Jerry was very quick in giving a detailed written estimate. Unfortunately, the start of job was delayed almost a month (due to bad weather and his other commitments). He was very professional and very polite and returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about requirements/codes. Used high quality hardware. He participated as well as supervised in the job. His workers left my yard clean from all debris. Once the job started, it was completed very promptly. I am satisfied with service received and already referred him to a neighbor.

I was very impressed with Zepco's responsiveness, professionalism and the quality and price of their work. Jerry came over promptly when I called, helped me "band-aid" the gate for a few days, and then replaced the gate/fence with chain link as soon as the weather allowed. This was a small job for Jerry, but one he prioritized for me, knowing I had recently gotten a puppy and was concerned the puppy might break through or jump over the garden gate/fence installed by the prior owner. I recommend Jerry and Zepco Fence highly.

I have lived in South Florida for over 30 years so I have seen a lot of contractors come and go. The main things that keep a contractor in business in South Florida are customer service and workmanship. The owner Jerry and his team of experts goes all out to provide both. When I called Jerry to come out to my home for an estimate, he not only answered my call the first time but was out on the site the very next day and provided me with an estimate on the spot. After seeing the estimate and speaking with a few other so called fence companies in the area, I knew Zepco was the one I was going to hire to do my fence job. Jerry and his crew took care of all the permitting with the city and showed up on the job when they said they would. The job was completed in two days including clean up and all finish work. My yard was left as clean as it was before the job started and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and that must be true because three of my neighbors have had Jerry install fences since the job at my home was done. They are very busy. I had a very small job and they did the best they could to fit me in. Quality was good.

They were good. I got all the information that I needed; they gave me a quote on the spot and gave me the appointment to do the work right there as well. I am very pleased with the work that they did because they did a good job. They showed up during the day while I was at work. When I came back the work was done and everything was cleaned up. They showed up on time for the quote as well as doing the job.

Jerry responded promptly to an online inquiry and we made arrangements for him to come to my house that same evening to give us a quote for the chainlink fence. We were working on a tight timeframe as we purchased a home without a screen enclosure or fence and there was a pool in our yard. The insurance company only gave us 30 days to install either the fence or screen. Jerry was our first estimate and over the next several days I had 5 other companies come out and leave quotes. Jerry was the nicest, very reasonably priced and most knowledgeable of all the company reps so we decided to go with him. Once again, he responded quickly to us and was very cooperative with getting the permits pulled and job completed in our time frame.

Jerry Z came out promptly, measured, then did a diagram and formal estimate sheet. He answered all our questions and gave us very positive information on permit costs. His pricing was right in line with competitors and actually was a couple hundred less due to the way he handles permit pricing. We felt confident as well comfortable and will go with this company when we are ready to do our fencing project this fall.

They were very professional and the only thing was a matter of price. I'll consider using them if their prices were lower.

He was local so he was able to show up pretty quickly. He's probably the other company that I will use to get the final quote on before we select who we'll gonna use. His company is relatively close to my house.

Initial visit consisted of measurements, options and explanation of local code compliance along with a estimate of cost. Next day we got a written detailed quote. Installation took only one day instead of the 2 initially quoted as another job got cancelled allowing more people to work on our project. End result looked excellent, and complied with all local code regulations, signed off by city a few days later. Everything went very smoothly, would definitely use again.. p.s. A few weeks later, our lawn service company managed to ram a riding mower into one of the gates but did agree to pay for the repair. I contacted Zepco for an estimate, they came out the very next day to give an estimate. They never called me back, but I came home to find they had replaced a broken hinge bracket, fixed the gate damage and sprayed the new bracket green to match everything else......all at no charge!! That alone should tell you all you need to know.

I secured an estimate a few weeks after Hurricane Wilma. Even though every other company couldn't even get someone out for an estimate they found the time. They came out for an estimate, then but because of the Hurricane I did have to wait for the work, but the price never changed. They required a 25% deposit. The fence went up as soon as they could get to it. They were careful not to damage my sprinkler system and cleared trees and bushes only after my approval. The fence was done in two days and to my complete satisfaction. They even installed the springs to close the gates without any additional costs.
