Sue and her team were amazing! From consultation, to design, and all the way through to implementation Sue was patient, communicative and a joy to work with. The landscaping turned out even better than we expected! She also brought on Nick for tree removal and recommended Matt for sprinklers that were also both incredible. This is the type of company that you want doing every project you have. Simply said....Terrific!

After reading their several hundred five star reviews (and a few disappointing interactions with other landscaping companies) I decided to go with Pristine Landscapes to redo our backyard. And they didn’t disappoint! From the first interaction on the phone to in person consultations and the final installation, I can only say the best about Pristine Landscapes. Sue was extremely responsive, professional, and patient during the planning process. I needed some input on plants and design, but also had some ideas myself. Sue worked with me over several iterations, making sure to always explain what would work and what wouldn’t and why. She always made sure to follow up, even when I got caught up in work and did not respond. The two day installation went perfectly as well. Sue arrived on time with a great crew who was professional and respectful. She was there all the time to ensure things were planted just as we wanted them and the team finished on the second day as promised. I highly recommend Pristine Landscapes and am planning to hire them for more projects soon!

Working with Sue was phenomenal! One of the few contractors that actually returned phone calls and kept up on communication. Sue designed a landscape for our front yard and helping us pick out plants, trees, and stone for our project. She also created a photoshop of our lawn to show us what it all would end up looking like. When it came time for installation, Sue and her team worked extremely quickly to have it all done in one day, going the extra mile to add little touches that she felt would add to landscape. I cannot recommend Sue and her team enough. Super happy with my new landscape!

It was a pleasure working with Pristine Landscapes, from the first phone call to schedule an estimate until the work was completed. Sue was amazing! She made sure she understood exactly what we wanted, and when she sent a photo of what the landscaping would look like, it was exactly the look we were going for. They made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and that my sprinklers had the proper coverage, and left my property immaculate. This landscape company is by far one of the best I have ever used. The customer service was beyond amazing. Sue's design was exactly what I needed to spruce up my curb appeal, and the crew made it happen. They all worked together an collaborated on the details. They made sure that I was happy with the finished product and each member of the 10 person crew waited through the walk thru to insure I was completely satisfied. They were kind, courteous and did a thorough job cleaning up all of the work areas. The field crew all worked long and hard and all showed how much they to take pride in their work. In south Florida finding a honest and reputable company to do business with is extremely hard & time consuming. Pristine Landscapes reached out to me to set up an appointment and the rest is now history. Sue is one of the owners. She started my project from start to finish. Pricing was very comparable to others in this business. I chose her company for attention to detail and swiftness in preparation and installation of all plants. The job was calculated properly with no excess materials left over. While some people may think there pricing is a bit high. I can tell you this. You absolutely get what you pay for. I paid for a professional job. That's exactly what I received and then some. I was scheduled for the end of June. Sue called and moved my job up right away. I am extremely satisfied with the results and how her crew preformed it flawlessly. Sue has a superb/professional installation team. Sue approached this project with mock up designs that met the personalized vision we had and ensured that our selections best suited each space. It could not have gone any better from start to finish!!! We worked with Sue who was AMAZING and helped us come up with exactly what we wanted (not having much of an idea of what to use) We wanted a clean, easy maintenance tropical Landscaping job with some color and that's exactly what we got. Sue was on top of everything!!! If she said she'd be in touch, she was. If she said she was going to do something, she did. Her crew of guys were incredible as well. I found Pristine Landscapes, Inc. on Angie's List. I was looking for a grading and landscaping company. I left a message and Mark S. from Pristine called me back. He came out and sent me a quote for the work I wanted done. I had a few other quotes but we went with Pristine because all of the positive reviews on Angie's list. We are very happy with the service we received from Pristine. Mark's team was great, punctual and did a fantastic job on our backyard. He responds right away if you have any questions. I highly recommend Pristine Landscapes and would use them to do any additiona landscaping. You will not be disappointed!

After having 2 previous companies flake out on us I contacted Sue from Pristine. Excellent 5 star communication. Attention to detail. You need to be patient as they are busy for the install. Busy people do good work, remember that. We couldn't be happier with way it came out. They redid the entire front of the house. It looks completely different. i get compliments every day from the neighbors as I transition into my new job of watering them by hand everyday. We are also booked to redo the back of the house. Sue also has a large crew come out so a major job gets done in a timely fashion. We are just homeowners so like all homeowners we see about 10 things we like that don't go together and or aren't practical. Sue rescued us from our horrible ideas and pointed us in the right direction to still get the look we wanted but even better. So my advice would be don't delay (like i did) call today! Our experience with Pristine was absolutely terrific from the initial contact with Sue Sommer (owners sister) to the end of the job. Sue came out, we described what we wanted and she sent a design image to us within a couple days. Her design was just what we wanted, we agreed on a price and the job was scheduled. Sue kept in constant communication before and during the job, she is not only a great designer but a consummate professional. Her crew arrived right on time on day one of the two day job; the crew members were extremely hard working and polite, an obvious reflection of the company's professionalism. Sue spent much of the next two days making sure the job was done up to Pristine's standards, the result is a beautifully landscaped yard, front and back. We can't say enough about Sue and the guys, the hundreds of A ratings they have received are well deserved. We would definitely use Pristine again and recommend them without reservation.

Pristine Landscaping was the most professional and honorable company I have worked with thus far in Florida. Their integrity, knowledge base, creativity, professionalism and patience made the job go very smoothly. It was like watching a finely tuned machine as they worked with precision all day. Attention to detail is their calling card. It had to be nothing less then perfect before they left- every plant, tree, piece of mulch and stone had to be in the correct place and position. Everything washed down and swept up prior to departure. I am pretty much a perfectionist and I was very lucky to have found Pristine Landscaping. Would be to your advantage to explore your landscaping possibilities with them. Also, the only company out of the four I interviewed, to provide computer generated pictures of what the job would look like!! Made it so much easier to plan and envision!

We had used Pristine Landscaping in 2013 to completely landscape our front and back yards. We did a search on Angie’s List at that time and selected Pristine as they had very good reviews. Based on the work they did for us in 2013 and the excellent reviews on Angie’s List this year, we chose to have them work with us again. Sue came out and did a walk around with us to get an idea of what we wanted to do. She then gave us her ideas. A few days later, she emailed us a plan for what needed to be done, including the plants she would use. Once we agreed to the plan, she gave us a date for the start of the job. This particular job was going to take two days. On the agreed on date, they showed up on time and got busy taking out the old landscaping and then placed the new plants where they were supposed to go. After making a couple of adjustments, they started putting in the new plants. Even though she had a supervisor on the job, Sue was here a lot making sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. Our job this time was more complicated than the one in 2013 but the results were just as outstanding. During our walkaround at the end of the job, we were just amazed at how good our landscaping looked. So, in summary, from the more simple to the complex, It is obvious why Pristine has so many five star reviews on Angie’s List. You absolutely can’t go wrong using them for your landscaping needs. And Sue is just the icing on the cake.

Pristine Landscapes did a great job from start to finish. Sue was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She listened to what I was looking for as far as the job and budget and then added her knowledge and experience to come up with a plan. They used a computer generated photo that was a vital part of the experience, so you can truly envision what your getting and what it will look like. On the day of installation Sue kept tweaking everything around a little bit until it flowed perfectly and made a few changes on the fly that were even better. She has a good eye for this. A true perfectionist. The 5 man crew did an excellent job and cleaned everything up nicely afterwards. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs
