Everything worked out very well. They were very busy and I was not in any rush, so we scheduled a month in advance. They came out on time, and everyone worked h****** getting our front yard looking great. I highly recommend Pristine landscapes.

This was an incredible experience from all aspects. Sue is a fantastic communicator of ideas. Our landscaping ended up so much better than we could ever imagine. Sue listened to our wishes, put together computer imaging that really helped us understand what our landscaping would look like. It was easy to pick her company to do our work. This company was very professional. All the landscaping crew was very friendly and seemed to love what they do. Finally a vendor who follows though and you are happy to recommend them. Hat's off to Pristine Landscaping.

Sue was fantastic from the initial meeting all the way through to the customer contact when the job was complete. She took pictures and between Sue and her Brother they created a "view" of what our landscaping would look like when completed. They were here on time for the scheduled date and left our house looking immaculate when the job was completed. Both my Wife and I couldn't be happier with the entire job from creation to completion. I highly recommend Pristine Landscapes!

From the beginning, Sue was great! I told her what we wanted and she made some suggestions which we went with! And unlike typical South Florida contractor motive, what she recommended cost us less! She is honest, responsive and very professional. I would definitely recommend Pristine to anyone.

Mark was excellent. He and his company were punctual, professional and fair. He also has a great personality and coordinates his vision of landscaping with the concept that the customer has in mind. We interviewed other companies and found Prestige Landscape to far exceed the others. Would HIGHLY recommend Mark for your landscape needs.

They did put in sod and it went bad and they did the job again. They are not inexpensive but the fact that they did it and made good on it is the reason I might hire them again.

We worked primarily with Sue who was a pleasure to work with. Sue contacted us immediately and we corresponded via email about the plants that we had in mind. After visiting with us in person, Sue was able to provide an image mock-up along with price quote which was very helpful in us deciding to move forward with the project. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the overall tropical look of our new back yard pool area. Kudos to Sue and her team at Pristine Landscapes. My wife and I highly recommend Pristine Landscapes and would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to anyone we know in need of service.

Pristine Landscapes did fabulous work in our back yard nearly 2 years ago so we did not hesitate to call and ask them to transform the front entryway. I emailed pictures to Sue at Pristine Landscapes and she called and then emailed back with a proposal. The day prior to the work, Sue called to confirm their appointment. The day of the job, Sue called to let me know when they'd arrive and approximately how long it would take once they were here. Sue and Jack are amazing. They unloaded all kinds of gorgeous new plants from the back of the truck and went to work!!! Early in the process, Sue asked me if I'd check things out and make sure I agreed with the placement of the "boulder" and the various plants. She has a creative eye-there wasn't a thing I needed to change! The area that was transformed is neat and tidy-even though Jack had to remove all kinds of rocks, roots and plants that weren't thriving-he made the clean-up look effortless! While Sue and Jack were hard at work, neighbors stopped to admire the beautiful transformation and ask for Pristine Landscapes business cards! I'm not at all surprised! Sue is extremely personable and easy to work with! When you contact Pristine Landscapes, ask to work with her! :-) Thank you, Sue, and Pristine Landscapes for your expertise! Believe the hype -- it was a really good experience. Really good value and work -- and so accommodating. Sue did everything she could to exceed my expectations. For example she found a rare plant for me and it is a beautiful specimen. She is working with me on a ridiculously complicated HOA project too.

We are excited to share our experience with Pristine Landscapes with anyone who might read this review. Perhaps, you are not unlike us. We have made use of previous landscape services from multiple companies only to be disappointed with the quality of work and the less than adequate outcomes. This most certainly was NOT the case with Pristine Landscapes. Pristine's owner, Mark Sommer, and his younger sister Sue have more than raised the bar with regard to quality and timely landscape work. Pristine Landscapes has set a new standard for landscape design, installation and follow-up that is unparalleled in the Coral Springs and Parkland areas. Sue Sommer met with us to understand our needs and translate them into reality. She listened to our specific ideas and offered suggestions to help us complete the look we were after. She was not pushy in the least, but rather worked in partnership with us based upon what we both thought would work best in the price range we felt was comfortable. She even suggested we pursue another solution to one problem area, and recommended a business who may later add a walkway with pavers as a better alternative, rather than stepping stones her business might have done, Sue and the entire Pristine work team are absolutely unique. They communicate with you to ensure they are in alignment with their customers needs and expectations. While their work is physically hard, they actually have fun with it, and their passion for getting it right is demonstrated in their end product. Pristine completely redid our front island area, and transplanted numerous plants throughout our property. In addition, they added newer plants to other parts of the property as well as laid down new rock and mulching. All along the way, they had to contend with the delicate aspects of our landscape lighting system and protect our sprinkler system. They did so with flawless ease....And get this...even after the work was done, Sue walked the entire property with us to ensure our satisfaction, including testing out our lighting and sprinkler systems. We know of no other landscape company that provides such attention to detail and total customer satisfaction. We will never deal with any other landscape company. Pristine not only earned our business for a lifetime, they have earned our trust, respect and appreciation. We now have a nightly ritual. Each evening we open a bottle of wine, pour two glasses, walk to the front of our property, click our glasses, and say, Thank you, Pristine Landscapes.

I had a design in mind for the landscaping around our recent pool/patio build. I contacted Pristine Landscapes and they were very prompt in returning my call. I explained what my vision was and Sue incorporated that vision and then added to it her own expertise. The result was exactly what I wanted and a visual paradise in our backyard. There were some challenges with the project - acquiring and installing very large palms in a very limited space - but they were met with positive enthusiasm and determination. Simply stated, from start to finish I really enjoyed this project and I am enjoying the results of it every day! Kudos to Sue and her crew who are all very professional and made the process an enjoyable one!

Mark was referred by a colleague. I immediately looked him up here on Angie's List and saw stellar marks. He came out and took a few pictures and then overlayed specimens so we could see what it all would look like. He did a very good initial design (in a week) and then was easy to talk to tweek to our likings. We also visited him at his place on Wiles Rd. so we could identify the types of plants we liked and didn't. This was particularly helpful for crotons, since there are so many varieties. We decided to include boulders and lighting. The crew showed up on time on install day and Mark was there to paint the ground with "what goes where." Crew of 5 plus Mark meant all done in a day. Mark hung around till about 1pm to make sure tall items (palms) installed "just so." Crew finished about 5:30 (downpours late in the day). Crew was professional, seemed to get along with each other and all worked hard. Site was left tucked in and clean (professional). I found Mark to be very easy going, and easy to communicate with and knows his plantings.

We replaced old Jacuzzi with a fountain and were looking for a company that could do not just planting, but also design, especially for the area around the fountain. We found Pristine Landscapes that came with very good reviews. We were not disappointed. They are real professionals, both Mark and Sue, and, in addition, very pleasant people to deal with. In the planning stage Sue came a couple of times, made pictures of our back yard and patiently listened to our ideas. Then Mark superimposed these pictures with his design so we could see exactly how our back yard would look after renovation. Original proposal was a little too pricy for our budget but they adjusted it to our liking. Installation itself took two days and was supervised by Sue and Mark. Everybody was efficient and courteous. We are very pleased with the results and will highly recommend them.

Mark, the owner, was very professional involved in and supervised all work. The price charged was the same as the quote and we were very pleased with the work done, the landscapers, the owner, Mark, and his office staff. Professional and quick response time.

This was our 3rd time working with Mark! He is very patient, professional and does whatever it takes to make sure you are happy:) We had a new paver driveway installed and Mark worked with our schedule and replaced the egg rocks to match the new driveway and remulched our flower beds. Sod was also added to the front pathway and side of our house as well. Mark came to make sure everything was PERFECT and as always we will be recommending him to our family and friends:) Thanks again Mark for putting a BIG smile on our faces and making our house the prettiest on the block!

We were trying to find someone to not only plant new stuff but provide the design as well. We had a basic idea of where we wanted to put the flower beds but what went in them was the challenge. Pristine made it very easy. After quickly surveying the space and taking photos, they provided us with a nice proposed design with images of plants superimposed on photos of our house. They had their suggested plants and allowed us to comment and make changes as needed. They also suggested adding a flagstone walkway leading to the back gate. On the installation day, they worked quickly and did a very nice job. They had a lot of extra plants beyond what we paid for that they added in various places. They also transplanted a couple existing plants successfully. They guarantee the plants for a year and they lived up to that promise. Some of the plants didn't cope well to the amount of sun they were getting so Pristine came back out a couple times to replace them with different species that could tolerate the conditions better. We were very happy with the end product and the service.

I can only give Pristine Landscapes the highest praise for their professional, courteous and hard work ethic. Sue continually consulted with me to make sure I was pleased with what they were doing. No doubt about it, I will definitely refer others to this company.

I could not be more pleased with Pristine Landscapes! Sue was wonderful to work with - she asked me a lot of questions to understand my needs and budget. They provided me with a photo of exactly what my yard would look like while staying within my budget and avoiding plants I did not like. The other providers that I consulted did not provide a photo and did not stay within my budget! She was very patient with all my questions and was flexible with some last minute changes. Her crew was professional and pleasant and I could not believe how much they accomplished in one day. They did a thorough clean up job; hauling all my weeds and dead plants away with them. I love my yard and have received numerous compliments from neighbors - one said my house was now the nicest in the neighborhood. I do plan to add some more landscaping in the back and will not hesitate to call Sue and Pristine Landscapes to perform the work!

From the very first contact Sue was helpful and attentive. During the planning phase all requests for plant material changes were discussed and suggestions/explanations were made. The day before the install we requested an area for our dog, without hesitation changes were made. The install was amazing...it looks great! Any items that needed follow up were handled promptly. If you need landscaping do not look any further - these folks are awesome!!!

Mark and his guys did an amazing job at our house! Mark is very professional. He is on time and delivers a product that has quality and beauty. Mark came out personally to see and inspect the space. He suggested valuable ideas. We are very happy with this company and recommend it to everyone.

Pristine was very punctual, attentive, and completed the work proposed exactly how it was presented. We were provided digital layouts of the design, so it was clear to see how the job would turn out. We wanted an easy to manage landscape, with rock borders and a mixture of stones/mulch to enhance the beds. We wanted little to no maintenance, and feel they provided us with just that. We're very happy we used Pristine, and would absolutely use them again.

Our contact was Sue, the owners sister, and from the moment we contacted them for a quote until the moment they finished the job we received impeccable customer service. Sue was responsive, attentive, and more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure our happiness. Their entire team of workers were professional and polite and worked quickly. They removed a large hedge that outlined our front yard and re-designed the yard beautifully. For the re-design they were able to provide us with a 3-D rendering of their plan and a very detailed quote, which helped make the decision making process quick and easy. There may be other companies in the area that charge slightly less, but I feel it was well worth whatever additional we paid for the service and end result we received. I would recommend them to others and definitely plan to continue using them for all of our future landscaping needs.

Everything went perfectly. I am more than satisfied with the out come. Mark listened to what I wanted and submitted a plan before he started work. I approved the plan and the project came out as I wanted. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Showed up on time, did the job quickly and without any damage to existing sprinkler lines.
