The servicemen arrived on time and were efficient and professional. They explained that I needed an outlet in the wall behind the TV --which I had not realized-- in order to hide all the wires. I authorized this work - they were prepared with all components needed. They positioned the TV exactly as I requested and the result is beautiful. Made such a difference in our family room.

I was charged for the removal of the existing fan and for hooking up the fan light. Apparently the "deal" price is for NEW work only, as I was charged for the removal of the existing fan. The picture that goes with the deal shows a light fixture on the fan and I mistakenly thought that this is what they installed for $69. The electrician never checked on what was on the circuit breaker when he turned it off to install the fan and as a result the timer for the irrigation system had the wrong times. Code compliance contacted me and I had to have the irrigation company reset the timer at MY EXPENSE. Total cost is about 3 times what was advertised on AL.

Nice kids performed the job. One seemed like he was training the other. Charged extra for additional outlet. Concealed cables well but would have been nice to have the plastic piece that wires come through more centered to the tv for better concealment.

I ordered a "complete electrical inspection" from them. The only thing they did was to check all the outlets for about 15 minutes, and told you that you need to replace all the outlets (because I told him the outlets was about 7 to 8 years old) and they said they can do the job. Basically, they did nothing for this $99 and wanted to push you to buy more of their services. I asked the technician to tell me which switch controls which light or outlet. At the beginning, he said it's not the job covered for this $99. Eventually, he said some switch probably would control certain things. Whenever I asked questions, he always said he needed to diagnostic and that's not covered. At the end, I asked him to give me an estimation of finding out why my wall light didn't work. I waited over 10 days and never get anything from them. Besides, he didn't give me the inspection report after he's done. The technician told me that they would send it to me later through email. I waited two to three days and got nothing from them and I called them back to request the report. Eventually, three or four days later, they sent it to me. I will never use them any more and never recommend them to anyone else!

They were prompt, courteous and very concientious about their work. I was 100% satisifed with the work and cost. Would hire them again and will refer them to my friends.

They did an exceptionally good job but the price was a little high.

Speedy Electric also removed old ceiling fan and installed new ceiling fan, that we requested while the workers were there. They first remove the old ceiling fan and then installed the new ceiling fan, that we provided. Once installed we found that it was damaged, the motor wasn't working. They remove the new fan and then aloud us to go get a new replacement fan. They waited for the new replacement fan and install the new with no problem. Speedy Electric only charge $ 113.90 for the remove and installation of anew fan. They were very accommodating.

They were very professional and even gave me a discount, I would use them again recommend them to others. They were very friendly and a great help!! Very quick and extra clean!!

I contacted them by phone to make sure the deal/coupon included the fan and to compare how soon they could do the job. I spoke with a very nice woman named Amy who had to check with someone to make sure she gave me correct answers. She called back stating they could do the job in 5 days and offered an appointment time to arrive between 8 am and 10am. The day arrived and another woman called stating the electricians could not do the job until quite a bit later in the day, 2 pm. I asked if they could come earlier as I had made a vet appointment for 3. She checked with someone then came back stating they would come as soon as they finished their current job. I meanwhile left for an 11am appointment and returned around 12:30. My mother had agreed to deal with them and the dogs if they came. She said they had called around 12:15 saying "we are on the way:. So we waited and they did not arrive until around 1:30 pm. When they arrived they were polite and even had booties to wear inside the house. The job required making a separate and bigger hole in the ceiling. They completely explained the reason why and agreed to install the fan at no extra charge. They completed the work around 4:00 pm as I returned from the vet. The fan is very nice, quiet and they placed a temporary fill of the old hole until I can get someone to come repair it as I had agreed. Overall I am impressed by the work done, the value received, and the speed of scheduling compared to other companies I contacted. They company would do better if they were more accurate about scheduling but I have found this same issue with so many service people in Florida.

Amy, the scheduler; was great - courteous and followed up nicely. Wednesday, she called during their service window to let me know the electricians were delayed to check my schedule. The electricians were running behind. They said the electricians were not going to be able to make it. They wanted to reschedule for the next day. She called at 10:45 to confirm their master electrician would be coming. He was on time. He was very nice. He was efficient and professional and I really enjoyed him. Initially, it started very badly - but they did make good the way they should. They started as an 'F', but redeemed themselves to an 'A', - so I'll give 'C' overall.

Went well. Installers were knowledgable,pleasant, and focused. Went right to work and completed tasks as quickly as possible

I called the office and told them that the supposedly repaired light had quitworking within 15 minutes of the techs departure. The said they would have someone come out on Monday. It never happened.

Dominic never showed. I called Speedy at 4 and 4:20. Got a recording that they were either on the phone or stepped away from their desk. It's Friday and they have likely gone for the day. No one has any intention of showing up or calling me back. This was a simple job that could have easily been done quickly in the morning when it was scheduled. Bad enough they pushed me back, but then to waste my time and not show or call me back is inexcusable. I've used them before and liked Dominic, but every other electrician in town will have to be busy before I ever call them again. BUYER BEWARE!

It was fine as far as ceiling fan installation went, but he never really solved the problem of the circuit breaker

Good work, cleaned up afterward

I bought a coupon from angies list for a whole house inspection to include labor. I made it clear that I had a blown breaker and no power to the Florida room. The coupon stated whole house inspection with 1 hr labor. I made it clear that I wanted an inspection of my electrical system for the house. The technician came to the house and inspected the electrical system down stairs and told my wife he could not figure out the problem with the breaker without going in the attic. He said that it was too hot and that he was going to have to return with another technician in the am. My wife asked him if there would be a charge for that and he said there would be a charge. I called their office complaining and the secretary said I needed to talk to the owner who was actually the one that came to the house. I received a voice message stating that there was not going to be a charge that they could not be in the attic when it was that hot . That was in complete contrast to what my wife was told. She asked the gentleman several times just to make sure because she could not believe what she was hearing. At that point even if they decided to come out I don't trust this company doing any electrical work and requested a refund. I received an email response stating they would look into this with angies list. Since that time I have had several request for an update unanswered. I also hired another company who came to the house diagnosed and fixed and the issue with my breaker without ever going into the attic. I would not use this company nor would i recommend them. Interestingly they did have enough time to put a company sticker on my breaker box.

They were very easy to schedule service and always followed up with a prompt response. They took great effort in minimizing the mess and were very fast with the installation.

Unexpected issue with chandelier that could not be priced out until taken down. 20 yr old hm and wire issue found but they did not cause it. Thought we were switching out all celing fan switches and only 4 out of 5 were done. On time, punctual, did ok job cleaning up - could do better job wiping up/sweeping plaster, polite, on time, professional, etc. date is an est. bought Speedy Services 1/31/15
