Description of Work: Zepco company put in green chain link fence on both side of my property. Jerry came and gave me the estimate and complete the job on time as promise.Jerry price was the best of 3 estimate that I received. Final inspection from the city show the job was excellent. I would recommend Jerry's company anytime. I am a very satisfied customer.

Description of Work: this is an update from my prior review. I am the homeowner who has a problem with the city if Weston for a permit that was not finalized. After the contractor read my review he called me. I found out he moved and the phone number I was using was an old number. After explaining what happened he came out and fixed the gate at no charge and told me after Hurricane Wilma he had hired a lot of helpers and things feel through the cracks. I an waiting for the inspections from Weston and hopefully this matter can be put to rest.

Description of Work: I didn't go with this company mainly because he insisted that I shouldn't pull permits for the job at hand because it was a "small job". To me that is a huge red flag right there. I live in Tamarac and they are extremely strict about pulling permits. I'd probably skip this guy, he isn't by the books so to speak. He showed up for the survey when he said he would so I guess he is prompt and the price was decent but that's really all I can say.

Description of Work: I called 2 high ranked fencers and the other (web) never called back. Zepco gave an estimate and promised a completion date a day prior to a party we were planning (it was 3 weeks away). With 1 week to go and no work started, we started calling. They finished the fence the day before the party in pouring down rain but, they did meet the promised date. The owner Jerry was great to work with.
