Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Bonita Springs, Florida

Representative showed up without prior appointment. Made me very uncomfortable and was very presumptuous. Cost of service was comparable. However, I did not hire due to the "pushy" sales rep.

They are excellent and are effective with their treatment. Ken is the one who has my account and he is very reliable in coming out. I would highly recommend them as well.

They never responded!!!! We will never go through angies list again!!

I have the service contract with Truly Nolen and I recommend it for everyone. I call with a issue and they are here within days to correct my issues.

Honest, trustworthy and dependable I have a yearly contract with TN and they always call before they come to the house. They answer questions and offer suggestions All their representatives are polite and knowledgeable. Easy to contact and make appointments. Can not imagine working with any other company. Truly Nolen performs my regular maintenance. The technicians are ALWAYS polite and efficient.

The inspector came the same day I called. He verified that termites were present and immediately scheduled us with the technician. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, performed his duties and thoroughly explained what he had done and what we could expect .

We still use them for our pest control & keep the termite policy up, otherwise we would lose our termite protection. They do a good job on pest control, but I would never hire them for termite again.They used so much spray in our attic that it came thru the light fixture in our master bath room & master closet. We had to repaint ourselves. Told us our insulation was ruined because of a rat, we never saw one, even dead & we needed new insulation which they installed. The insulation that was on the side walls of our attic were never replaced & we question if the right amount was replaced. After several calls with no resolve I got very sick and was ill for a year. Since I handle everything, I gave up and let it go. But would I ever recommend Truly Nolan for termite control.? NEVER.

Other than starting one day late everything went very well. Something about an equipment break down!!! No exterior damage and their relay of what I would find afterwards was right on. I was very pleased.

They always call prior to the quarterly visit, and are very prompt when we have a special need or emergency visit request. Any extra visits are at no charge, and our technician is more like a friend than an employee.

Always prompt & efficient. Each visit is followed by a detailed review of their findings & what treatment was performed.

I liked that they showed up as planned and did their normal routine. If I had questions, they were answered.

they do quarterly inspection/treatment if needed and will come between these visits if you have a problem.
