Description of Work: Trimmed several Queen Palm trees and 2 Areca Palms. |Arrived on time and overall did a decent job. Cost seemed a little high for the job but company rating was high so decided to take a chance.

Description of Work: I requested service via Angie's list and received a very quick response that he was out of town and to call the office. No one ever followed up with me again. If they wanted our business they would have had their office call me instead of the other way around! It was not what I expected!

Description of Work: We used Prisitine and Marc Sommer for our new landscaping in our yard after pool construction. Marc was very responsive. We live out of town and with photo shop pictures of my yard we were able to do the job for our second home via email and pictures. the work came out great and we were satisfied. Description of Work: Mark with Pristine Landscapes was a pleasure to work with from the start. My email regarding a quote was very promptly responded to with a phone call from his office and Mark squeezed us in for a consultation very quickly thereafter. Mark listened to our ideas for our backyard landscape, provided us with creative ideas, and followed up with a proposal and digital images of our combined vision. We met with three other contractor's and Mark's price was competitive. His team was professional and timely and Mark was very attentive during the installation process. We made a few adjustments to the original proposal and Mark was very accommodating to the last minute changes. We love our new backyard and would choose to work with Mark all over again!

Description of Work: A+++++! Mark was extremely professional and down to earth at the same time. I recently lost my privacy hedge to whiteflies and now can tell you what my neighbors are having for dinner every night. Mark responded to my voicemail in a timely manner, met with me the next day, and I knew immediately he was the right guy for the job. He wasn't able to put me on the schedule for a couple of weeks because he is in high demand, a good thing in my eyes. Mark and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled. I had them install areka palms for privacy. In addition, I had them clean a corner, add new soil, and put in a butterfly garden using plants I had requested. I'm dedicating this garden to my father who passed about a week earlier. Anyway, I couldn't be happier. I love my backyard again. I'm out here admiring the butterfly garden now. Ooo, there's a Zebra Longwing flitting about! Already trying to find room in my budget for another project I have in mind.

Description of Work: We added a circular drive to the front of our house and needed a complete landscape solution after the construction. Mark came out during the driveway installation to determine what we needed and were comfortable spending. In fact he even made suggestions on our driveway design that compliments the property. We wanted an impactful design that was also easy to maintain. After the job was complete we won our neighborhoods Outstanding Home of the month and I can tell you that 3 years later it still looks great. It does take minimal maintenance, trimming and fertilization ETC to stay in top shape. I believe Mark "get's it" and understands what his customers needs are. Description of Work: I had work done on the front of the property. Mark came to the house we walked and talked about what had to be done. This took about half an hour. Suggestions were made by Mark and with my input a decision was reached on what was to be done to improve the appearance of the property. The new look is fantastic. Brushes and trees were replanted, old items were removed and replaced with more colorful plants. When I arrived home from work the crew was still hard at work getting the job completed. They worked until dark and cleaned up before they left. Mark is now working on getting the backyard in order. He will also be doing a quarterly maintenance to remove weeds and fertilize. I highly recommend this company so your landscaper.

Description of Work: Mark and his team landscaped the front of our house as well as our new patio. He" listened" to what we wanted and was able to confirm his understanding by taking a photo of the area and them sending us via e-mail what our space would look like with the plantings chosen. He was knowledgeable and flexible in working with us and our landscape committee, which had to approve our plan. He had to work around the patio installers because the patio installation took longer than planned. He completed the job and we could not be happier. It is beautiful and more than we anticipated. We had some minor issues due to plumbing and lighting which he quickly resolved. Mark and his team were professional and took the time and energy to complete the job for us. I would highly recommend the services offered by Pristine landscaping. We would certainly use their services again.

Description of Work: I interviewed three companies before I chose Pristine Landscapes. I'm usually a pretty skeptical person when it comes to hiring contractors for the house. I have to say that I was very pleased with this company from the get go. Not only did they have the best prices, but were also very responsive to my needs. They recently completed an amazing transformation of my backyard that I had been waiting two years to upgrade. I dealt with Mark (the owner) who was very professional and did not have a problem with with my many questions about plant choice, etc. I am very satisfied with their work, and think that you will be too.
