The job went very well. The crew of four showed up one time and started work immediately ripping out all the old plants, bushes and flowers down to the bare bone. Then all the new plants, bushes and flowers were set in place so i could see what it would look like. When I agreed on the location they started planting. The forman specializes in stone walls and did a fantastic job in the front of my house. They installed stone edging in front on the stone wall with a one foot gap that was filled with egg rock. It looks great. The back also looks amazing. All the beds have a chocalate mulch that really brings out the color of the plants and bushes. Enough said, hire this company if you want your property to look pristine no pun intended.

Everything went pretty smoothly. They arrived on time, performed their job professionally and left my yard in immaculate shape. During the course of planting an underground cable was broken and they immediately offered to pay for any repairs. As it turned out; no cost was incurred to replace the cable.

I contacted Pristine landscaping plus two other landscapers from Angie's list to give an estimate on a complete make over of the front and back yard. My budget is $15K. Pristine was the most difficult to set an appointment with because they are very strict about their hours. They do not want to meet with you after 5pm and they are closed on the weekends. I finally met with Sue and from the start everything I requested seemed to be a problem. Such as removing a planter from the front so that the stucco company could complete their job in a timely matter, building a small arbor, and their availability to start job. After about a week, what I received from Mark and Sue was a email/bid for the removal of the planter. At this point the other two landscapers were presenting their proposals for the whole job. When I contacted Sue to ask when the rest of the estimate would be ready she asked if I was going to accept their bid to remove planter. That bid was $600.00 higher than the other two bids. I told her it was high but, I want to see the complete proposal because it could work out if I like their plan. After another week I called Sue again and asked if their proposal was ready. She told me that since I said their bid to remove the planter was high they assumed that I wouldn't use them. I again request that they give the estimate. It seems that people love them and all their reviews were good. So I was expecting an awesome design. Sue told me that it would be ready in three days. Sadly it wasn't. I held the start of my project for them and receives nothing but excuses. Very disappointing.

We initially met with Sue who was very pleasant and explained the services her company provided. My wife and I felt that she listened to our needs and expectations and gave us ideas for the landscaping based on our needs. About a week later we received their quote with computer depiction of the proposed plan. Having the computer depiction was great because we were able to see how the plants would look in the space. We felt the price was a little high for the types of plants we were getting and the size of the job, but because of the Angie's list ratings for the company and feeling comfortable with Sue and her attentiveness, we decided to go forward with this company. On the day of the installation, Sue was present for a good portion of the day and they kept us updated throughout the project to make sure we were happy and content with where the plants were going and where the lighting would be installed. That was a nice gesture and kept us feeling confident and comfortable with the job they were doing. The workers worked pretty quickly and did a great job despite a chilly rainy day. They completed about 80% of the job that day and returned the next morning to finish. They left the place looking very beautiful and made sure to clean up the surrounding area. After completion of the project, Sue called us and made sure we were completely happy with the finished product before cashing our final payment. Overall we are very happy with the job and the overall attention we were given. We would highly recommend Pristine Landscapes for your landscaping needs.

They did a lot of work for the price and when I was not happy with one of the plants they happily replaced it. They were on time and offered many positive and useful suggestions. I will definitely use them in future. Wonderful people to do business with.

Mark was by far the most professional and has great vision for all the possible options available to me. Like many others I loved Mark's ability to generate an image of what my yard would look like when they were done. A month after they completed their work Mark kindly replaced a couple plants and a tree that I wasn't happy with. There are landscapers that are a little less expensive but I think Pristine offers good value for such high quality work.

Mark with Pristine met with my wife to capture her thoughts and desires for a reimagined yard. He took pictures, rode with her to view some residential 'likes/dislikes' in the neighborhood, and took down all the details. He provided a written estimate two days later, accompanied with some doctored photos of our house with some of the proposed plantings discussed. He came out again to meet with me to further refine the design and estimate. He provided a revised estimate later that day and we agreed to the work and scheduled the job. He and his crew arrived promptly on the day of scheduled work and completed it within one day! All old plantings removed, new plants installed, mulch, and sprinkler repair. He even came back the following day to inspect the job further and ensure that the sprinklers were working properly. There were a few minor issues to address, which he did promptly and professionally. We are extremely happy with the process, and more importantly, the results. The new yard is just as we imagined it -- almost like we have a whole new house!

I sent a message to 4 landscapers with excellent ratings on Angie's list. Three, including Pristine responded within 24 hours. I set up appointments with Pristine and one other. The third wanted money to travel from Dade to Broward. The second gave me an estimate twice as high as Pristine and wouldn't give me a rendering without $300 payment. Mark (Pristine) gave me an estimate but when I told him I had no vision he sent me a computer generated rendering (with no obligation attached) that basically erased the overgrowth and had the look I verbally communicated. He even included landscape lights in the fair price. After this we met at his nursery to verify the plants and other materials. Within 24 hours Sue sent me final quote and contract. Mark brought a four man crew on the agreed date who worked hard and diligently and happily removed other accumulated construction garbage not in the contract. He supervised them and the end product was awesome! Their cleanup perfect!!

AWESOME company. My initial call was answered right away and an appointment made for the next day. Sue came out and was very understanding of what I was looking for but couldn't articulate. I received a quote including a computer generated photos of what the landscaping would look like within 5 days. I was very impressed. Their quote was very reasonable and work started 7 days after I approved. Sue and the crew arrived on time. The guys are great. I was introduced to who would be in charge when Sue wasn't on site. Everyone was very polite and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The finish product is beyond beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

One of the owners, Susie, came to my house. She was very pleasant and had creative ideas. Susie was very prompt about getting back with me with the price of the project. I didn't use them for this project but I would consider using them in the future.

I found Pristine Landscapes last year through Angie's List, and they are the reason I continue to go back to Angie's for referrals. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Mark and his employees. He does exactly what they say they plan to do. For this particular job, They were there right on time the day they said they would be, and in one day they had again made my yard beautiful. Anytime I am looking to do new work at my home, I will always contact Pristine Landscapes.....I wouldn't go anywhere else. You have me as a loyal customer. :-)

Sue set everything up for Monday the 14th. Everyone arrived at around 10 am and they were here until 8:30pm. There was 4 workers and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Pristine Landscaping and Sue is certainly an asset to the company,

Sue was great to work with. I met with Sue to discuss ideas on how to improve the curb appeal of the home and generally clean up the yard. She had many great ideas and was very open and communicative during the whole process. They showed up on time and Sue once again walked through the various areas to confirm the plan. We had a couple of minor changes to the over all plan that was incorporated very easily by them. The final product is great. The team was very professional during the entire day. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if we have any additional landscaping needs.

Absolutely top-drawer. Sue came to our house, took photos, then e-mailed us the photos she had taken. The photos were Photoshopped, so we didn't have to imagine what their recommendations would look like because we had the results of their recommendations right in front of our eyes. None of the other landscapers we contacted offered that kind of presentation. Came installation day and Sue and the crew were right on time. The crew worked efficiently and Sue came by a couple of times to check on their progress. When they were finished, the results were exactly as the Photoshopped photos portrayed them. Sue's design is so pleasing that several of our neighbors have come over to compliment us on our front yard's new look.The plants are tasteful and the lighting is just what we wanted. We had one glitch: The landscape lights stopped working after a couple of weeks. We e-mailed Sue about it and the next day Mark, her brother just came out and fixed them. We never even knew he was there. We're so pleased that we almost feel guilty we didn't have a larger yard for Pristine to work on.

I have used Pristine Landscaping for many years and they never disappoint. Mark has always been prompt, professional, fairly priced and given great value for what he delivers. I can't say enough good things about him and his company or the workers he employs. They are honest, polite and hard working. They barely take time to eat or drink so I always make sure there are cookies or sandwiches for them as well as water and cold drinks even though they do bring their own. Mark is flexible with changes and offers great suggestions to make your landscape perfectly beautiful. We have a very large lot with a lot of native landscaping and I trust Mark completely to trim and add his personal touch. He's very talented. I also met his sister, Sue and she also has a great working relationship with customers and employees. They work hard and their hard work shows. He's JUST THE BEST!

I found Pristine Landscaping on Angie's List! I spoke to Sue, she came as planned and listened to everything I said as we looked at the area that was in serious need of HELP! Truthfully, I think Sue read my mind-there's no way I said what she actually came up with! The following day we received an email with a photo of our yard except all the NEW IDEAS were in place! No imagination required!!!!! That was incredibly helpful! On the day of the actual transformation, Pristine Landscape came and did everything from start to finish efficiently and ever so neatly! Not a scrap of the tree that was removed, the hedges that were removed..EVERYTHING was cleaned up...and it ...well, it looked Pristine! The lighting is beyond perfect! Exactly what we were hoping for, all the plants , hedges, the triple palm...they are beautiful...I could go on and on. Neighbors have asked who we used, people we really don't know have stopped and complimented the striking look our yard has now! We truly couldn't be happier!!!

Mark came out to the house a few months before we were ready to get the work done. Took photographs and send me images of his plan and what it would look like on my house. In the meantime, we had many other people come and give us estimates and their visions. When it came down to choosing, I felt the most comfortable with Mark. His easy going personality as well as his reviews on Angies list, made me feel very comfortable with choosing Pristine for the job. When we were ready to book the job, he came back out to go over everything again. Worked with us and our concerns. Made sure to have the work completed in a timely manner, since we had to coordinate with others that were working on and around the house. Marks crew did a great job once it came to cleaning up and throwing out all of the old plants, and trees etc. When all new materials were put in, lighting, new palms trees, other smaller tress, plants, hedges, flowers, rocks, stone wall border, etc, etc, etc.. The house was transformed!! We couldn't be any happier and will continue to use Pristine in the future. I have already referred Pristine to two of my neighbors. One job is completed and the other is pending. I know that they will be just as happy as we are.

Brother and sister team - the complete job! Mark and Sue competed against 4 other lighting contractors and 5 other landscape designers, and gave us the best solution to our home. Sue gave us renderings to show us what her suggestions would look like in our yard, and Mark was very informative, saving us a few thousand dollars in his recommendations. Design Stage Grade - A+ The crew(s) showed up exactly on the day planned, worked throughout the next 3 days efficiently, politely, and professionally. Sue and Mark communicated with us to ensure we knew what they were doing, and why they were doing it. Our landscape maintenance company never communicated with us in this fashion - most subcontractors in Boca, if not all, are not this communicative or professional. Implementation Stage - A+ Follow up - Barring one communication snafu, for which we were partially to blame, - everything Mark has promised to stay on top of regarding lighting, he has delivered on, quickly and seamlessly. Follow up Stage - A We have recommended both of them to our friends and neighbors. They have been very professional and pleasant to deal with.We wish they had a monthly maintenance service as well!

We had our entire front yard landscaped. Sue came out to our house. We told her the look we wanted and it was just a few days we were presented with a design layout. The results were as if she read our minds. It came out perfect and actually looked just like the superimposed pictures they presented to us.From start to finish the landscape project ran smoothly. We would highly recommend Prestine Landscape!!

We always use Mark for all landscape services we need. He always does a great job. This time he applied mulch around the house, it looks great!!

We were looking to replace the dead hedges around the pool. Mark came and did an estimate for 3 and 7 gallons hedges. Later on he left many samples in our front door for us to choose. We just didn't do the service due to our association's approval. But last year Mark added some hedges for us and he did a great job.
