Barbara was super helpful and professional. Amazing customer service and followup as I was in a different town than where the services were performed. They were "speedy" as they got the job done in several days whereas I would have had to wait on other providers. My tenant commented (unsolicited from me) how professional they were. VERY PROFESSIONAL, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND GREAT FOLLOWUP FROM BARBARA.

They did a great job. The under cabinet lighting looks a great. They were very professional from my initial conversation, through the quote and completing the project.

Did great job. Definitely would hire again. Also honored Angie’s list deal for 2 hours of electrical work for $140. We purchased the ceiling fabs.

Came on time. He moved fast and knew exactly what to do to resolve the issues.

They sold it to us. It is really too heavy to move and we just want them to service the generator. I setup two appointments and they broken those appointments and they said they will not come out and they said that to go somewhere else and there is no somewhere else to go.We just have a simple request to service it. they sold it to us.

I had made an appointment for this 2-3 weeks prior. I received a call the day before the appt saying they couldn’t make it. Approaching the week of Thanksgiving, I was told they couldn’t do it till after. I’d said I needed the fan installed prior to Thanksgiving. Two more days of calls & they finally came the day before. Installation of fan went fine, but pricey ($300) (No running wire, fan cord was suspended by hook & plugged into existing outlet) Supposedly, the light issue was fixed. Two days later, shed light not working. I called & made another appt. They called the day of appt, canceling again. I rescheduled again only because I felt I was owed a return visit since the light was not fixed. I’d already paid for that. Next appt, I was waiting on them to show up; when they didn’t, I called & was told the electrician couldn’t make it. I had some choice words with the staff over a month of supposed appts. Last straw! I gave up. Sad thing is, I’d used Speedy Electric a couple years ago & they were responsive, professional & did a great job. I relayed this info to the staff. SOMETHING CHANGED!! I WOULD LIVE WITHOUT ELECTRICITY BEFORE I’D USE THEM!!!

The Technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He had a lot of difficult work to do but was efficient and worked non stop and was done within an hour. I had tried to "fix it" myself so he had to figure the entire wiring system to two different outlets. He was excellent and did a ton of major problem solving in less than an hour. He was fast and the cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Awesome. Cliff and Mike were on time (early actually) and assessed our request. Quoted us and completed the work same day. We were elated! We absolutely will use Speedy Electric again.

In lieu of complaining or making accusations, let me just state the following facts and allow the reader to draw their own conclusions:: 1. Request a standard pricing list. 2. Company only gives a "buy the job" bundled estimate, and will not itemize. 3. Add up the services from their standard price list and compare to their estimate: Bundled, non-itemized estimate nearly double what your own calculated sum of the parts! 4. Compare your calculated sum from pricing list to other estimates: Relatively the same. 5. Compare their bundled estimate to other estimates: Nearly double (even with AL discount) My suggestion: Be smart, not a victim. Do not fall prey to "paying for quality" argument. Do not fall prey to "custom work needed" argument. Do not be bullied. Compare and make your decision wisely, before any work is started.

Our electrician, Mike, was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem, gave us a quote and got to work. All was done quickly, cleanly and professionally.

It went good, except the electrician missed 1 outlet and the dimmer switch in kitchen. I have left 4 messages no call back. I have spoken to the secretary twice no call back! NOT SATISFIED!

I made an appointment and I waited for them to arrive. I called to make sure that they were coming and I was told that they will be there. Still nothing and they wanted me to always have them as my electrician. Oh no! Unreliable.

Installation went smoothly. When asked to do additional work there was some hesitation but ultimately work was done satisfactorily.

Work was done in timely manner and looks great. Prices quoted for some other work too high.

Problem was with the owner and getting an itemized accounting of what we actually paid for. Additionally the owner put a charge through on my credit card which we did not authorize. The business provides an estimate after the initial visit and then when finished will not provide an itemized accounting of what the charges include. We were overcharged for the product and for labor/time. Additionally the office manager was told specifically that we would be mailing in a check. Our bank account had been compromised and a fraud alert came through when they tried to put the charge through initially. The owner is not ethical nor is she someone with whom I would ever do business again. We know we were overcharged at least 25% on the bill.

Extremely well. We were quoted a price after he looked at the job to be done. Our technician was very clean, neat, polite and diligent. Why a change from some we'r had in the pst before we used Angie's list.

They wanted to charge me $59 to come out to give me a quote. When I complained they dropped it to $39, then dropped it to $19, then said okay they will negate the charge. Would not give me a quote over the phone for installation of 4 ceiling fans on a new home. Said they would be there the next day between 10-2, called at 1 said on their way. I got a bad feeling and though they would up their fee to include their $59 charge they initially wanted. I cancelled. Why would a company charge you to do work you are going to pay for. Got another electric company to come out the next day. Excellent work. Reasonably priced, licensed electricians and very professional.
