This was a repair and they don't do door repairs.

This was the second time we used Impact Ready. They did a great job for us. Andy, the owner, once again explained various options and materials. The work was performed on time with no problems / no mess. His crew chief, Brandon, once again was super. Impact Ready is a first rate company. They may be more expensive but you get what you pay for and IR has the top of the line products and service. Highly recommend them.

The care and attention to detail the men displayed in their work was very evident. They are highly skilled craftsmen. One could immediately discern the professional pride they take in their work.

I generally use a bidding process when undertaking work this extensive/expensive. I did so in this case. My first contact with Impact Ready was with Steve Jacoby. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very professional in working with us to understand what the product would do for us, how it was rated, how it was constructed, the length of the warranties and what the cost would be. He was one of 5 vendors that we met with. We selected Impact Ready because we felt they had the best product and because they utilized their own installers. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. The installation went very well. The work impacted both the interior and exterior of the home. When they first arrived (on-time) they put up plastic in the living area so as to minimize any dust from the project and they moved the furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently and answered any questions I had along the way. Nate and his crew took very good care of not only installing the windows but making sure that any area that needed to be caulked or needed spackle was taken care of. It was a sunny day when they did the installation which afforded us the opportunity to put our hands on the inside of the old window and new windows at the same time (they did one side then the other which is only about a foot apart). What a difference! Where the old were hot the new were cool to the touch and introduced very little heat into the room while affording us a wonderful view out the new windows (no longer looking through heavy tinting). When they left they cleaned everything up and left us not only with very nice windows but with no indication that major surgery had been done to the home. Within a day or two we received a call from the office checking on our satisfaction which was nice. We've had the windows for a week now and they seem to be everything that was promised. The room is much cooler and the view through the windows is excellent. I would highly recommend Impact Ready for the quality of the product they sell, the quality of the staff they employ (not subcontractors), the warranty and the reasonable cost for the products and service.

As a previous Gov't Project Manager, I did my due diligence and solicited 3 bids from reputable contractors. Impact Ready owner, Andy, provided the most detailed scope of work, conveyed extensive product knowledge and enough commitment to the project to make me feel comfortable. Although, IR's price was actually the highest of the three bids, after much discussion, I felt that the phrase, "you get what you pay for" , should hold true. IR foreman, "JP", was fantastic! A young, old school craftsman, paid attention to all details. He absolutely felt that he was totally responsible for the job. As lead mechanic, JP's multi-skills were an absolute asset on a job that proved not to be easy. I felt that he met each challenge, whether it was woodwork, concrete, tile or schedule constrictions with enthusiasm and dedication. Definitely not something you find everyday in an employee. The three other installers with IR on this project came together to make this happen without incident. They were there every morning at 8 AM (an hours drive away) and often left after 6 - 7 PM., with a minor break and short lunches, commendable in the August heat. I actually waited until an independent Wind Mitigation Survey was performed before submitting my review to confirm my assessment of IRs performance. The certified inspector/contractor had said that it was "the best installation that he had seen in SW Florida". So, the adage that, "you get what you pay for", held true for me.

I consider them to be some of the best .They did what they said they were going to do. They did what they were asked. They stuck to the price they intially said I could have Very honest guys

Wonderful, they did a wonderful job. They did my windows, my front doors, and my garage doors. They were great. Couldn't ask for better. They did a great job, they cleaned everything up. Everything was fine. My front door, I keep getting comments on my front door. The sidelights have the glass on either side of the door and it matched the glass on the top of the door. I felt very happy. My old windows used to blow open in the wind and they don't open anymore. They are high impact windows. I got rid of my alarm thing for the windows because if someone tries to break in to through the windows somebody is going to notice, you're going to have to knock it with a sledge hammer. They were very good, they were very professional. I had absolutely no problems with them, I would recommend them to anyone.

They substituted an outside contractor for the work despite their promise to use their people. The outside contractor knew very little about replacing windows and did a poor job. The new windows fit poorly and the glass in one was broken by the installer. The work was somewhat corrected by the company crew, but we are not happy - just wanted them gone.

They were great to work with, the only problem I had was,the windows took longer than expected. The job turned out great!!!

They did a great job. I had to handle it remotely because I live in Pennsylvania and we were doing our second home in Florida. They managed everything for me. They were totally cooperative and took care of all the permitting. They did all the work and they cleaned up the rooms after they were done. They completely finished it where they put the doors in but then they finished out all the trim and they did all the painting. They did a beautiful job and it’s a good quality door. I’m very happy with that all the way around. They were really good. They were expensive. I did get a significantly cheaper quote on that. They were pricy but they were worth it.

Steve gave us a very detailed quote and explained all options. They were on time, cleaned up when they were finished each day, answered all my questions and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional, efficient, courteous family company responsive to every request from original presentation to job completion. While working, every effort is made to keep your home clean. They close off each area with tarps and clean up when finished. It took several weeks to complete our job because of the number of windows, doors, sliders so I often had to leave home while they worked. I did so without concern. I could not give them, or their product, a higher ranking or I would.

I called Impact Ready and received a call back from Steve in a couple days, which was fine. I was asking for an estimate and didn't need immediate service. Steve and I had a great conversation. He asked questions and I provided enough information for him to gauge what our needs and desires were. Later that day I received an email with information about the company which was very informative and some patio doors. We talked again after which he sent me a detailed estimate based on our discussion. The estimate was fair based on my experience and other information. Unfortunately none of the options available would work due to the construction of our home. Unless we made significant structural changes we would not be able to change the patio door style to the one we wanted. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I expect in the future we will have needs for windows and possibly doors. I will contact them again when I have those needs.

Andy gave us a very detailed quote and explained various options. He worked with our schedule so that once his crews started they worked straight through to completion. We could not be happier with the workmanship and the crews. Brandon & Casey did the heavy lifting with window removal and replacement. They cleaned up continuously and we never had debris. Phil did the finishing work and did a super job on the colonial molding inside and outside the new double front door. Very Highly recommend Impact-Ready! Product quality and workmanship are outstanding!

The impact glass is fine. It’s marvelous and super. They are very clean and efficient. They did what they said they would do. They were on time. They did a quality work. They were excellent cleaners. They cleaned up after themselves. They charged us what they said they would charge us.

They were very good, but I just did not go to their company. They were very good! They got the quote back to me immediately. I would probably get a quote from them again in the future.

My experience with Impact-Ready Inc. went okay. They're wonderful guys. They're honest. I trusted them in my house. They do good work. The only thing I would say bad about them is that they're a bit slow.

The project was for 15 windows, 2 doors, and 2300 square feet of siding. Impact-Ready Inc produced a fair and detailed estimate. They certainly seemed to know what they were doing. It came down to two companies that I was equally comfortable with: the other one gave me a slightly better price, is all. They were very prompt, they came out right away. They were professional, they followed-up well, they sent their estimates and they followed up well on that too.

He came out and I don’t have any complaints with him. The quote was about $27,000. He quoted for all the windows. He was extremely thorough. He actually brought his science project right in with him to show it on the countertop. He was very polite, very professional. I researched the company. It was a valid company and of course other people on Angie’s List had positively reported back on them. I haven’t had a bad experience at all. He was very quick and he jumped right on it. He was on time. He is still in the running and I am still contemplating.

Impact-Ready Inc were good. I had no problem with the company and it had nothing to do with the price as well. They have an engineer who does the marketing aspect of it and it is a family owned company, I just went with another company because they had a better product.I was really considering going with them it was just that I found a better product and it was all to do with being able to open the window. The product that they had was the same that I have right now while and that was the only product that they had. I would recommend them to anybody because they gave me the quote in a very efficient and timely manner. I would use them if they had the product that I am looking for.

We have had electric shutters on our home for hurricane protection for the past 10 years. While they did provide adequate protection, we found them unreliable and often in need of expensive repairs. Conventional metal shutters are also quite unattractive.The windows, which the shutters protected, were single pane, single hung, builder's grade (AKA Cheap) windows. They were terribly ineffient and leaked like the proverbial sieve. The solution? We killed two birds with one stone by having Impact Ready replace both the shutters AND the windows with energy efficient, hurricane impact windows. These are double hung windows can be cleaned from INSIDE the house, a big benefit because we live on the second floor; I did a significant amount of research before selecting a window company. It turns out that the window manufacturers themselves are not the biggest challenge but rather the installation process itself There are a good number of quality windows on the market but PRECIOUS FEW COMPANIES THAT CAN COMPETENTLY INSTALL THEM! Enter Impact Ready. I chose them after exhaustive research. Based on my direct observation and references, they are the performance benchmark here in Bonita Springs. Don't take my word for it, feel free to ask the experts at the City of Bonita Springs Building Department. I did and they validated my selection. Impact Ready does a superlative job physically isolating each window installation, which if not properly masked, can generate lots of dust and debris onto adjacent areas, keeping them relatively clean. Impact Ready also did an excellent job with internal touch-up, repairing and repainting any areas that were disturbed during the replacement process. One neat thing that they do is to install some attractive cove moulding around the inside perimeter of the entire window frame. Many companies don't pay this kind of attention to detail and leave you with un attractive exposed caulking. Remember the removal of the old metal shutters? All holes, scratches and blemishes to the outside stucco is repaired and repainted. Your would never know that they were there.
