Went very well, I saw the ad in Angie's list and called Jerry and he was here within 45 minutes to give me an estimate. I accepted the offer and he had his crew here and replaced the posts, nailed, and secured all my loose sections of wooden fence. I am very pleased with Zepco Fence and when it is time to replace the entire fence I will use Zepco Fence!

Spoke to Jerry of Zepco who set up an appointment with me but did not show up nor did he call to change the time or to inform me he was not coming. He is listed as a vendor who does fence driveway gates and that is exactly what I requested from him and was expecting him to come and give me an estimate. A NO SHOW is unacceptable. My time is valuable and I cannot afford to be sitting around waiting for people to show up who don't show.

They did a great job, it was done quickly and professionally. I was amazed at there attention to detail.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. They came by for an estimate very promptly. They dealt with all the permits and such, so I did not have to worry about any of the paperwork. Once the permits were approved, the work was done very quickly and the yard left in perfect shape. There were a couple of glitches (wrong gate size and hardware were brought), but they were quickly fixed as soon as I mentioned them. A couple of times they were not so great at getting back to me on the phone, but I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

amazing, he was the first vendor to reply with a prompt estimate. He worked around our schedule since we also needed sod replaced at that time. Now, when our pool is finished he is suppose to come back and redo the entire fence. we look forward to working with him again.

Again, I contacted them twice (I gave them a second chance because I saw one of their fences installed in my neighborhood.) and BOTH times they did not show up, no call, nothing.

Came to give us a quote and said he would email. After several calls and follow-up emails we never received a quote or a response back. Completely unresponsive and wasted our time. Now we have to find someone else.I paid for Angie's list to find contractors that were reliable and feel like I'm not getting my moneys worth so I'm going to cancel.

Sherry came out and gave us an estimate on the spot and answered all our questions. They applied for and obtained the permits from the town. Crew came out and began building fence on site. Excellent quality. This is a well built fence that is built on site. They do not use panels. Would recommend this company

So Jerry, if you didn't want the work from the beginning, tell your prospective customers. My fence is in bad shape and one more storm comes through it's a goner. I wanted to get this fixed to ensure the safety of my property and protection of my family. This is really bad business and i have lost over 3 weeks that i could have already sources another vendor and had the job done. thanks for nothing but wasting my time.

Installation was excellent, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Zepco handled all the permitting (Hollywood can be a bit of a pain) and installed a back fence with double gate. Looks great, sturdy, strong. Would recommend to anyone with the cash to pay for a job done right, officially, the first time.

He was very accommodating. I told them a certain date it needed to be removed and they did, no fuss. It was a clean job. The owner is very conscientious.

I dealt with Jerry at Zepco. I called him with the property address. He went out the same day and called me back right away! He gave me a fair and reasonable price (as compared to several other estimates). I contracted with him and he had the permit reopened right away (stopping the city from moving forward with financial penalties). He got the work done immediately and then closed the permit. It was PAIN FREE and A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH ZEPCO and Jerry. I am now calling him for additional work at another property. Also, as a Realtor, I've referred several of my clients to Zepco and have heard good things about their interaction. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZEPCO without hesitation!

Great experience. Everything you want from a service company. I called Jerry to schedule an appointment to get a quote. He called back in an hour and then came over the next day...on-time. Jerry quoted me a fair price on the spot and I agreed to the service. He had the utilities companies come mark their lines within 2 days and his team was on sight the third day. Workers were professional, timely and cleaned up the work area better than they found it. I give them a strong recommendation.

Jerry came and measured for a side gate and fence between our home and our neighbors home. He was very pleasant and personable. He gave me a price and I wanted to compare with other providers. His price was so much better than the other two providers so after a couple of months I contacted Jerry and he honored the price he originally gave me. His crew arrived a couple of days later and did a fantastic job. They were punctual and did a great job and were very professional and left the area clean. Jerry came by later that afternoon to check the work and collect the check. Great experience from start to finish! Very happy!!

No show and I won't be getting a quote from them let alone having any work done. If you can't keep your first appointment then why would anyone trust your work or anything you said.

Working with Zepco was an amazing experience. I knew exactly what I wanted, but wasn't convinced that somebody would understand my concept. Zepco came in and undid the mess that the first company had made. Then they precisely (and I use that word because the workmanship was that good) created EXACTLY what I wanted. I had purchased custom stall doors for my miniature horses and needed 8' x 12" stalls built. There was not wiggle room, because the area was a tight fit. The stalls were built and the doors were hung perfectly. It looks amazing! I WILL BE CALLING ZEPCO AGAIN! One little nusance is that scheduling wasn't exact, but the workmanship was so exceptional that it was worth this little hiccup. Jerry quoted the job fast (the same day that I called) and finished the job in an acceptable amount of time. I'll admit that I was a little impatient too.

Overall I was very happy with the installation of the fence. It provides for a very safe environment for my family and my home. I would recommend Zepco for anyone looking to have fencing installed at their home.

Zepco Fence installed my fence after Hurricane Wilma.. My gate fell off the hinges. I called Jerry. He came and put new hinges and caps on. Everything went well and to our satisfaction.

I wish I could say we started. I was called to schedule an appointment for a quote and all was set to go for the following day. We agreed for an 11 am meeting and by 11:30 no call and no show. So I called to to verify if he would show up and was told that he was going to have to cancel the appointment due to being surprised by out of town guest. I am understanding to unexpected circumstances but to not call a customer to cancel the appointment as I had to cancel plans of my own to schedule for this meeting is what worries me. I won't be using this company or its services for the lack of communication at the initial stages. If no proper communication is given at the very beginning, I can only imagine that it will be just as bad throughout the process.

Zepco gave me the best ideas, and the best price of 3 estimates. Very professional without being snobbish. I didn't have to wait for him to go back to the office and email me a fancy estimate. He looked at what I wanted to do, and showed me photos of other installations he had done. He got into his truck, and emerged 5 minutes later with an estimate. That's a guy who knows his products, and builds a lot of fences. I had to wait longer than I would have liked, but that was due to permitting and it being the holiday season. The old fence was removed, and the new fence installed in less than 2 days. The guys did a beautiful job. Even continued to work when it started raining. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

I have no complaints, Zepco's price just wasn't competitive.

Quality of the work is very good. The rest of the experience left allot to be desired. From time of deposit to submitting permit to the city took about 30 days. Permit was submitted incorrectly 3x causing delays and extra costs (passed to me). I had to reach out each time for updates and would get a response only some of the time. Due to these issues the process took 3 months.

I have done business with Zepco Fence in the past and I am a repeat customer. As a General Contractor with over 20 years experience in the South Florida Industry I can tell a good subcontractor at my first encounter(But I always do my do diligence). As an owner operator Jerry Zepatos is a stand up guy and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right ant to your satisfaction. I have used Zepco on (2) of my personal homes and numerous projects. Jerry has always been fair and completed the job no matter how much of a pain in the butt it might have been. I can feel comfortable recommending Zepco fence and will continue to use them for my personal, business and investment projects.

Had 75 feet of board on board fence put in on the back of the property and 2 sections put in one on each side of the front of the house with gates. Great job putting it in. The crew was very fast and the materials used are very good. This company does it board by board and it's all top notch. The only thing the owner (Jerry) needs to work on is communication. The contract for this fence started on May 31st with an email contact and was agreed to the next day with a deposit for the work. I would never get an update on where we were in the permitting process or when the work was going to start. Turns out the permitting service he uses was having trouble with Comcast . This job required a utility easement wavier by the 5 utilities to put the fence in. Had to call Jerry multiple times to figure out what was taking so long and finally last week he lets me know what the problem is. All any customer wants is to know is what's going on with the job. Last week the paper work was complete and Jerry's crew came in and put in a great fence. I have another small section of fence that will need replaced next year and Zepco will get the call. Over all great job and I'll use again with no hesitation.
