Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired constant knocking and freezing in the refrigerator. Switched out the diffuser. They were able to suspect what the issue was based on my description on the phone call and so had the part available and everything was taken care of within 10 minutes upon arrival. Really pleased with their professionalism and courtesy.

My impression from the start with this company was formed by the pleasant, customer service attitude of the woman who schedules appointments, Janine. I did not know where the shut-off for my water to the house was located, Jason patiently helped me and did find it. I need sometime to confirm that the plastic taste and smell is gone, as I need to have the ice machine regenerate a new batch of ice and I need to dump a couple of gallons of water from the system. You could pick up the smell on the tubing that was removed so I am quite optimistic that Jason has solved my problem. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: My refrigerator water and ice had a plastic taste and smell. Jason found that the plastic tubing from the water source appears to have been the problem. My refrigerator is tightly fit in an area up against a wall and the kitchen counter, Jason had quite a time just moving the refrigerator to get to the back of the refrigerator, however Jason never gave up and with the best attitude managed to get it out and back.

It was excellent! Like I said they came after hours, pricing was fantastic, came with the part that was needed, tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Prior to diamond appliance I got the run around..But at I was at ease when diamond appliance came to my house and he fixed my refrigerator.
