Terrible. I was given the wrong diagnostic that was gonna cost me almost $800. It wasn't even that. It was just a sensor that was replaced by a company called appliance discount center. Then the owner dared saying that I wasn't even their customer after I gave them a bad review in Google. Well, you can see the bill that is attached here so you can decide yourself.

Extremely happy with work done! Even removed old non-working ice machine to allow for more room in freezer, which was appreciated. Price seemed a bit high, tho we greatly appreciate having our 2nd refrigerator back!

Went extremely well. Robert was the tech who diagnosed problems, and came back to make the repairs. Long story, but I requested, and offered to pay for, FedEx delivery of parts from Samsung. Diamond obtained the parts within 24 hours, and did not charge me for overnight delivery. Can't ask for more than that. EXCELLENT OVERALL SERVICE! Of course would use Diamond on my next appliance repair of any kind. One other non-repair comment: my AV app on two different computers won't allow me to access their website, indicating there's a threat of some sort. Hope that can be fixed.

He found the problem but the cosat to reoair was $530.00 We both agreed that it was better to buy a new one. I paid for the service call

Paid $85 for first visit, which turned out to result in an incorrect diagnosis of the problem. Tech did not show up at agreed-upon time for follow up, and put me off to another day. Was treated rudely by owner when I called to ask about the missed date. I cancelled the postponed follow up, and used an alternative repair service.

From the Service CALL to the Office staff.. Part was delayed due to the Holiday.. however that was OK 👍.. I understood/ Office staff kept us updated ... Tech was out tonight and he was AMAZING AND Im WASHING AT HOME! Thank YOU

Scheduled with one day of call, on time, prompt and friendly tech, provided estimate, and need to order part. Scheduler indicated there was a parts only potential warran - indeed upon report, the part was warranty. Diamond took care of all...only needed to provide the purchase receipt copy. Back two days later and replaced the cracker rinse aid container. Very pleased.

The icemaker was repaired at the first visit (the tech had the part with him) and had to order a second. I was given a date for the second part be installed. The tech arrived as scheduled, and fixed the temperature control issue. I was given a time window for each service, and they called 30 minutes ahead to let me know the tech was on his way, which worked out well. When the tech for the second visit was delayed, I was informed promptly, which was appreciated. Both techs were very efficient, professional and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

Jason ( the owner) came and knew exactly what to do to fix my dryer. Very professional and fair. This is the company to call they will make all possible to keep a customer happy. Very grateful customer...Thanks

I could not have been happier with the experience. Pleasant, very honest young man. I highly recommend using their service. I will need another small part to accompany the heater. $85 service call is deducted from parts needed.

They came out almost immediately on a Saturday, and they were the only ones of the 5 places I called to even call back (didn't even get a call back during the work week). The guy was extremely helpful and said that he had seen this issue before with Whirlpool and advised replacing the fridge instead of wasting money on the repair. We took his advice and installed a new LG. Would definitely hire them again.

The fridge needed a new compressor and control board. Unfortunately these parts were located across the country, but Diamond Appliance overnighted the parts to quickly fix the fridge without the tenant losing food. They even called my tenant about a week after the fix to make sure it was still running perfectly.

He tuned up my a/c and then diagnosed my water heater. He wrote a letter for me to take to Lowes and informed me that the unit needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the service call.

The first time, the technician diagnosed the problem as a lack of electricity to the door latch. He ordered the part. The second time, the technician came an hour late, at suppertime, and wasn't aware if the problem was for a stove or washing machine. The third time, technician did not show up. The office said he came to the property but no one was home. I was outside during this period and no one came to my house. They lied! The fourth time, the technician - the owner- came and re-diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board. We set an appointment for today 5/13 at 11:00 AM. He said he would call if there was any problem. It is now 4:37 PM, no one has come, no one answers their phone, voice mail, and no one has called back to explain why. The company is unresponsive at best and incompetent as I see it.

found a motor fault, needed to replace the motor. tech explained that it would be better to buy a new dryer instead of fixing the current dryer

As I said we are still waiting I have tracked down a source at Sears Corpwarranty company and he'stracking it down with parent company of the warranty 3eDiamond has three employees we were told and obviously they are not equipped to service the warranty calls they revived and for reasons of money probably don't hire more techsAs i I said we tried for days to call and got their voice mail,during business hours We d leave messages that were not returned and the last time we spoke on the 19th of January' they had no idea where the part was or when it was coming in and we have received zero info from them since them Today is February first and we have not have a working cooktop or oven since 12/22/15

It was OK but it took way too much time.
