It went very well. Brad answered the phone promptly and was at the house within a couple of hours. He worked very hard and completed the job in around two or three hours. He came on the afternoon before the Memorial Day weekend and was very prompt, communicated well and did the job. I recommend him highly and would use him again without hesitation.

It worked out very well. We have some other things that we asked them to do so we worked that out.

Brad contacted me immediately to set up an appointment time. He arrived on time, gave me an estimate for the additional cleaning and explained the cleaning process. He was very professional and took care not to get product on my wood floor where the carpet and wood met. Post cleaning he reviewed the product used to stain guard the carpet and approximate drying time. He was able to get the red wine stains out of the area rug. Brad was pleasant, friendly and the over all appointment was great.

I called TST on Friday morning and Brad came out to perform the work within 3 hours!! I was so grateful he took the time to come all the way from Bonita to Cape Coral to help me out. I was moving into the house over the weekend and it was empty and he came on short notice and didnt even charge me alot of money!! This guy is a stand up person and recognized my urgency and delivered!!! Not only did he do a great job, he is a real genuine guy, thanks so much Brad!! Also, Brad is the owner of the company and he was the only carpet cleanor that could come out on that day and I was in a pinch. I cannot say enough about that kind of customer service and he didnt charge me much at all!!!! you will not be sorry if you hire TST!!!!

Brad arrived on time, He was extremely professional and took the time to make the tile look right. Our floor had not been done in over 4 years and cleaning them really showed the difference. After the job was done he followed up with a call the next day to see if we were satisfied and how we felt about his service. All I can say is great job and we would highly reccomend his services to anyone

WW carpets 90% clean but some stains returned after a week. 90% of tile grout was changed from black to white.

Brad scrubbed all my tile: front hall, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and office including the walk in shower. He did a tremendous job. The tile was spotless and shining when he got through and the grout was as clean as new.

I don't remember the date of service but I did respond to this questionnaire before. His usual helper was not with him and he was a bit frazzled. A nice enough guy but I would not use him again. Please do not ask me again. It has been quite a while ago. I don't remember the price either.

That worked out really well. They came out some time in the Summer and he came to do the carpets and we talked and I think I paid him extra to do the tiles. It was $99 total for the carpet and the tiles. We haven't used them before but I thought he was OK. He realized that we lived about 20 miles from him and he made it look like the gas and time wouldn't be worth while to drive down here. While he was here the other neighbors got a chance to see what he was doing and he was able to pick up a couple of side jobs. So if we were to use him again it would be cost effective for him to have other jobs to do in addition to ours.

He did a wonderful job. My carpets have never been so clean and they were really stained and just dirty. He has the right equipment and the cleaning fluids he uses are the right stuff! He does disaster cleanup so he does know the hows and whys and wherefores. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly. He is a pro. I am more than pleased with the results.

I called yesterday the nice thing is the owner himself answered the phone I told him what I wanted done which was to steam clean our tile and grout on the floor of our home. When he gave me the price I was skeptical because the price he quoted was half of what the guys with the yellow truck wanted. I went ahead and scheduled him for today because of all the good reviews. He called a half hour ahead as promised he showed up went to work right away did the job in a very professional manner. I was amazed to see how much dirt his machine retracted off our floor. I am very glad we called Brad to have the job finished within 24 hours of calling and he did a great job we will use him again and refer him to our friends and neighbor's.

First cleaning did not go well. Second went worse and I had to have another company come in to correct it. Apparently he used too strong of a solution so there were quite a few chemical stains all over the first floor tile. Steaming did not correct although he did come back, reluctantly as the distance and job were not worth the time and money it was costing him. Carpet cleaning he did was good.

The quality of work was okay but TST Cleaning and Complete Restoration charged way too much money. He demanded another $200 for the service. It was probably based on the number of square feet but I don't recall.

Brad showed up quickly and got right to work. I was ultimately concerned width drying the carpet before mold formed. Fortunately, since he was so prompt and efficient he was able to do the job thoroughly with a variety of methods. These included initial water extraction and then the use of a blower fan overnight. Brad needed to lift the carpet to do this, and it was done carefully and professionally. He also moved furniture as needed. The carpet pad had to dry first, which was taken care of by the fan. Brad then came back again (three times total) and instructed me how to use the fan to dry the rest of the carpet overnight. We discussed options if this did not work. Luckily, the entire wet section of the carpet was dry by today. Brad returned today, cleaned and deodorized the carpet very well, and also sprayed an enzyme to get rid of any remaining bacteria. I am not concerned about any after-affects. He even left me some left me some spray in case any stains returned. I may be leaving out some steps, but all in all Brad did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, and went above and beyond. What could have been a disaster was resolved quickly and professionally. I recommend Brad highly.

He did the best he could with an old rug. It came out very well. I was very pleased.

He worked hard at getting the areas clean, but some were probably indelible because of they way the carpets were laid when the house was built (not properly cleaned underneath before the initial laying). In consequence some, but not all of the discoloration has returned. Provider warned us this could be the case and was a straight-foward, hard-working person to deal with

I was moving, and my lease required that I get my carpets professionally cleaned before moving out. I waited until the last minute to schedule this, so I was skeptical that I would find anyone on short notice. I checked Angie's List and called TST first. The owner answered and readily agreed to help me out, even though I was calling at the 11th hour. Because we had to work his cleaning around the movers, and even though I did not know the exact time the movers would finish, the TST owner agreed to be flexible and work with me. The day of the move/cleaning, the owner and I were in contact, and he arrived late in the day, right when I needed him to, and he worked after hours and through a torrential rainstorm to get the carpets cleaned. Because of his willingness to work with my uncertain timeline, I was able to leave town that evening for the long drive to my new house. I would highly recommend TST. Great owner and great service.

The tile and especially the grout, in my home were very grungy. The grout had never been sealed when it was installed a number of years ago. Brad made every effort to scrub the grout with a brush and a special tile cleaner product. After cleaning, when the tile and grout had dried, it looked as good as when it was first installed. I was very pleased with the results.

The service person, Brad, he was right on time and was very courtious and helpful to all my tile cleaning needs. He was professional, and I will be using him again to do the work he does.. it is an excellent job. The tile is clean, and spots all gone. Thank you Brad for a job well done.

Provider stated numerous times to me that he did not like having to honor his Angies list coupon deal... especially when having to drive the extra distance to Fort Myers. He cancelled the first appointment and then arrived 30 minutes late for rescheduled appointment. I would not have used his services, after our initial phone conversation, if I had not prepaid for the work. The job he did was borderline satisfactory and lacking in professionalism. Uncomfortable experience.
