+ -1 moreI bought a big deal for $69 for three rooms of carpet cleaning. I would never use them again. They came out on a Saturday. It was the day it was scheduled. I ended up spending more than what I paid for the big deal. They charged me another $120. We were just talking two rooms. One of the combination, living, dinning area, and the other was the bedroom. He said the square footage was too much. I live in a house that is not large. It is an average 1,700 square-feet. So, I was really put-out by that. I used my carpet cleaner after that and did a better job. They were responsive enough, although, he was late.

+ -1 morei think at first they were surprised at the size of the house and amount of carpet. we have dogs that don't exactly have the best habits and mostly it is our fault for not responding to them in a timely manner. these people really worked hard and our carpets were the cleanest and prettiest they have been since we owned the house 12 years ago. they payed extra attention to areas i pointed out and even offered to come back to help put the furniture in place as we had moved everything before they arrived. i will call them for the same job next year!

Description of Work: I purchased the tile & grout cleaning for $167.50. I didn't call him for this service until December of 2011. Then because he had a full time job and had a little girl he wanted to see on his days off (I understand but when you advertise for a service, you should be available), we had a hard time coordinating our schedules. Finally, the owner came and cleaned our tile. He complained the whole time that the tile was really dirty and was taking longer than it should and then said the price that I paid did not cover the square footage of our tile. I didn't remember the the details of the special but I wanted to be done with this cleaning so I paid him another $75 to do the whole job.

+ 0 moreOverall experience was positive. Cleaned carpets in two bedrooms very well. He declined to clean our couch because he would have charged us much more than it was worth. Saved me money! We cleaned couch cushions on our own easily and without much cost. Declined to do ceramic tile because grout lines were pencil thin. He would have done the service, but again warned of costs being incredibly high. Happy with this decision. The gentleman is abrupt in manner, but he's honest and great at his work. Highly recommend.

+ 0 moreVery well from start to finish. Easy to work with and very professional. He did complain a bit about how hard it was to remove the urine from the sofa and it made me feel bad. I got the feeling he would not want to do it again. Otherwise he did an excellent job.
Description of Work: He did an amazing job of cleaning a very dirty and old carpet and a sofa that my cat had urinated on. I was amazed at how he was able to get all the smell out! Fabulous! I don't know if he would do it again, because he complained that it was a hard job; however, I would certainly hire him again, if he would agree since my cat is at it again!

He focused on just those areas that actually needed cleaning (that saved me some money!!), including some very tough stains in the d.r. (which disappeared thanks to Brad's expertise!). He was punctual, professional, capable, and honest. The carpet looks terrific. Hire him!

TST responded very quickly and charged a reasonble price for the job. The company owner came out and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and understanding of the situtation. He came within a half hour and did a fantastic job of getting the mess cleaned up and sanitized. I highly recommend TST for any carpet cleaning job.

He was very rude and at the end of the call, made comments thinking he had hung up. He said it was not worth the $69 for the work and made crude comments. At that point I told him not to worry about doing the work and cancelled the deal.

+ -1 moreBrad arrived close to on time on 10/22/2012 and proceeded to connect the hoses and other hardware needed to clean the carpets. The carpets in the master bedroom, bath and excersize area are old and matted. He did revive them quite a bit, but obviously I could not expect perfection. When he finished, I asked if he could do my small living room and small dining room as well. Those carpets came out extremely well as they are not as old and matted. I would definitely use his services again.
Description of Work: I needed to have the carpeting cleaned in my master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and excersise area. In addition, I had the living room and dining room done.
