As I recall, we had some rescheduling of the appt with short notice on their part... Other than that, they arrived promptly, worked efficiently and neatly. They added tv height wall outlet to conceal all of the wires. I am hopeful to see a deal like this again as I am moving and want several TV's wall mounted like this.

I had no problems with them. It worked out fine. They were on time and friendly. They did the job. It turned out fine. It was very good. There was an extra $100.

No follow up. Had to call them a few days after buying service to make appointment. Did not arrive or call within guaranteed window (had to call them to find out where they were). Did not off discount or ('free') service due to not making their window. This was advertised by them. Seem overwhelmed by seasonal business. The actual electrician was pleasant enough. Not involved with horrible scheduling service. I did not push for the free service as it wasn't worth my time with everything else going on at the time. This provider would make someone think twice about using Angie's list for this type of service.

They were the only people that I could find that would come out the same day. Everything was done within two hours of the initial call and they did great work.

They company wasn't answering my phone calls and didn't attempt to call back. I have requested a refund.

They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to others. I was very pleased with their work.

The two men who came to the house were very nice but did not seem to know what they were doing. They took an excessive amount of time to wall-mount the tv in our master BR and they did a very poor job (i.e. left the Comcast "eye" dangling from the side of the tv.) They kept asking each other what to do and how to do it and seemed like novices rather than experienced TV installers. To say we are disappointed in Speedy Electric's service is an understatement.

Technician Jason Sylvester was very professional and did an outstanding job. The work he performed has worked out very nicely. He explained all the procedures in my husband's presence, and he was very comfortable with my husband standing over him and asking him questions, which we appreciated. He also traveled to our home which is under road construction and it was difficult to get to and noisy as he worked. Again, no complaints from him about this. Scheduling for the appointment was frustrating. We began trying to make appointments in December, and it took a total of 4 weeks to have a technician arrive. The receptionist was apologetic about the confusion, but it wasn't until my husband threatened to go to another company that we had a scheduled technician out to our home.

We had two outlets that weren’t working and they fixed them. He inspected another issue and determined that there was no problem. I was very satisfied with them. They were prompt and polite.

Their technician Todd arrived at 9:40 am and finished at noon. For a short time he was helped by Jesse who did not stay very long. The job performance was excellent and would recommend them and use them again

I never heard from them for a long time after purchasing it. I finally heard from them and they were supposed to show up yesterday and I stayed home all day and they never showed and will not answer or return my calls. Additionally there message says they will call you back within 30 minutes and that does not happen.

My experience was okay. I knew I had to pay more since I called and asked them. They were professional and nice to work with. They arrived when they said they would. They did what they said they would for the price they quoted.

I called Speedy Electric on Friday and left a message and then just waited for the promised call back. Didn't hear back from Bobby-Jo until Tuesday (4 days later). She apologized for the late response as something probably happened to their answering machine. Spoke to her on Wednesday and our call was interrupted so I called her back and left a message to please call me back. Haven't heard back yet...4 days later. Nothing Speedy about them! Obviously went to one of the other recommended names on Angie's List who was prompt in returning a call and scheduled the service to be done ASAP.

They were outstanding very professional and timely the rates are reasonable. They are punctual and do everything great! They called ahead to informed me of there time frame, they do a tremendous job. This is the second time I have used them and would recommend them to others.

Speedy Electric was not able to do the work when first promised; however, they more than made up for it with a reduction in overall cost. They arrived early in the morning and worked all day diligently. One problem did occur when the worker accidentally punctured a plumb line in the wall. He stayed overtime and fixed the problem with the guarantee that it was as good as new and promised no leaks in the wall. The gentlemen were very professional and wanted to please the customer. I am very happy with their attitude and professionalism. Would definitely use them again.

What I neeed done was going to be a total of $4200 with the coupon so I decided to cancel the deal. They were polite.

They sent someone out right away. He was very nice and I enjoyed speaking with him. He was very informative but he never came up with an estimate. He came out on October 28th. It is now November 14th and I haven't heard anything from them, even after contacting their office twice.

Overall impress with the service. Bought the $249 package that included wall mount and HDMI cables. However, was surprised to see on final bill an additional $149 for a "relocated TV outlet". Given that the TV was wall mounted and the cables were installed behind the wall they need to come out at the bottom somewhere - so assumed this was included. Unfortunately was out when my wife paid the final bill, so unable to ask installers. Call the office and left message to question this but as of yet (over a week later) haven't heard back.

Quick contact.. Showed up when promised.. Difficult job due to walls of poured concrete and rebar but finish in good time and cleaned up like I wouldn't know he'd been her..

Great job. PLEASE - if you live in Florida, call these guys TODAY and have surge supprssors installed. No, they did not come with your house, and they are not the $20 things you plug into an outlet. I thought I was somewhat protected, by LCEC's surge suppressors that I had installed a couple of years ago, and, despite listing on the LCEC website that their sdurge suppressor porotects air conditions, it does not (I am livid). I had previosly purchased Leviton surge suppressors to install on my panels (my house has 2 panel, most houses have one). I had intended to install the suppressors myself, but never put it up on the priority list. And, thanks to mother nature, my outside AC unit (compressor) took a hit, fried. So, I ended up replacing the AC unit, and then the inside unit, so pretty expensive mistake for not having these installed. I am sure Speedy would sell a suppressor as well. I did a lot of research (that's just me), and found the Leviton unit, that has a great warranty and protects AC units, as well as other itme. My only glitch with Speedy was that it took a little while to connect and get a date set up (I was not really proactive with the scheduling). I was out of town when the electrician came on the date and time that was scheduled. The tech did a great job installing the units. the Big Deal I purchased was 2 hours of electrical service for $99. Since I had previosly purchased the suppressors (Amazon, $200 each), I ended paying $99. Very neat and professionally looking job. Tech even recessed the one unit (the one panel unit could not be recessed). I would use Speedy again, and recommend them to anyone. PLEASE get these suppressors installed, m ake sure they arer a good quality unit, from a solid company, with a solid warranty. NOTE: these do not protect TV, computers, you need outlet protectors for that. One of the joys of living in SW Florida.

I bought their big deal through Angie's List on October 10. Angie's emailed me that Speedy would be in touch by October 10. Today is October 15 and I have yet to hear a word from them. I have cancelled the order and applied for a refund from Angie's.

This went very well. They did a great job. They were very friendly as well.

They were here and they were quick. They were good. It was all fine. We didn’t spend anything extra. They did a good job. They cleaned up their mess. They were professional.

On both occasions the electrician was prompt, courteous and professionally finished the job quickly. I was most impressed with how quickly they responded and got someone out. Each time the electrician explained exactly what he did and asked if there was anything else I needed done around the house. I highly recommend using Speedy Electric....their service is outstanding.

Move one outlet up the wall in kitchen Installed one new outlet on the same wall. Everything was cleaned up to a T. Awesome service, we will call Speedy again.
