It couldn't have gone any better. I am so pleased with their service,expertise, and professionalism. Wow-I am so impressed! My house looks like a new house! Sue is wonderful-very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. My neighbor is very happy with their company as well. It was a pleasure dealing with them. You can't go wrong using this company....simple as that!

Sue and her brother took our ideas and developed a beautiful landscape design for our house while at the same time kept it in line with the age of the house and neighborhood. Our neighbors have yet to stop complimenting and admiring the difference. Sue was very honest from the start with respect to time frames but also proved extremely flexible as we continuously had to delay commencement due to other house projects. All work was in line with the quote and once work commenced our requested adjustments were handled professionally and with a high degree of flexibility. All questions were answered and Sue did not consider the job complete until the work crew had left the place immaculate and she ensured we were happy. The project completed on time and Sue followed up repeatedly to make sure we were satisfied .

The followup from my phone call to receive an estimate was prompt. Sue was very up front that it would be a few weeks for the service to occur for new customers and I was totally ok with that. She came to my house and later that night sent me an emailed quote. I accepted it and we scheduled the service. The morning of the service, Sue and her team arrived and within 4 hours had the entire job completed. I was shocked at how efficient they were. Now that the beds are mulched (with 20 cubic yards of mulch) I can truly appreciate the great service they provided.

Mark kept in touch with me throughout and was on time. He and his crew did a great job on my yard and were very professional. My yard was a mess and now it looks great. I am completely satisfied with them and will not hesitate to hire them again for any future landscaping projects.

Mark came out on a Sunday (his day off) to give us an estimate and so we could plan the work that needed to be done. He was fair in his price and also offered to repair patio bricks sinking. All the work was done in one day, it was great and I will not hesitate to use Mark and his team again.

They finished the project and I am very satisfied with the result. Mark Sommer bid the project and his crew did the work. The crew was very nice and was open to suggestions and communicated during the major days of the project work. Mark Sommer was very communicative and very helpful with ideas and finding solutions. Some of the sod did not 'take' and needed to be replaced. They quickly replaced. I recommend Pristine Landscapes for the work they did.

Wow! Mark and his team are amazing! We liked our backyard so much after it was finished that we hired them to fix up our front yard. Everyone was so prompt, courteous , and mindful of our home. Mark and his team offered such great pricing and customer service that I won't ever shop around when it comes to selecting a landscaper. My wife and I hired Pristine Landscapes to design a new front yard for our home. They proposed wonderful designs that were easy to visualize with the Photoshopped mockups they created. The owners, Sue and her brother Mark, were very accommodating and helpfully knowledgeable in working with us to fine tune the design until we settled on exactly what we wanted. Sue was especially patient, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Their price was excellent, the landscape crew did a terrific job, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new yard.

I would remised if I did not leave feedback for the superb job done by Pristine Landscaping. I contacted Sue about replacing the dead hedges around the perimeter of our home. Sue came out to do the initial consult and met my wife to discuss the details of the design. We received a quote and as any savvy home owner would do we shopped around. We ended up finding a lower quote, but we were so impressed by Sue's professionalism and love for what she does, that we decided to go with her. Well needless to say our decision to do so paid dividends. On the day of install they were on-time and the entire crew was ready to go. We were not home when the installation started, but Sue assured us that it would be done right and with precision. Exactly what she said is what we came home to! Thank you Sue and Mark for loving what you do, its shows in the quality of your work. We definitely plan on using Pristine Landscaping again when we get ready to redo our from yard landscaping. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We worked with Mark and Sue to design the landscaping around our pool. They initially met with us to discuss what we wanted and then they designed our landscaping for us and sent us a picture of what it would look like once it was completed. We were excited to get started on it. When Sue and her team showed up to work we were amazed at all the beautiful palms and plants that they brought. We requested several Old Man Palms and were thrilled with what they planted. They worked for two full days on our landscaping and we are very pleased with the end result. They went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was exactly what we wanted. Now we can sit back and relax around our pool and our beautiful Oasis!! We highly recommend Pristine Landscapes.

Sue and her team showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked h****** a hot day getting everything installed. They regularly checked with us as progress was moving along to make sure we liked the exact placement and arrangements. The crew work very well together and have been together for many years. Once everything was installed and all mulched, they did a fine job cleaning up after themselves. The plants they installed have all flourished. We get compliments all the time on our beautiful new landscape so we couldn't be happier with Sue and the folks at Pristine. It was truly a pleasure to do business with them!

Sue and the folks at Pristine were great. They were timely and did a quality job. Our yard looks wonderful. The staff was very professional from design of the landscaping through installation and cleanup. The quality of the plants and sod seems good. Pristine offers a one year warranty on plants, which is reassuring. We will have them out to do the front yard next year.

I provided Sue with an existing plan and asked her to quote the job. She came back with a price on the date promised. Pristine's prices are very competitive. Not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! She offered to hold the date for me at no risk before I had even selected a vendor. Being my first time doing such a large landscaping project I contacted 5 or 6 different companies for quotes to an existing plan. WITHOUT COMPARISON, Pristine was the most communicative, responsive, and friendly company I dealt with! When it came time to do the job Sue and her crew showed up as promised and completed the job on schedule. They were one of the hardest working crew I have EVER witnessed! They were flexible throughout and even accommodated changes to the plan "on the fly"!! The landscaping looks incredible and my wife feels like we moved to a new house! I URGE YOU TO give Pristine a chance to earn your business, they have an incredible customer service focus and will not stop until you are happy!! I cant recall how many times Sue said "I want you to be happy"... Talk to as a many landscapers as you want, after you deal with Pristine, YOU WILL NOT GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!! They are awesome....

The job was scheduled for August 18th but Sue called and said they could do it sooner so they came out on the 14th. My husband was there and spoke to Sue and the crew and they went right to work, even in the pouring down rain. They cleaned up after it was all done and they yard looks great. Sue called me later that day to follow up and give me some instructions on watering etc. My husband and I are happy with the results and would use Pristine Landscaping again.

I recently moved to a home that needed extensive landscaping. After researching several companies I called Pristine and spoke with Sue who scheduled an appt. to come see the space. She was very friendly and professional, asked many questions about my vision for the space, type of plants and trees I liked, etc. She took notes and several photos. A few days later I received the proposal and drawings from Mark (owner and designer) just as she had explained. I was very happy with their ideas and the fact that they stayed within my budget.. We scheduled the work and a few weeks later Sue and the crew came out. They worked very hard, and finished all the work in two days (one for each area). They did a fantastic job!! I couldn't be any happier. They were punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. My yard is absolutely beautiful and the envy of the neighborhood. I highly recommend this company!

They were amazing from start to finish. They came by took some pictures of my front by the next day I had the design and how everything would look with the estimate. The work they did came out exactly they way the design looked. I asked for low maintenance plants and that is exactly what I got. When they came to do the work they were there on time and were very neat and cleaned up everything before they left. I would use them again and refer them to anyone I know who needs landscaping.

We shopped around and Pristine offered the best price overall for the services we required. They removed palm trees, installed all new landscaping, to include concrete borders, which other companies we contacted would have to outsource elsewhere. They were very responsive and professional. They provided these services to our home over a year ago and our landscaping still looks amazing with little upkeep needed on a regular basis. I would highly recommend this Company.

Pristine was fantastic. From start to finish, Sue was extremely communicative, and truly a pleasure to work with. The initial designs were gorgeous, and they really worked to keep the project within my budget. I threw several wrenches in the works for the backyard to make sure everything that went in was dog friendly, and Sue was great about working with me to pick the right plants for that purpose and to keep the design looking amazing. Sue also didn't hesitate to step in and help troubleshoot with other contractors for the irrigation when I needed a hand. Pristine's install crew was very professional and did a great job. The finished product looks even better than the designs. I can't say enough good things about the people and the work they did. All-around great job, and without a doubt, Sue's customer service is the best in the business.

All the work went as planned, and the plans were changed many times by us as new ideas emerged. All involved were very fluid and cooperative and never showed any signs of aggravation by our changes. I would highly rate this provider as a first choice when doing major landscaping,etc work

AMAZING!!! Customer Service and Execution of the Plan was Flawless! Every business could learn a thing or two from Sue and Mark in regard to mapping out a plan, keeping the customer informed, executing and following up. No small job here. I called several landscapers to give me ideas and estimates on a complete overhaul on a home I recently purchased. Sue came out and walked the yard with me and made me feel completely comfortable and enthused about what Pristine could do for me. She took pictures and got back to me in a few days with a computer generated proposal of her suggestions. To have an actual picture of my home with computer generated landscaping on it was a great selling feature. We discussed the budget, finalized the plan and the install was completed a few weeks later. The team that did the install was professional and efficient. Sue supervised the entire process and included me on real time decisions on any adjustments needed. The project was completed in two days and now my yard is the envy of the neighborhood. The curb appeal is awesome. Made my house look completely different. Nothing more rewarding than neighbors stopping by and commenting about the transformation. I cannot say enough good things about Sue and her effort to keep customers happy. Sue is a perfectionist and the landscaping shows it. To be included and kept informed of everything going on was awesome. Mark's designs and Sue's customer service are worth every penny. Pristine is not the lowest bid you'll find but they are the best. Don't be afraid to stretch your budget a little because landscaping is forever. And when it comes to having a yard you look at everyday, Pristine is unbeatable!
