These guys were awesome. Punctual, reasonably priced, courteous and polite, wore covers over their shoes to avoid making a mess. I will definitely use them again!!!

We purchased a deal to have 4 recessed lights installed. Before the installation date we decided we wanted 14 more recessed lights throughout the house installed as well. The plan was to get a quote from them for the other 14 lights on the installation date. When I met with them on the morning of installation they provided a quote for the additional 14 lights which we accepted. To my surprise they were able to install all 18 lights on that day. They even sent an additional member to assist to make sure the job was completed that day. They were very professional, respectful and diligent.

Very well. They installed the fan, and it's very quiet. The technician was very knowledgeable about what he had to do, and did just that. The installation went very well and looks great!

It was wonderful. I highly recommend them. I actually had them come in and do extra electrical work on top of that. They are very thorough and they tell me everything that they are going to do ahead of time. When it comes to computers and electrical, they break it down to the average person's level. It was the owner of the company who came with them. I have given their name to other people.

Contractor arrived promptly as promised. He was very polite, profesional & explained everything in detail. I thought some of the pricing for the additional work seemed high, but I'm not really familiar with electrician rates in the area. Speedy Electric did an excellent job though & I'd definitely recommend them.

Jesse was to meet me there Friday morning..(I live about 25 miles away) I allowed an extra half hour leeway before calling to ask when he might arrive Bobby Jo explained there was an error... it was on her 'board' but not on his. He would not be able to make it until Monday between 1-3. I arranged for the maintenance supervisor at her AL to meet with Jesse to identify the issue. Again, no one showed up. I phoned again, several times, in fact. I asked that Jesse call me. Nothing. Apparently, they do not need any business...

Electricians were knowledgeable and charged modestly for add on work they were asked to perform.

Excellent. The provide a free quote before work. They call ahead to let you know they are coming. They show up on time. The are professional. THEY ARE NOW OUR ELECTRICIANS!

Speedy arrived as scheduled with 2 electricians which there photos where emailed me prior to there arrival. For safety. They did an outstanding job on the job which added much value to the look of the kitchen. They took the time to talk with me about exactly what I wanted to accomplish with the lighting. And I am happy with the final outcome.

THE FIRST PERSON THEY SENT OUT DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX EITHER PROBLEM. HE CALLED HIS BOSS AND THE BOSS SENT OUT A NEW REPAIRMAN IMMEDIATELY WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FIXED BOTH ISSUES. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN

My condo building was built in 1984. I wanted to upgrade the cable. This required a multi-dop cable line from the central drop for the building to a connection in the unit next to mine and then to my attic and finally to my tvs and internet. The building was not built for cable and the ability to trace the lines was very difficult and time consuming. I was involved the entire time and witnessed the challenges the two electricians had in figuring out to to provide the improved service I was expecting. It took two whole days, involved rerouting the main line and getting access to the unit next to mine as well as the unit above the main drop for the buildings. Jesse bid the project but told me it would cost more if the access was difficult. Jason and Todd spent the first day trying to get the line from the central drop up to my unit. They also upgraded the lines within my unit and added a line for another tv. Then Jesse and Todd returned to complete the job.The second day required some imagination to finish the task and they did a fantastic job. They were professional, neat, committed and focused on giving me complete satisfaction. Jesse even made a follow-up trip when I was experiencing some data issues. We were trying to isolate the issue between the new lines and the Comcast Service. I also had a follow-up service call with Comcast to confirm the internet speed on the new lines. I am very pleased with the work done by Speedy Electric and the professionalism of their team. I will certainly call Speedy Electric again.

Everything went great, technician Todd was excellent. We will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

My switch outside doesn't turn off after to put it in the off position, it just blinked. He didn't even fix it. He shocked himself and was hurt and moved slower afterwards. They promised to come out and fix the problems, but they never scheduled anything. I asked for a refund and have yet to provide that. They promised the owner will call back and never does.

They didn’t show on the day they said they were going to show, and they didn’t let me know. However they were very apologetic and rescheduled. They came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the problem quickly. The deal was a good value but I think they got caught up on the deal rush.

In spite of it being high season in the area, Jason and John showed up on schedule and did an excellent job. They refused to leave until the installation had been done properly and in accordance with my wishes. The only problem was mine. I forgot to ask them how to remove the television from the wall mount in case I need to do it. That, however, was my fault.

Went very well. Speedy sent an email with Todd's picture before he arrived. When he arrived he went over the work plan and cost. There was a little confusion over the fan deal which was quickly resolved by the office and he started to work. The light replacements were not so bad, but that fan install was a big job. When I bought the fan package, I thought it sounded a bit pricey for a bath fan, but when I looked the fan up on Amazon, it was $90. When I saw how difficult the install was, I have to say, the price was exceptional for electrical work. The labor alone would normally cost that. I LOVE the fan. So silent at first I thought it wasn't working! Everyone at Speedy is extremely nice and professional. Lots of follow up. There was a little delay in responding to the deal at first, but as I wasn't ready, I didn't even try to call and have it done earlier. Part of the delay was probably my fault because I ordered the deals from two different accounts by mistake. When I did speak to Linda at Speedy, we made our arrangements and she kept me informed every step of the way. All the work was covered by the deals I purchased and there were no unpleasant surprises. Todd was very competent, helpful with suggestions and I felt very comfortable with his advice and recommendations. I will undoubtedly use them again and would recommend them highly.

I have been a General Contractor of 25 years and hired many sub-contractors and never paid an electrician in advance. Speedy wants to be paid in advance and refused to sign the proposal of estimated costs they gave me. I called the owner and told him to cancel the contract and 4 hours later they sent me an email telling me they charged $2500 to my credit card and confirmed the service appointment. They thought they should get a penalty fee of $2500 for cancelling before they show up. I believe they lack all office communications necessary for good business. DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE AND FIND A CONTRACTOR THAT SIGNS HIS PROPOSAL.

Was very pleased with how soon LInda was able to schedule and appointment and with a 2 hour window between 8-10 am. Received a call from Linda at 8:30 that Jason was on his way. Jason answered all of my questions, gave good recommendations and was very honest. Didn't try to get me to replace items that could be repaired or redirected. I was very pleased with Speedy Electric and feel like I now have a great company to call whenever we need electrical. Highly Recommend. Jason and Linda were both excellent.

He did a good job. Removed and disassembled the previous fan. Installed the new fan and cleaned up well.

Came on time, thorough, prepared, and did a great job.

Job was accomplished successfully. Management called and e mailed me 2x to make sure they knew what I wanted. A written estimate was provided ahead of the work for my approval. Electrician was prompt and did a good job. Very neat worker and personable.
