Pristine Landscapes

We initially had the front of our residence re-designed by Pristine 3 years ago. Mark's computer work and depictions were instrumental in helping us decide the perfect balance of design, materials and water features. Eventually, we rolled out a second phase with Pristine with their installation of hedges around the entire property, and then followed up with a third phase with a fantastic illuminated pathway, with unusual materials and a second water feature. In each case, we required additional "after installation" tweaking - whether to adjust water feature flows, automatic water fills from our irrigation system, additional lighting, and even downed trees due to nasty weather. Every time, without questions, Mark and/or crew arrived the very next day (sometimes the same day) with a smile on their face and a can-do attitude. While I might sound like a relative, I can assure you I'm not. I'm simply a happy customer and feel it's important to share the news about Pristine Landscaping. You will NOT be disappointed. Sue Sommer kept initial appt. on time... we went over the areas and discussed what I wanted to get done. she took photos and then sent my a detailed estimate of the suggestions, plants, as well as cost. I had more questions and she was very helpful... took the time to come back at another date and review the plans. Sue and crew confirmed arrival time and were right there.... she supervised all aspects of the clean-out as well as the plants being put in... also worked around many of the "treasures" in the yard that I wanted to include.... very sensitive to that process. I felt part of the process from beginning to end.. the crew were super. worked in very hot/humid conditions and got it all done beautifully and on time. would highly recommend Pristine to anyone wanting a great landscape company and process.

I got some great quality plants and hedges from Pristine w/excellent, outstanding customer service. Although my job was small scale for them, I was treated as well as any high priced client. Sue came out to give an estimate and had some wonderful, artistic ideas. She always kept me up to date and arrived promptly. She consulted with me about where to place things and her crew did a great job. They even cleaned up my pool and set up my bird bath free of charge. If I looked at their web site first, I probably would not have contacted them, as they do some very high end work. But I was treated very well and had their full attention.

Contacted Pristine over their website about a paver patio install. They got back to me the same day and advised they no longer do just paver installs. However they did recommend someone who came out quickly, gave a great price, and did outstanding work. Pristine's promptness and great recommendation will be the reason I call them in the future for any landscaping needs.

I picked pristine landscape based on the rave reviews on Angie's list and I could not have picked a better company for my landscaping job. Sue was very nice, responsive and very helpful from the get go. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my backyard and they were very helpful in designing a look for me. I was very pleased with the design and most importantly with the fact that they made it a point to stay within my budget with the design and suggestions of material and plants. I also had a flooding issue in my backyard and they came up with many options to resolve the issue still within my budget. They were very punctual on the day of the job and all their workers were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend pristine landscape and rehire them for any future jobs. I called the main number and left a message. Sue promptly returned my call and was very responsive and professional. During our initial conversation, I explained to Sue what I was looking for and what my budget was. Based on that initial conversation, she generated a computer-based landscaping plan and promptly emailed it to me. I was very impressed with how quickly I received the landscaping plan. We ended up tweaking the plan until I was satisfied. Sue also came out to the property to meet me and we talked about what the plan would be. She also recommended additional plants to make the landscaping a lot fuller and aesthetically symmetrical. By no way did her recommendations jack up the price. Everything that was discussed still came within my budget. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Sue exhibited about the different plant species . On the day that the job was scheduled, Sue arrived on time along with her workers. They were very professional and got the job done within one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left the property quite tidy. I was completely satisfied with this entire experience. I would use Pristine Landscapes again, and I would recommend them as well. Pristine landscapes is a great example of exemplary customer service. Previously, I tried three other landscaping companies. All three of them were bent on selling me things that I didn't want and they didn't listen to what I actually wanted. They tried to sell me their vision. The thing that stuck out with me with Pristine Landscapes, is that they not only listened to what I wanted, but was h***-bent on getting me everything that I wanted within my budget. This will be the second time we have used this company. Sue is amazing! She has quite an eye for design and so much knowledge on everything. They removed old plants and one tree. Completed part of back yard (We had the other side done with them earlier in year), side yard new design, and mulched the whole property. day before just to get some of the clean up done. My property looked amazing.. I will always use Pristine Landscapes! Thanks Sue!

I was unsure what I wanted for a hedge. Sue went over several different options of hedges I could use. She gave me the positives and negatives of each. I was very informed. We had several issues and really went thru hoops with our HOA but Sue made everything easy. I would recommend this company to everyone. The price, quality and care was stellar. Melissa & Brandon

Sue from Pristine Landscapes is the definition of a pro. She was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and has a great eye for landscape design. From the very beginning of the process, she was an absolute pleasure to work with, and was reliable every step of the way, from the original designing to the minor adjustments to the final execution. Her crew did a great job, for a very reasonable price, and I love my new yard. In fact, it's pretty much a guarantee I will use her again for any follow-up work. In fact, she has already kept in touch, inspecting the work done after it was completed to recommend any maintenance details, etc. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Sue and Mark from Pristine Landscapes are A class people. They listened to my design ideas and incorporated their own great taste to transform our front yard from a barren wasteland into a tropical oasis that is the talk of the neighborhood. The work was started exactly on schedule and was completed much faster than we could have imagined. It took only 2 full days to complete al of the work in the front yard, including construction of a custom water feature, installation and wiring of a dozen landscape lights and building a flagstone wall around the center island plant bed. In summary the work was done on time and within budget and looks better than we ever imagined. i would hire Pristine Landscapes again without question.

Sue is excellent to work with. From beginning to end the project was stress free, on time and a bit under budget. She answered all of my questions promptly and accommodated my requests. I would absolutely recommend Pristine Landscapes and I will use them again in the future. The project turned out beautiful and all of the plants and trees look healthy and beautiful!

.Mark Sommer, owner and operator of Pristine Landscapes, has been providing me with landscape services for the last 3-4 years. I initially hired him to design a redo of my front and side yards to eliminate all my grass. He did a fantastic job of creating three tiers of different kinds of shrubs with aisles between for walking/working to trim It is now mature and looks great. Most recently he did the new podocarpus shrubs. Mark is great to work with, attentive, knowledgeable, and reliable. His phone staff is there when needed. I highly recommend this service.

We found Pristine Landscapers through Angie List and scheduled an appointment for Mark, the owner, to come out and give us suggestions on how to transform our yard with mismatched plants, bushes and trees into a well balanced, semi formal, professional oasis. Mark laughed at our crazy description, but provided a beautiful format that was above and beyond our expectations. He is able to take a picture of your yard and place trees, shrubs and plants in it to give you an idea of the final results. This service enables you to add or subtract items to your liking, and avoids costly mistakes. Mark's ideas were exquisite. Our yard was transformed from a mismatched mess, into such a beautiful piece of art. There is no other way to describe it. The way he used shrubbery, trees, flowers, rocks, mulch, everything, it was just amazing. Never in a hundred years could we have ever come up with such a look. We have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors, and even from other contractors who have been to our home and could see the before and the after. They were in awe of the transformation. Everything looks as though it belongs...not like it was an after thought. It just flows along the property, around the house beautifully.....Mark took into consideration size and proportion, therefore, the outcome looks mature, yet fresh. He is prompt, he is polite and he offers the utmost in service. He arrives with his crew as scheduled, he plans out the details with the crew so they know exactly what to do, and the project begins. It is amazing to watch the transformation. Trust me, the results will not disappoint. Mark can accommodate any budget, and that in itself is helpful to know that he is willing to work with your needs. Mark will call to schedule a follow up visit after a few weeks to make sure everything is taking to it's new home...and should you have any questions, he will make himself available to answer any of your concerns. Absolutely superb service and workmanship. They worked within our budget, made good recommendations for plantings, arrived on time and did top notch work. We're planning on working with them next year for remaining work on house. Sue was very patient with how picky we are about plants and plans and outcomes, and we are delighted with how everything turned out.

We recently moved into our new house and decided that the landscaping could use some improvement. After looking around Angie's list, we settled on Pristine landscapes (check out their website, it's very helpful) and had them over for an assessment. I found them very punctual! They quickly outlined a plan for the front and back of the house with plenty of tropical plantings, a low rock wall and some accent lighting. A couple of weeks later, the installation happened and it all went in very quickly and efficiently. Now our yards aren't nearly so sad looking and a pleasure to look at!

After much research and numerous estimates, we decided on Pristine Landscapes. Mark and Sue couldn't have been more professional. Ours was a small job and although it did "not" entail landscape design which is what their company is known for they were happy to take this small job of demoing out a small courtyard and orchid house that were in great disrepair. The job entailed clearing out an old fountain, moving sorting and disposing of old rock cover with mold, tearing down and demoing an old hanging swing, and finally laying in new topsoil, replanting and mulching. Their crew was very fantastic, polite, neat and hardworking. Sue was there via cell or txt at all times when we had questions and Mark was happy to take my calls to discuss soil conditions in Florida (we have recently moved from VA.) The final product, looks fantastic with much thanks to the gentle hands of their master planter. During the job, both Mark and Sue offered much appreciated advice, we're friendly and professional. Most impressively, considering their stellar reputation on the large scale jobs that they are known for, they were not put off by the small size of our job. We would use the again in a heartbeat.

Great response from Sue to set up the job, from coming out to survey my yard and make recommendations through to the actual day of on site work. She brought a great crew, high quality plants and stone and personally supervised and worked the job. Beautiful results.

Sue was great to deal with throughout the entire process. She helped me get prepped for the job and then readily answered several questions I had after the fact to help put me at ease. The owner, Mark, also came out to my house after the fact to check on the work done to make sure everything was progressing nicely. I have more work to do in the relatively near future, and I will be contacting Pristine when it's time.

Sue responded super fast and was out the next day to take a look at what we had. She gave us a basic idea of what to expect. She took measurements and copious amounts of notes. A few days later a rendering was e-mailed to me and we were super excited to get a first look at what our new yard would look like. Once we approved the budget a date was set for the install. On the morning of the install four of the hardest working guys I have seen in a long time arrived and got right to work removing our old yard. They worked throughout the day and into the night making sure everything was cleaned up once they were finished. Our new yard is the envy of everyone on the street. The next day our neighbors stopped by to say how awesome our landscaping looks. UPDATE AUGUST 2014 - Since our front yard is the envy of all of our neighbors we decided to do the landscaping in the back yard as well. Again, Sue was right on time and had us scheduled for an install 2 weeks out. Her and her brother do such a great job in figuring out what plants should go where to really bring out the best part of your yard in your budget. The project was big and took 1.5 days. The guys she has working for her are some of the hardest working men I have ever seen. (Especially in Florida summer heat!) Again, we are super happy with how our back yard looks and look forward to having people come over for pool parties! Sadly, this was the last part of our property that needed work so I will not be needing to call Pristine in the near future, but I am totally recommending them to anyone that needs a little curb appeal added to their property.

This is a fabulous professional company. They are not the least expensive but you won't mind paying a little extra for a beautiful artistic job.

Pristine did an excellent job providing us with ideas, prices, and a final plan for replacing the landscaping in front of our townhouse. They were prompt and professional in performing the job, and the work looks great. I would highly recommend them.

We could not have been more satisfied with Pristine Landscape! Sue responded very quickly to our request, came out and gave us great advice as to how to re-landscape our front yard on a rather limited budget. She had wonderful ideas and emailed us a computer simulation of her proposal. It was just what we wanted! The crew was very professional in every way. We ran into an irrigation problem which they volunteered to fix. Sue made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We encountered a problem with 2 of the plants and Sue had them replaced with no question. Pristine was totally reliable, communicated extremely well and promptly, gave us a fair price. We would recommend them with no reservations.

A few days later, we were emailed a computer rendering that was very close to what we envisioned. We were thrilled. It was close to our budget range and we were even able to negotiate a coupon from Angie's List to save $200. The scheduled date for the landscaping took a couple of weeks, because they are obviously a busy company, but it was worth the wait. Sue and a team of four very professional guys showed up and tackled the front yard. They cleared out the existing landscaping, pulled the plants we wanted to save and put them aside. They were even so kind as to fix a broken sprinkler pipe that we had busted in the back yard for no cost! They worked diligently all day and we couldn't be happier with the results! They left the yard looking beautiful and immaculate. Sue made sure to be there at the end to ensure us how to maintain the plants for the next several weeks and answer any questions we may have. All in all, it was the most professional landscaping company that we have experienced. We plan to do some work on the backyard later this summer and Sue and the Pristine Landscapes Company will be our team!
