Owner insisted on going over some areas more than once because he wasn't happy with results and knew we were putting our house on the market.

Brad did a very good job and did some areas twice. He worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. He took the time to explain how to best keep the floor clean and he even gave us some grout cleaner to use for spots that might occur in the future. we were very happy with him and his workmanship and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for these types of services.

Excellent service! Brad is very nice guy, honest, easy to talk to, and punctual. I had to get carpet cleaned for moving out of the apartment. Even though I requested at the last minute and it was right before Christmas, he was willing to work out with my schedule and got the job done fast and clean! I highly recommend, just wish he was serving my new area!

Even though I contracted with him, I ended up going with another Angie's List provider.

Brad arrived to view the carpet area. He made an assessment of cost based on our discussions by phone prior to arrival. He not only cleaned the carpets well but made good on his promise to clean the heavily soiled traffic areas. He was efficent, polite and personable. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs a really good carpet cleaning. He cleaned the entire 2 bedroom condo.

Super. He arrived as promised. Setup the truck with the hoses etc. and went to work cleaning the area rug.

Brad did an amazing job. The carpet was very dirty white carpeting and he made the carpet look like new. He worked really hard and was able to remove all of the dirt. My Mother has 20 years of Nicotine in the carpet. I would highly recommend his carpet cleaning.

I contacted TST by email and got a propmpt response from Brad. He gave me a quote; gave me what would be an industry standard quote and indicated he wanted my business. He got it. He was punctual; thorough; friendly; professional and offered to do more (at no cost) than what I had planned. My rugs look wonderful! I would use him again and have already referred him to a friend. I highly recommend him. This was a really good deal. Thanks Brad!
