Description of Work: They contacted me immediately as soon as I called them and set up an appointment. The owner did the work, which was to clean the grout in our entire downstairs. He did a wonderful job and made suggestions of what to do to keep the grout clean.

Description of Work: We bought deal for our condo floors in South Ft. Myers. Vendor called and want to know what floor we were on. When I advise 3rd floor, he stated he did not have the equipment to reach the 3rd floor. Could not recommend another vendor. Suggested that a refund was appropriate.

Description of Work: Wonderful service! Called yesterday Brad the owner performed the job himself. Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. Will definitely use his services again. I have pets and was surprisingly pleased to see stains disappear :)

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet twice then returned to clean grout. Grout looked almost the same after spending $425. Very unprofessional did not return furniture to original position after moving. Left ceramic tile a spotty mess, had a female helper who talked too much and flirted. I am disabled and was not able to move furniture left out on my lanai back into the house.

Description of Work: I purchased a $69 coupon on Angie's list. I called TSI to set up time. The owner returned the call, and told me that it will be hard if he is coming for only cleaning 3 rooms. He said that he will be coming from Naples, gas is very expensive etc etc. Also he is not moving furniture, or area carpet s /Rug etc. (in past other Componies always had moved furniture and rugs etc) Finally I told him if he give me reasonable price for other rooms of the house, I will consider. He came over late. I moved all furniture myself I gave him 3 other rooms to clean. He did not do good job. Atiq Ahson

Description of Work: Brad did an excellent job on removing the dog stains from the carpet. He also cleaned 4 scatter rugs.He was very polite,on timeand very neat. Iwould recommend very highly.

Description of Work: I called Brad to clean my tile floor using the coupon from angies. He told me he would do the carpets at the same time for 25 a room. He arrived on time and was very professional -the old tile floors looked wonderful when he was done. The carpets had several traffic pattern stains and he was able to get them clean I would definitely call him again and would recommend him to friends.

Description of Work: Our large off-white area rug in the livingroom needed cleaning. I received several quotes from companies before choosing TST. Brad Tanner made an appointment to see the rug (it was badly stained) before he gave a final price. He arrived on time, gave a fair price to do the job, and was able to do the work when it was convenient for me. He again arrived on time, moved all the furniture, and did a fantastic job on the rug. I would definitely use TST again
