Pristine Landscapes

Cleared and cleaned out our entire current landscaping front and back yard as well as side years/fence of debris, and other overgrown foliage. They removed things that made the landscape look over crowded and it really needed the work. I really appreciate the time Sue took to look at our landscape, come up with a plan and even after starting, planned and placed plants thru out the area to create a beautiful landscape for us. Her expertise is exactly what we needed to make our yard and landscape look amazing! Thanks so much. We were also very happy with the guys who worked so **** ** two very hot days! Afterwards, they made sure I was happy with the outcome and made sure that the sprinklers were working properly. I cannot thank everyone enough for not only planning and helping us, listening to us, and making this one of the best choices we have ever made working with Pristine Landscapes! Would definitely recommend and use this company again. Thank you so much to Sue and her crew!!! I cannot overstate how good Pristine Landscapes is. HUGE shout-out to Sue: she handled every step of the process, made sure everything was PERFECT, and really went over and above what they promised. They had brilliant designs that I could see in real-time, and their costs was actually quite a bit less than their competitors. I will use them again and again.

Mark Sommers responded quickly to my initial phone call to him to request he drop by my home and assess what I needed done, and give a cost estimate for the job. When I met Mark, I liked him immediately. I found him to be very professional and has a friendly demeanor. He helped me with suggestions for appropriate plants for a hedges, gave me an estimate and set a day / date for him and his crew to tear out and replace the hedges. They showed up early on the designated day, and went right to work. Mark and his crew are obviously very experienced and they completed the job in far less time that I expected....and the job they did was just beautiful. I really can't say enough for their professionalism and how nice they all were. They all seem to love what they do and I believe they are all perfectionists. I will definitely hire them again in the Fall to plant my garden with flowers, appropriate for the season, and to fertilize my hedges. Thank you Mark for a job well-done. See you in the Fall.

Mark, and Pristine landscape are quickly becoming my go to service provider for all of my landscaping needs! Mark took a general idea of mine, and manufactured it into exactly what I had envisioned! I was given several options, and provided the pros/cons of each choice. This included bringing to the job site several different options for the stepping stones. There was never any attempt to change the pricing from the bid based on my preferences. Marks crew is professional, and very hard working. Every time Mark stops by to do a job, I have him quote a new job! Everything he has touched has totally transformed the look of our home, and yard. I look forward to working with Mark, and Pristine Landscapes on future jobs! I have had several other companies come to provide bids, and ideas on work for me, but none have been as thorough, or as reasonable as Pristine. Several of my neighbors have asked me for Marks card, and they are looking forward to getting bids as well! Cant say enough good things about Mark, and Pristine Landscaping! When I first called and spoke to Sue, she wasn't sure if they could do what I wanted to have done. But we scheduled an appointment and met. Sue was able to understand my needs and sent me pictures of what she though would look good. They came and removed the old wood flower box, hauled away the garbage, replaced the flower box with a beautiful stone flower box, and filled the box with top soil.

Mark designed a new scheme for our backyard flower bed along our fencing. He was able to take pictures, and send the graphic rendering of his design to us for our review. After speaking with him numerous times about different options, we agreed to have this work completed. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. We actually asked Mark to get us a quote to do some additional work in the front of the house, which he was able to get back to us the next day! We have since agreed to have this work completed as well! Mark is very easy to communicate with, and get a hold of and his pricing is very fair. I would not hesitate to continue to use Mark, and Pristine Landscapes, as well as recommend them to anyone else!

Mark and his crew are amazing! We've hired them 4 times in the past year and a half to do landscaping. From the initial phone call thru project implementation and completion, Mark is an absolute pleasure to work with. His crew is very hardworking and detail oriented. From the first phone call it was obvious this was an excellent company.. Sue returned my call immediately and set up a time to come and give me an estimate for the job. She was on time and had suggestions to maximize my investment.. Even though they were extremely busy Sue managed to get me booked in just 2 weeks. True to her word she and her team showed up on time and did a beautiful job. I a very pleased with my new lawn. This is our second time using Pristine. In the South Florida market, we would trust no one else! Sue was spectacular. She met with us to review our vision and then made it even better!!! She was punctual, professional and the customer service is through the roof! It was a wonderful experience all together. The Pristine team removed all old sod, built two stone walking paths and two flower beds (120 and 25 feet, respectively). She was able to keep the trees we wanted to incorporate and worked within our budget to provide us with a fantastic back yard oasis. Our yard looks like a park, so beautiful and easy to maintain.

We just finished our second landscaping project with Pristine, and we could not be MORE happy with the turnout. We returned to Pristine for a new project on a home we recently purchased. This was a much bigger project than our first one with them and Pristine was up to the challenge. They did a beautiful design rendering, worked with us on adjusting the design for our particular tastes and priced it fairly. We're fairly picky people and Sue accommodated our every little question, review of choices and placement particulars. The project turned out beautifully! The crew is also terrific. They work together very well and go the extra mile to make you happy. We highly recommend Pristine Landscapes.

Sue Sommer was professional, punctual, and great to work with. The landscape design exceeded our expectations and the installers were friendly and conscientious. We felt they delivered a high quality product which we love.

Pristine landscapes did a great job on my sod installation project. I am preparing to put my house on the market in Fort Lauderdale, and needed curb appeal to be top notch. Throughout the entire process, Sue and her team were responsive, flexible, and professional. They showed up a week before the installation date to prep the lawn (on a Sunday), then got the entire yard done in half a day and it looked great. They worked around the existing sprinkler system and trees that were in place and made everything look like it was designed in an integrated fashion. On top of everything I could have expected, I ran into a problem after the installation with a permit related to a new driveway that had just been installed, and required a swale to be dug across the entire lawn. Even though this was not the Pristine team's responsibility (as I hadn't worked to make sure they knew of this requirement), they agreed to come out and re-dig the swale and install the sod again to make my lawn compliant with the permit's requirements, because they knew the situation I was in and the time crunch I was under. At the end of the day, they wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer and they went above and beyond to make sure that happened. I could not be happier with their responsiveness and professionalism and will definitely use them on my next sod project.

Mark met with us and guided us on what we should consider for the front of the house. He was patient and provided many options that fit our budget. His workers did a great job executing on the plans as well. We highly recommend Pristine Landscapes. Mark runs a great company.......

Sue was excellent to work with. Everyone showed up while we were at work and the job was done properly before we got home. No complaints at all. They were great.

The owner was prompt, courteous and very good customer service orientation. He did a very nice design in digital format, sent for review, we made a few iterations, and then after approval he and his staff moved quickly to send a formal proposal, and then waited for HOA approval. We got that, and quickly signed an agreement, scheduled a date for execution of the agreement, and then in a very timely manner he personally came to the house, placed the plantings and the crew completed the job. We are delighted with the process and the completed work.

Work was done as contracted and i'm pleased with the result.

We had a company draw up the landscape plans, but when the proposal was submitted for the install we felt the price was way out of line. So I looked up landscape companies in my area on Angie's List and came up with this company that had very good reviews. I placed an inquiry and was immediately called back and a date was chosen for a review and estimate. Within 5 days we had met and had an estimate, which we agreed to and to the dates for install, which were within 2 weeks. He also worked with me on getting the irrigation system completely rebuilt by a company he recommended. They too were very good. All communication and work was at the highest level and I would use or recommend the company without hesitation.

This is a wonderful company. They are extremely professional, communicate well, and are very prompt....that is very important to us because our time is valuable as it is their's. We worked with Sue from start to finish. She was always prompt, confirmed appointments, and extremely pleasant to work with. The gentlemen that installed the landscaping are always smiling, very professional, hard working and willing to move anything, if necessary. Our finished project is absolutely beautiful. Landscaping to a home is like beautiful wrapping to a gift. Yes, it is costly but well worth the investment. This company was very fair with us regarding price.

I do not write reviews often , but decided to give my review of Pristine Landscapes. If you are looking for a company to do your landscaping, this is the company you should use. Sue was prompt with her response to our initial inquiry about landscaping. From that initial encounter , to the completion of the job, Sue kept us informed throughout the process. She is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and honest , and was a pleasure to work with. On the day of the installation, she was in contact with me several times to make sure everything was to our liking . Not only was it to our liking , but in fact it exceeded our expectations. Her crew were very hard working , punctual , and left the yard spotless upon completion of the work. This is a truly wonderful company that takes pride in their work , and customer satisfaction is obviously very important for them. Some friends of ours had their landscaping done by another company ( price was similar), and there is no comparison between the 2 jobs- ours was so far superior!! There is nothing negative I can say about Sue and her company , and would highly recommend them without any reservations. Very professional on the phone, planning and suggesting plants. Very prompt, called to remind us when they would be there to perform the work. Showed up on time. The new plants look great and beautiful. They cleaned up and even watered the shrubs. I would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
