We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST.

Sue communicated beautifully, the design was clean and bright, just what we wanted, and the work was completed quickly and cleanly. The price was fair compared to several other proposals. The we had issues with 1 plant and they quickly replaced it. We had an excellent experience and would hire again.

I submitted a contact form one night and received a call back the next day. Sue came by to meet us a few days later and we talked through our vision for our yard. Sue and her team are the best! We have used Pristine Landscapes in the past and can’t say enough great things about our past and most recent experience. Sue took the time to listen to our ideas, provide suggestions and also point out what would not work. She always follows up (not like other contractors we have worked with), and follows through on her commitments. The day(s) of the installation, the crew shows up when they said they would and execute on the plan like clockwork. Sue is always making sure that plants are installed just like we like it. You can tell that the entire team takes pride in what they do and it shows! If you need anything done in your back or front yard, hire Sue and her team. You will not regret it.

We had a very pleasant experience with Scott and his crew. They did a great job at a fair price. We had a number of estimates to install rocks in our backyard. Scott was the only one that actually measured the area to figure how much rock was needed. Communication was great and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely use them again.

After many years of hating the way our house looked from the front we decided it was time to get a professional. We always uses Angi to find reputable providers so I reached out the Pristine Landscapes and was immediately impressed with Sue's responsiveness. She listened as I described my vision even though I know nothing about plants or trees! With that information she was able to provide recommendations for low maintenance and tropical. Installation day reinforced our decision to use Pristine Landscaping. Sue and her team arrived on time and did a great job communicating along the way, including a staging to confirm placement of everything. It was much more beautiful than we could have imagined. Thanks to Sue and the crew for making our dreams come true. We are now proud owners of two palm trees and a beautiful entry way.

Excellent! Sue & Scott provided a great design, a reasonable price & had a scooch of flexibility when needed. They and a wonderful crew showed up exactly when scheduled, set up everything perfectly and made sure to clean up appropriately. I love my new view! I am so glad I found this company! After a year full of frustration from other contractors for various jobs at our home, it was so refreshing to find an A+ company like Pristine. The initial consultation with Sue sealed the deal as she was extremely professional and guided me through design ideas while still listing to my needs/wants. Sue worked with us from an early stage and as our other projects completed was right there with us designing something that fit our budget and in line with the look we wanted. Designed an island, front yard, back yard, and resod. She was there through install making sure everything was done to our liking.

My back yard was a nightmare and I was starting to think that it will never look as great as I am visioning it. Sue called me and in a few days was able to stop over and give me a good estimate on what it will take. I just wish I could express and show everyone what an amazing job her team did. I find myself (no joke) just standing a staring at my back yard. My vision was taken to a new level and you could see the time spent on it, my backyard looks like something from a magazine. Again, it was a NIGHTMARE before... and now its just beautiful... not to forget she was very easy to work with and did everything we asked and more. Again, if you are looking to turn your backyard into a work of art... this is the business to call!!! You have no reason to trust me... but you should!

Pristine Landscapes did a complete new landscape for our home. I have used Sue and her team for over 10 years and three properties. From concept to design to installation, they are true professionals. After the initial consultation, a computer rendering is made showing what the property will look like on completion. They worked with us on specific requests and needs and the whole project was amazing from start to finish. Now all we have to do is add water and enjoy! She did the estimates and recommendations as well as following up promptly on all of our questions and concerns before starting. Once we agreed upon the price and start date the Pristine Landscapes crew arrived on time, worked throughout the day and into early evening to complete the project. Pristine Landscapes is one of the most professional companies I have worked with in my thirty years living in South Florida. I normally get several quotes for any household project but after my daughter and I met Sue Sommer we were so impressed with her that I didn’t bother calling anyone else. Our instincts were right as Sue and her professional hardworking crew were terrific to work with from start to finish. We hired Pristine to completely renovate the landscaping in front of our house. The design she proposed has truly transformed the look of our home. Sue responds almost immediately to any questions or concerns. She was in constant communication with me from design, proposal, plant choice and installation. The installation took 2 ½ days and Sue was there each day to make sure things were running smoothly. I was kept informed of the progress multiple times a day. Sue even gave us extra rocks and plants without charging because she thought it would complete the look. I highly recommend Pristine and would definitely use them again.

Of the 3 top-rated Landscapers listed on Angi, Pristine Landscapes was the only one to reply to our request to be contacted for a landscaping quote. The other 2 failed to make any attempt to respond. The design of what we asked for was exceptional, and the final result was everything we hoped it would be. Sue Sommer was a pleasure to work with, and the 6-man team who did the actual installation of our new plants and rock "mulch" were terrific. The 1st day they removed the plants we wanted removed, trimmed the ones we chose to keep, and planted all of our new plants and palm trees. The 2nd day they put in all the stone "mulch" and cleaned everything up. One of our neighbors has already been in touch with Sue at Pristine Landscapes to request a quote and I've already given yet another neighbor Pristine's contact information based on their seeing our finished landscape job. My wife and I would highly recommend Pristine Landscapes to anyone looking for professional landscaping.
