The $250 was for one year fire ant control. At first I thought it was for a treatment that last one year,but I was wrong. I soon found out that the granules they use last about as long as the ones as the store bought ones and I had to call to have them come out about once every 2 months to re-apply. the staff was courteous and came promptly within 2 days to clear up the problem areas or do a general sprinkling to the whole lawn. I did not use them for anything else and will not be renewing this year as I mow my own lawn and see the ants as they appear and can take care of them myself with one application.

From my initial conversation with the woman who answered the phone to the actual treatment day, I was pleased. The woman who answered the phone was polite and set me up with an appointment the very same day. Clark came to the house (my parents house) and did a thorough inspection. He showed us the areas of concern and discussed the options - whole house fumigation or whole house treatment. The other two companies that came out did not have a whole house treatment option. Since fumigation involves relocating for two to three days, and removal of all food, medicines, and plants, we were happy to have another option. The treatment was scheduled very quickly. The technician, Joswea (sp?), came the night before and treated the outside perimeter of the house. The next day he returned and treated all three floors and the attic. This work was performed without us having to leave the house. All the people we had contact with from Truly Nolan were professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. I recommend them highly.

I have been using them for about six years now, and I am going to continue to use them. They were very good and very punctual. They took care of my issues.

They were very nice, punctual, explained what the problems were, what they were to do and what they did. I have no complaints about what they did; except, the bugs didn't stay away over the long haul.

It went very well. We had a gentleman named Mark Reed who did an excellent job both inside and outside. The only reason we dropped them was because their price was too high for us.

They are outstanding. The guy that has been servicing our house has been doing it for nine years and he is familiar with the property. They consistently send the same guy out and he treats it like it is his own. He came out and assessed the situation, and then he treated it. What he does is working. They are just reliable and professional.

Engaged this company at the suggestion of our realtor. Was impressed with the estimate/inspection process. Assigned worker easy to talk to and seems to do a very good job. At times, it has been a little difficult to arrange precise appointment times. In addition, difficulty removing an ongoing infestation has been frustrating--although they have improved things considerably as we have been engaging them for extra attention, the issues with silver fish have contributed to our moving to a new rental. And we plan to use the same technician at our new place!

I am on a contract with them which I just started. I have two contracts, one for termites and one for pests for preventive maintenance. They are not a franchise operation and they are quite large and they are family-owned. They really have an interest in keeping their customers happy as opposed to many other pest control companies I have had dealings with. After having seen their service and how they handle themselves and the people that they employ, I have been really impressed with their operation. It was two different divisions that came out and they really are quite knowledgeable and really professional. They are competitively priced. It is not inexpensive. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They are very knowledgeable and very happy to counter any questions that you have. They are always happy to tell you what?s going on and tell you what they are doing. They spend time with you discussing the issues that you have. They come right out, and they are on and off the property pretty quickly. They are pretty thorough. I would recommend them to others.
