Sue was prompt, professional and extremely creative! She called to confirm orders, worked with us as we changed our minds and the end result is spectacular! We went from a plain ugly front yard to the talk of the neighborhood!

He is polite, punctual and very nice. I thought the price was a little high - not very high - but I had a price in my head after asking around and this was a bit more. But, he made up for it by bringing me a plant I said I liked and the courtesy he shows was well worth it. Yes, I would use this company again.

I met with Sue Sommer about a week before my install. I explained the look I wanted for my front yard island area. I had an ugly black plastic border that I was not happy with. I really wanted a "river rock" style border. I also wanted the overgrown shrubs and plants removed and new, more vibrant color,plants installed. Sue gave me her suggestions and she was spot on with the look I wanted. She and her crew arrived on time the day of the install and spent a considerable amount of time working on the project. She asked me to look at the progress a couple of times during the install. I could not be more happy with the finished product. It looks even better than I thought it could. My neighbors love it as well. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for future projects.

Entire experience went very well. Mark's design gave a good representation of the finished product and greatly aided both our decision process and the speed of getting the design through the HOA & city planner's office. However, Sue is the person who got the project rolling. She nudged us through design finalization by offering different options and points of view. She moved us through HOA review and city planning with regular calls to check on progress and very gentle prodding. Her team arrived on installation day ready to work. Their day began at the nursery at 6am and her team finished installation of our new yard at 9pm that night. Installation was an amazing process to see unfold. Sue gave us information on how to care for our greenery and came back to make sure we were happy with the results. An extension agent friend was over a couple of weeks later and reviewed their installation technique. Only issue: The Magnolia was planted a little too deep, due to the creation of a flower bed around the tree, and was easily remedied by removing about three inches of topsoil. He rated the installation one of the better ones he had seen. Plants at appropriate depth and not too much mulch (a common mistake). Many people have stopped when we are in the yard and commented on how good our house looks! People walking their dogs, people driving to work, people jogging by - they just stop and tell us what a beautiful job was done and ask who did it. Even the guy who did the walk and drive commented on the high quality of the plant material which was used. Believe it or not, even the FedEx guy asked for the name and number of our landscape team. Go figure. Anyway, you can't beat Sue's professionalism, Mark's digital expertise, their team's work ethic and the fantastic final result. I would highly recommend Pristine Landscape's work to anyone.

Mark Sommer was a pleasure to work with. He responded to our original phone call in a timely fashion and set up an appointment promptly. Mark came to our house to see our property and what the job entailed. We then set a meeting at his nursery, so we could see what was available and to share what plants appealed to us. Mark was very attentive to our needs/wants and gave us several ideas with options. Once things were chosen, Mark's very efficient and capable crew came with him to begin the work. Hi crew was a group of hard workers and got the job done in one day and left the property clean and well groomed. Throughout the whole process, Mark made himself available through emails and phone calls, was flexible in scheduling and was very professional and personable. We would certainly recommend Pristine Landscapes to our friends and will be using Mark's services in the future!

I can tell initially a lot about service providers by how responsive they are to my inquiries, and Pristine and Mark, the owner, were quite prompt. Upon meeting Mark, I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant personality. He made some excellent money saving suggestions and was quick to get back to me with the proposal, which turned out to be quite reasonable. The job started exactly when Mark said it would, and he showed with his uniformed crew, all ready to begin. Mark was on hand most of the day and came by the next day to make some of the minor adjustments. I cannot say enough about his crew; they were diligent, polite, and cleaned up the property after the job was completed. I thought the job might take two days, but the 5 or 6 man crew worked tirelessly to get everything done before dark. Having lived in South Florida since 1974, I know all too well about the quality of service providers in the area. But I can assure you that Pristine Landscapes and Mark Sommer will not let you down. A superb job at a reasonable price is the formula for a happy homeowner.

great!! Their workmanship is top of the line, designs were beautiful, very eager to please & probably one of the most professional companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Sue promptly answered my MANY questions w either a phone call or email w the patience of a saint. They started & completed the job as scheduled. I will definitely be using them to maintain the beautiful landscape as well. Would recommend highly!!!

Two workers put in sod in less than an hour. Cleaned up afterwards, there was no dirt or debris anywhere. Sue was very nice, came out and looked at the area and followed up with emails. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Sue was amazing to work with!! After we purchased our home, we contact them to discuss redoing the landscaping. Sue was able to come out right away to meet with me & discuss my thoughts, likes, and dislikes for landscaping and was able to provide me with a digital picture of her proposal for our new landscaping. She also was able to stay within the budget that we gave her. We knew our job was a big one, as we were redoing our entire yard. We had weeds impersonating grass and scrubby, half dead plants as landscaping. Sue was able to show me a digital picture of what she wanted to do to our yard, which included adding new sod to the entire yard, removing all the existing plants and replacing them with modern topiaries, palms, and other colorful plants, and some amazing hardscaping including boulders, a low slate wall for the planter bed, and grey slate rocks to line our sidewalk. I could not be happier with the way it turned out! The day of the install, the team showed up on time and worked hard throughout the entire day. They even came to finish the following day (on Saturday, which is normally their day off) to finish as it took longer than they anticipated. Sue was wonderful, kept checking in throughout the entire installation to make sure all the work was being done to her high standards and to make sure everything went smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend using Pristine Landscaping! The real thing came out even better than the digital rendering. It was well worth the money spent and it completely changed the look of our home for the better! I give them an A+!!

We couldn't have asked for more professional and beautiful work! Sue's design brought our house into the 21st century, and she created a modern, sophisticated look that was colorful, tropical, and very attractive. She answered all of our questions very promptly, and the workmen did a superb job of turning her design into reality. We would definitely highly recommend her, and will use her again in the future.

Sue was our contact person. She was more than AMAZING! My husband and were I redoing our landscape for our entire backyard. We struggled with ideas because I wanted a more natural look and my husband wanted a manicured look. Sue would email us different graphic pictures of ideas. Sue was so patient, full of suggestions and gave us the time we needed to pick out our plants and trees to create a perfect backyard oasis. She actually sat down with us on the computer at our house as we googled the names of plants that she would suggest. She continued to rattle off plant names until we finally made a decision. When our paver project got delayed, Sue was more than accommodating to change our original service date on more than one occasion. She even called other customers to see if her company could come earlier so she can do our project in a timely manner. It is without reservation that I HIGHLY recommend this company. I cannot say enough good things about this experience! Sue and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mark replied to my email in two hours on 7/6. Met with me on 7/8 to evaluate the site and discuss ideas and issues. Provided me with renderings on 7/9. It was what I wanted with the influence of a professionals input. Sue, I believe to be Mark's sister, had a written proposal and contract for me the next day. I had explained that this property was renovated and during that process the yard fell into deep disrepair. I was accumulating fines from the homeowners association and time was of the essence. Mark was able to complete the job on 7/17. He arrived in the am with his crew, detailed the project and they went to work. It was very apparent that this was a crew that not only had been working together for a long while, but took a great deal of pride in what they do. When they were done, the property looked amazing. Pristine in fact. I obtained three bids for the job. Mark's bid was 5% higher than the lower bid and 25% less than the higher one. I visited two properties that the lower bid company had landscaped. They were in my development and were identical to my property. I was far from impressed. It was obvious that prior to laying the stones and walkway the ground was not prepared correctly. I would say you get what you pay for but as I only paid $125 more with Mark, I feel I got a lot more than what I paid. Mark's work is as advertised and knowing what you can't see is done with the same quality, care and professionalism of the work you can see, I got a bargain.

Pristine Landscapes is a top notch company. Sue was great to work with from start to finish. She listened carefully to what we wanted. Being new to Florida our wants were a little vague since we didn't know the regional plant options. No worries there though because Sue helped us see various possibilities. The computer generated images her brother provides are a great help in fine tuning details. The Pristine website is also well thought out for style ideas and plant options. Once we decided on our plan her team showed up to make it happen. What a great bunch of guys. It was clear they take pride in their work. Working with Sue they pulled out the old, kept what we could and meticulously laid out the new shrubs, plants, sod and mulch. They made sure we were satisfied before putting everything in the ground and the guys input-the voice of experience-was also much valued. The team leader (sorry I am bad with names!) used some of our left over patio pavers to make a paver pad for the grill. It turned out great! Bottom line the entire team worked to exceed not just meet our expectations. The result was just what we wanted. It has made an amazing improvement to the appearance of our home. One more outstanding trait I would like to point out is that Sue is very, very good at following up with details, questions or any potential issues. We will be doing additional landscaping improvements in our back yard soon and of course using Pristine Landscapes. They do what they say they are going to do...and more.

Sue was excellent to work with. She was extremely effective communicating with us, and they came out on time and did a wonderful job. They had a large crew, and Sue came several times to check in throughout the day. She followed up with us, and is committed to providing stellar customer service. Sue was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She has a great personality and really helped me when I was unsure as to what I wanted. They guarantee the trees and plants for 1 year, which is great, especially since it has only rained 2 times since the landscaping was put in! Again, Sue was great, and I would recommend her and Pristine to everyone!
