Overall experience with this landscaping contractor was exceptional. He was very responsive to our need to have this work done in a timely and cost effective manner. I liked that very much: a contractor who wanted to save me money!!! Mark's pride in his workmanship was evident from start to finish.

I think they did a good job and they were professional. They did what they said they would do.

He did a really good job. He did a really nice job, easy to work with and patient and he knew what I wanted. I spent about $4500 on that service and once the work was decided, he did it in a couple of days. His prices were pretty reasonable because I checked with other places.

From the first meeting to completion, both Mark and his crew were professional and every phase of the project was completed on time as promised. We revised our plans a couple of times and each time quotes were provided promptly. Mark helped us choose natural gold marble pavers installed in a herringbone pattern bordered with ivory marble. He suggested how we could enhance the design with insets of the ivory marble on the new curving pathway to the front door. A Crab Orchard flagstone was suggested for the patio. Once the decisions were made, the permit was taken care of promptly and work began shortly thereafter. The Pristine crew are craftsmen who obviously take pride in their work and Mark is a hand-on manager who visited the job site frequently and would drop by whenever we had concerns. Mark felt that the flagstones that were originally specified for the patio and stepping stones were inadequate and heavier stones were used. The job site was cleaned up after every stage of the project. The renovations required that sprinklers be relocated and new sod was installed wherever it had been destroyed during the process. We requested a couple of revisions and they were taken care of immediately until we were fully satisfied. The results are beautiful, the curb appeal dramatically improved, and we've had so many compliments. We couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend Pristine Landscapes.

Very professional from our first meeting until the job was complete. Computer generated designs were submitted quickly after our first meeting. Estimate was comprehensive and accurate. Crews were professional. Problems were addressed in a timely manner.

Mark Sommer from Pristine contacted me back within the same day and set up an apptmt; we discussed what I wanted, I looked at some plants and shrubs from a book; Mark took digital photos of the existing site and came back to me with a digital recommendation of new layout and landscape within a day. He then promptly set me a proposal. Work started within two weeks; I was very pleased with the result; it was exactly what was represented in the digital proposal. Although the start date was delayed a day or two, Mark notified me well before the start date, and when I needed them to come back to work on a sprinkler line as part of the project, Mark was very responsive and his crew was back in a timely fashion to fix it. Overall I feel Pristine was very professional, and their communication was A+. I cannot effectively comment on price because I did not shop this job, but I felt it was fair for the work involved.

experience was very good. I was not able to meet Mark in person because of work, but i was able to walk him through what i wanted over the phoneas he walked the property. Despite not being able to walk the property with Mark, the project came out as expected and looked 100% better than the old overgrown yard that was previously in place.

Mark was great! He came out right away, gave us the estimate, and worked within our budget. He and his workers arrived at designated time and had the work done in one day. In addition, a sprinkler pipe had broken under our driveway before the landscape job started and Mark and his crew fixed pipe and repaired paver driveway right away.

Mark responded to my request for a quote immediately by scheduling an appointment to come out and assess my lot. He called to confirm his appointment and showed up on time. I had already received several other quotes for the project. His suggestions for what I needed were right in line with the research I had already done, and his quote was competitive with the others I had received; so we selected him for our project. We scheduled a date for the project just over a week later, which was delayed a couple of days because of heavy rains. The work was scheduled for when my husband and I were both at work. He called when he arrived at our house, and then again when he was finished. When we returned home, it looked lovely, and everything was neat and cleaned up. Now, nearly 3 weeks later, the sod is growing like mad, is green, dense and beautiful. He did a great job. We have already hired him for another project...to come back to mulch our beds, which is scheduled in a couple of days. If I ever need assistance again in the future, he'll be my first call!

They were very responsive. They were nice and they gave us what they promised they would. The price was pretty reasonable for the work they did. They did a nice job and we are going to be using them again. We are just waiting for a final quote from them.

Was very good in communicating when he had to have some delays because of a previous job. The work done was very labor intensive and the guys worked very hard and did not take a lot of breaks. The whole job was completed in one day.

It went great. Mark came to the house at the specific time he was supposed to and did a review for pricing to re-sod the backyard of my townhouse. He suggested a design, and on the day scheduled he arrived with a team to execute the design. The team did a great job (my dog has been deconstructing it, but that's not their fault) and it looks a lot better now. Would use them again anytime and recommend them wholeheartedly.

The entire process was performed in an extremely professional manner. Digital photos were taken of the property and pictures with the suggested work superimposed. A detailed list of all plants, trees and stone to be used was provided in advance. This provided a great format for discussion and exceptional peace of mind. Everyone from the president to the workers on the day of the project were professional. The job was completed right on schedule and the clean-up was beyond our expectations.We love the finished product and would definitely recommend them.

I called Mark in mid-September and he returned my phone call promptly to discuss the project. Several days later he came over to check out my property. He propose some ideas incorporating some existing as well as new plants based on my preferences and his suggestions. A few days later, he submitted a written proposal, drawing and budget for my review. I called him to give him my okay, but the project had to be put on hold due to a personal matter of mine. We revisited the project in early November and work was scheduled for about 2 weeks later. Mark and his crew arrived on the appointed day and on time. They did everything as outlined and the results were great. Mark came back the next day when I told him that we had mistakenly told him to plant our existing potted ficus in the ground and it needed to be removed and re-potted as before. He even tried his best to help get my husband back in the house after he found himself locked out!

He guarantees the plants/trees for a year; of course you must care for them as recommended. He followed up with us after to see how the plants were doing. He was very professional; a pleasure to work with; reasonably priced; provided healthy nice looking plants/trees. The electrician he suggested was great; very professional and personable; we had him do some additional work while at the house. He also made his staff turn their cell phones off while working so they weren't standing around talking on the phone; I thought that was very professional also.

They did a clean up on my yard such as, trimming, re landscaping, added plants, and mulch everything. Mark is the landscape designer for this project. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He did more then he said, he was going to do with the landscaping. He was on time and very professional.
