Sue with Pristine landscapes is fantastic. From start to finish she was there to answer my endless questions whether it be from a text, email or phone call. It was a dream to work with her and her team We had two quite large areca palms that had an incurable fungus that unfortunately had to be removed. Because of this our yard was going to need some help. After consulting with Sue to see what our options would be she came up with a design (well, a few of them) that both myself and my husband felt would look great. Sue and her team showed up when they said they would and the whole project was completed in one day! It was a difficult area to work in with pool lines and electrical lines running underground. Pristine Landscaping is, without doubt, one of the best companies I've ever had reason to hire. From my first phone call, to the personal and knowledgeable consultation, to the finished job, everything was easy and flawless. I worried that my job might be too small, as I just needed mulch and a lot of palm trees trimmed. Sue came to the house to take a look and said they could do the job. We walked the property together and she was professional, honest, and friendly as we discussed things. She made wonderful suggestions and seemed to understand exactly what I needed just by reviewing my landscape and by talking with me. I received a quote that night and signed it straight away due to the great price. Communication with Pristine Landscapes was phenomenal throughout. I received a phone call to confirm the appointment a few days before, a reminder the day before, and a call the day of the job. On the day of the job, Sue asked if I needed something else trimmed - that amazing attention to detail ever-present. She called when they had completed the job and I could hardly wait to get home to see it! My yard has never looked this gorgeous. I have done mulching on my own a few times, but it didn't even sniff the beautiful way Pristine did things. Again, the attention to detail and care for the customer went well above and beyond anything I expected and I won't ever use anyone else.

Excellent. Sue was outstanding. She worked tirelessly with us refining the landscaping plans and helping us pick the best plants for our yard. She was very patient and had great ideas. She communicated with us regularly and put together a landscaping plan that exceeded our expectations. She personally supervised the two-day installation and was on site to oversee the details. We highly recommend Pristine Landscaping and would use them again.

Sue was very professional and courteous from the start. Anytime I had a question, she would always respond promptly with an answer. She works with you to really get an idea of what you want, and finds exactly what your style is.

I would recommend Sue Sommer and Pristine Landscaping without reservation to anyone. From start to finish, the project moved along exactly as promised and the results are....well...stunning! Neighbors have already asked for Sue's business card, and I'm constantly being told the property now looks like a tropical paradise which indeed it does. The quality of trees and plants installed is excellent. Everyone involved was willing to listen to suggestions and answer all questions. Could not have been a better experience.

Working with Pristine Landscapes has been a dream throughout! I had reached out to several local companies for quotes and design ideas prior to deciding on who will bring my dream of an enchanted garden to reality. We already had quite a bit of vegetation in our backyard and I was looking to enhance the original design, as well as improve privacy. Sue got my vision immediately and walked me through many options, while patiently addressing all my questions, of which there were many! Sue never made me feel like I was a bother an was very honest and direct, as well as extremely efficient with her follow-up. Not only does she have an amazing eye for design, knows her plants and works well with different personalities, she is a woman of integrity. I could not recommend Pristine Landscapes, and Sue specifically, enough. Now, we’ll just have to save up, so we can redesign our front yard!

Sue is the quintessential example of professionalism. Her design advice and ability to listen and respond to your questions is a bit of a lost art today but not with Sue. She was on time, responded to repeated questions over the time we were considering the work and was there to kick things off and guide the work process all the way through. Call her and it rare if you don’t get a call back in minutes. The work the team did is outstanding! WE LOVE OUR RESULTS! Our home looks like it has more value after they finished. They were neat, clean and responsive to all our needs. Pristine Landscapes is a company that I would definitely recommend. Not only were they extremely professional, they were also very honest in their communication, which is something that you don't see anymore. Sue and David were great to work with and even instructed their team to make sure that all trees, even those that Pristine did not install, were cleaned up. This was at no additional cost to us. To find a company that goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers is rare. I can honestly say that I have found the company that I will use for years to come when it comes to Landscaping services.

I highly recommend Pristine Landscapes for any landscaping work. Sue was amazing to work with. She and her crew were ALWAYS on time and they stayed as long as possible each day to get the job done quickly. I had a party coming up, and they made sure to get everything done in time for that party. Sue did an incredible job designing the landscaping and making sure the crew executed everything perfectly so that the design was just as we'd agreed upon. Her communication was impeccable. She called and was on-site frequently, taking me out to look at what she was doing to make sure it was as I'd expected and to get my input where needed. Pristine even made sure all of my sprinklers were properly covering all of the landscaping and were working after they completed the landscaping. The crew was very efficient and they worked very hard. The old grass was extremely difficult to remove, but they did a great job getting it out and I never heard a single complaint nor any negative comments. They were all professional and very friendly. Pristine went above an beyond in every way possible to ensure a quality job and to ensure my satisfaction, even coordinating with my sprinkler contractor. The entire job was handled with the utmost in professionalism and everything was completed with the highest possible quality. We love our landscaping and have had neighbors stop by to comment on it already. We couldn't be any happier and I don't think anyone else could have done a better, more thorough job. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my landscaping needs.

Sue did it again... a great job! I've hired her twice. She brings healthy and beautiful plants, leads crew to quality work, and offers affordable prices. I wish she did more than landscapes. I'd hire her for other types of job.

I admit that I am a pretty picky person, but I cannot find one flaw in the service we received. Pristine listened to our objectives, came up with a landscape design, and implemented it. All work was done to perfection. Communication before and during the project was excellent. I can not rate them as to price because I did not get any other estimates. I have learned that you really do get what you pay for, and I value professionalism. If you're looking for a high quality job, I highly recommend Pristine for your landscaping needs.

It was a joy to work with Sue, David & the stumb grinder person (forgot name). The whole team was great and did a wonderful job in removing the old Palm trees, grinding the stumps, planting the new Palm trees & flower tree, and clean up. They informed me on what killed one of my Palm trees and guide me on how to care for the new Palm trees. The trees look wonderful!

I have never been so happy to work with a contractor as I am to have worked with Sue and Mark from Pristine Landscapes. They are some of the most genuinely nicest people I have ever met. Sue was on point from day 1 when I contacted her. She was extremely responsive, replying back to my messages and emails even late into the evenings and and on weekends. She was very patient with my wife and I as we looked over numerous plant options for our front yard. She made herself available whenever we needed her and even met with us at a nearby nursery to walk through it with and help us look at several options. The day of the project, she and her crew arrived right on time and quickly got to work. They took out 4 palm trees and a whole mess of ugly shrubbery that I had all over in a flash. She then worked with her crew on the placement of the plant material and made sure that I was happy with the layout. Her crew then continued on to installing all the plants. They then had me run the sprinklers to make sure they hadn't damaged any. There were a couple that were not working properly in the area of the new landscape, and a couple more in a separate area that they had not touched, but her crew went above and beyond and fixed them all for me! At the end of the job, the crew cleaned up everything! Sue, her new project manager David, and their 5 man crew finished all the work the same day. Our front yard is night and day. Everything they did looks amazing! We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and would not hesitate in recommending Sue and the team to anyone. As a matter of fact, our neighbors arrived home towards the end of the job and gave us many complements on our new landscape. We gave our recommendation, and my neighbor immediately reached out to them for some possible work in their front yard. Thank you Mark, Sue, David, Lucian, and team! Pristine did an excellent job. Their designer Sue was very professional and incorporate our ideas. Sue was on-site during the installation and very particular on how everything looked. The 3 installers know what they are doing and cleaned up afterwards. It is always nice when you can find a small local company who has excellent quality and professionalism.

Sue was great. She came and surveyed our yard and provided computer generated images of the proposed landscaping, and she provided an itemized total for the proposal. We wanted a few things changed on the proposal and she listened to our concerns and made informed suggestions. After signing the contract Sue told us the day they would begin the project. The crew arrived on the agreed upon day on time, and they completed the project in two days. At the end of day one, the crew did a great job of cleaning up so that we did not look like a construction site overnight. The following day the crew completed the project and our yard looked amazing. Sue came out the following day to quality check the project with us and she noted a few things she wanted done better and had her crew come out that day to make the changes. Overall a great experience, we highly recommend this company!

I called Pristine Landscaping and two other landscapers to look at our job and Pristine was the only one to return our call. Sue came out to our house and we discussed a design and what our likes and dislikes were in plants. Within 24 hours, Sue came back with a design, we discussed, switched a few things around and we finalized the design. When the day of installation came, Sue and her team arrived exactly when they said they would and began preparing the beds and placing the planting materials. As the installation progressed, Sue would check in with us on the plants she chose and the placement to make sure we approved. All of the planting materials were top notch and of great quality. As the installation was coming to an end, it was topped off with beautiful organic black mulch and all of the beds were outlined in Mexican Beach pebble to give it that perfect finishing touch. We were absolutely so excited about our new front yard. Working with Sue and Pristine Landscaping was truly an amazing experience and would recommend them to everyone. The entire team was so pleasant to work with and we can’t wait to do more projects with them.
