Zepco was responsive at first until we signed the contract. Once the contract was signed and a deposit was given, they basically don't respond back to you. We originally had a 3-4 week estimate of time between contract signed and fence being installed. It went several weeks past that. I contacted the town to see if our permits were all set and they were, despite what Sherry was reporting to me. Once she knew that I contacted the town and knew my permits were ready, miraculously they had our fence being installed the next day. They clearly were delayed on their end or forgot about us. Either way, it was unprofessional especially since I had to keep calling/emailing to even get a response from them about anything. The fence turned out nice, but it's not worth the headache to have to micromanage them. When it came time to pay them the full amount at the end, the owner called from his car, sitting on our street, to get my credit card information. Then he told me that he attached my paperwork to the fence. I was home, I could see him sitting in the car, I don't understand why he couldn't come get the information in person? Now, 6 months later one of our gates is not latching correctly, leaving it to not close. We have contacted them 4 times, two of which they actually responded saying they would come look at the gate and never did. I find this company to be very unprofessional and rude. They are unreliable and act like customers have no right to be upset when they don't show up or answer calls/emails.

Sherry and Jerry (owners) were easy to work with. The materials and workmanship were excellent as far as I can tell. There was initially a problem with one of the gates not working correctly, but they came back and made a satisfactory repair. One negative factor was a long delay to get the work done. They originally estimated 4 or 5 weeks, but it was actually 14 weeks from the time I paid the deposit. We were not in a big hurry, so it was not a big problem.

Customer service is horrible and not to mention threating text being sent by Jerry to his client. Apart from seemingly good quality fence and installation, it was a very horrible experience. I wish to offer a word of advice to prospective customers "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY" or you could end up in verbal altercation and possible physical confrontation.

I called Zepco to have a white aluminum fence installed around my backyard. Sherry their saleswoman came to my house to meet with me and she seemed great, very nice and friendly and I felt confident they would be great to work with. However after that initial meeting she dropped off the earth. She doesn’t respond to emails or return voicemails. Finally she texted me telling me we were scheduled for a certain date and that the installers usually come between 8-9am. The day comes and nobody shows. I call Sherry and no response. I call the worker Jerry and he says he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Finally Sherry texts me (completely unprofessional) and says it’s been delayed to three days later to due FPL having to mark lines, I was understanding. Three days later same thing happens and again no one even calls me to let me know no one was coming. I called the owner Jerry asking when this would be done... he proceeds to get an attitude with me and tell me I need to have some patience and that I call them 10x a day! I was stunned! I only ever called them once or twice to find out what the heck was going on. He was completely unprofessional and extremely rude to me. Finally when the fence was installed his guys cracked a huge irrigation pipe and proceeded to dump cement over it to cover it up causing huge problems in our irrigation system! Horrible company with no morals and completely unprofessional.

My appointment with Sherry was scheduled for 12:00 p.m. I received a call at 9:49 a.m. to reschedule for 1:00 p.m. which I agreed to without hesitation. At 2:10 p.m. I finally heard from Sherry to tell me she was on her way and would be here in 20 minutes. She explained that someone was sick in the owner's family and she was running the whole show plus her appointments by herself. I had no problem waiting for another 20 minutes, I had already waited 1 hour and 10 minutes! At 3:15 p.m. I tried Sherry and received no answer. Finally, at 3:45, I called and left a message to cancel the appointment. I fully understand and agree with putting family first, however, I do not understand making someone wait twice, for well over an hour, when you tell them you will be there in 20 minutes. We all have phones, we all have GPS, there is just no excuse. Why make appointments on days when all other management is out of town? If the crisis was unexpected, why not simply reschedule appointments for another day? I wasted an entire day waiting, what makes this company think that their time is more valuable than mine?

I hired Zepco Fence to replace 161' of existing wood fence with new white vinyl/PVC shadowbox fence (6' high), including 2 gates. The installed product looks great! Jerry (owner) and Sherry were both professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They're familiar with the strict codes in Coral Springs and seamlessly handled all of the paperwork and building/zoning permit requirements. Besides doing good work, the installers were efficient and understanding of any concerns I expressed. Although their prices are not the lowest, they are far from being the highest. They're definitely competitive and reasonable, given the end result. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The project went well. I am glad I worked with Zepco. It was hard to get estimates following the hurricane. Zepco was professional and responsive at all stages.

Jerry and his team of fence professionals are the best in the business. We had hired them in 2012 to do a fence extension on the opposite side of our house and that fence did beautifully during the hurricane in 2017. It was a no-brainer to hire them to now replace the entire fence on the opposite side of the house. Jerry was out at our house within a week of the storm to give us the estimate, and as soon as wood was available (materials were very scarce after the storm), his guys rebuilt our fence in just 2 days. They completely removed the old damaged fence, cleaned the area and built a beautiful fence in its place. His fence team was professional and very courteous. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again and in fact handed out his cards to my neighbors. Thanks Jerry.

I could not more enthusiastically recommend Zepco. I received multiple quotes for my fence and Zepco was the best by a wide margin. Jerry is extremely responsive. The recent rain caused the work to begin later than anticipated but Jerry was very open with his communication. Once the work got started, his workers worked extremely hard in the high heat of South Florida. They worked straight through the day and got the fence up quickly. Even though it was not agreed to in our estimate, they took it on their own to clear some thick ficus from our neighbors that was hanging over into our property. The finished work was impeccable and fence looks beautiful and there were no surprises as to the billing. Amazing and impressive work!

After a couple scheduling hiccups the job went smooth and was completed in a timely manner. All areas were cleaned up and the fence looks good.

The lack of professional courtesy with this company is mind-blowing. A few years ago, when I initially wanted to install a fence and based on my family's work history with them, this company came out to take measurements for an estimate and I never heard back from them. As the idea came up again recently to install a fence, this company showed up first in my searches (as my family had setup the previous estimate, I didn't realize that this was the same company). I set an appointment, which they once again showed up for on time, and they took their measurements and I was told that I would receive the estimate shortly. Despite numerous phone calls, I've not heard anything back within the few weeks since the appointment. Three phone calls went to voice mail, where messages were left and not returned. One time, the owner (who did the estimates) picked up and seemed somehow surprised that I didn't hear anything back. I was told that he was "going to check [his] notes" and [would] call [me] right back," which didn't happen. As a final effort, my family, who had used this company previously, reached out to the owner on a Friday. They were told that I would be called on Monday, as they were waiting to hear back from some other company about part of the estimate (I don't know if it was manufacturing or they were taking on too many jobs, etc.). Needless to say, no calls or emails were ever received. I've never had to chase a company down so much TO GIVE THEM MONEY. Fortunately, no money was exchanged, but despite others having a good experience with them, I can't recommend this company purely on its poor communication and inability to keep their (prospective) customers up to date.

I called Thursday March 2nd, 2017 and spoke to Jerry. He gave me Sherry's phone number and told me to call her to set up appointment for estimate. I called and appointment was set for Friday March 3rd, at 1530 hours. By 1700 hours no show, no phone call, and no answer when I called her. As of today still no call back. I guess they didn't want my business.

I made an appointment with Jerry for 9am on Monday morning. By 9:20 he hadn't shown up and I didn't hear anything, so I called and it went straight to voicemail. Then I decided to try texting him at 9:30 to ask if he was coming. He texted me right back and said "Yes I'm running a little late I had to set up my crew but I'm on my way probably be there in about an hour." No sorry or anything! I told him don't bother. An hour and a half is NOT "a little late" - no respect for my time and the fact that I've been sitting at home waiting for him. Didn't bother to call me and tell me he was coming at 10:30 instead of 9. Completely unprofessional and based on that, I would never hire him. It's too bad too, because it's about a $10k job he lost out on.

I called and made an appointment for someone to come out and do an estimate for Saturday Jan 7, 2017 at 4:00pm. At 4:15pm, I called to see where they were and the person who answered the phone said they thought the appointment was at 4:30pm. I told them "it's not a problem, I'm at home and I'll see you guys soon." No one showed up. No one called.

Glad to find out now how reputable they are. Look elsewhere. Much better companies out there.

I called them to set up an appointment and I was that it would be approximately two months before they could come out, but they referred me to a company that does smaller jobs.

He was extremely slow in responding and I made several calls to him. After finally giving me a pricing he waited another two weeks before calling and saying my job was too small and he was too busy. He told me to get a refund and hung up on me.

I called this company on Friday March 26th, 2016 and asked if they do Fence Repairs and I was told by Jerry the owner that they do. Jerry said he would be out to my home the next day to look at my fence so he could work up an estimate. He never showed up and never called. I got a call from his office on March 29th, 2016 and one of his office staff caled to make an appointment bot knowing Jerry had already blown me off already. I figured that everyone deserves a second chance so we set up what she said was a solid appointment for Friday April 1st, 2016 at 9:00 AM. I took the morning off of work to meet with Jerry and the only fool was me thinking that this company would actually show up. Do yourself a favor and skip Zebco Fence. You will be glad you did.
