Description of Work: I can't recall the problem, but as a result I paid extra for the first visit. The fan then had a problem with the remote, manufactured problem. I sent for a new fan and remote. The electrician was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was well worth the money for him to install the new fan.

Description of Work: The actual work took less than one hour. However, the electrician had to leave and go purchase what he needed. I feel he should have been prepared before he arrived since the receptionist asked me what the scope of the work was when the appointment was made. The price of $149 was misleading. In reality, the cost was twice that amount.
