Mark was great to work with. "B" rating given because of final details in a few areas. Specifically purchased 6' - 7' trees for privacy, received 4' - 5' trees. Purchased hibiscus tree, which is now hidden by existing palms. Be sure to understand the size of what you're purchasing. Big difference between a 1 gallon, 3 gallon, etc.

We decided to overhaul our front and rear landscaping and go with a Zen garden effect. We reached out to a number of landscapers on Angies List. Pristine Landscapes was the most responsive and professional of all. Sue Sommers came up with a number of suggestions. Since this was our first attempt at a Zen Garden Sue was extremely helpful in assisting us with ideas. The contract was smooth and Sue was willing to work with us. The day of the install was raining and Pristine showed up with their crew and was ready to go to work. Sue was extremely accommodating with us after we had driven her crazy moving plants around. Sue Sommers was patient with my wife and I and offered her assistance and knowledge in accommodating our request. If you’re looking to redo landscaping don’t look any further than Pristine Landscapes. You will not be sorry. Thanks to Sue and her crew at Pristine our Zen Garden looks beautiful

Excellent. Mark was around during the project and was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

Mark is extremely professional, made me comfortable with his knowledge, sent me computer renderings of what it would look like and requested input before finalizing. He and his crew came in and did all the work in one day. It is beautiful! A terrific mix of green and flowering plants and trees that will need reasonable maintenance to stay beautiful. And he can offer that too as needed. Neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful my yard looks and wanted to know if he will work on common areas too.

They did a great job. If we needed anything else, I would definitely call them again. We've built a nice relationship with them.

Incredible, I am so pleased with the results and the whole process. I am most definitely WOWED!!! Sue was a delight to work with so very professional and so knowledgeable. She promptly scheduled my appointment and provided the drawings as promised. On the day of installation she came out to make sure everything was in place as discussed and checked the progress throughout the day and even after the work was completed made sure I was completely satisfied. You don't find this kind of workmanship, pride and dedication to work and performance anymore. Such a breath of fresh air and so lucky to have found and worked with a company and person who truly cares about their business and their customers. We will most definitely use their services again and will highly recommend them. As a matter of interest I called 3 landscapers recommended in Angie's list. The Landscape People made an appointment but never came out or called, however when I placed this info on their Angie's list review they then responded saying they had tried to call me and it went to voice mail (NOT TRUE). I gave them my land line and I was home all day waiting for them or their call and that did not happen. I also called Pink & Green Landscapers Carlos came out, we discussed what I wanted but never provided any quote or even called to follow up still MIA. I can't be more elated thank you, thank you, thank you for everything Sue and Pristine you are the best!!!

Sue and Mark were terrific to work with. They did what they promised, when they promised, how they promised and for the price they promised. They and their crew were a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again without hesitation.

Sue was incredible. She came to our home and reviewed the entire project with our interests. The renderings of the proposed project were incredible. The whole project went exactly as planned. Everyone was on time and on schedule. The finished product is perfect. Sue came to assure that everything went as planned and regularly checked in throughout. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. We had spoken to many landscape and paver companies and out of them all, Mark was the most friendly and reasonably priced. This was not a large job and therefore he recognized he did not need to take us for a lot of money. We greatly appreciated that. His team was very hard working and did not waste time while on the job like many other companies seem to do. At one point part of the patio aspect was not quite right and he and his team started the whole patio over again to remedy it. Mark is awesome. He is a super easy person to work with and totally professional. He came to our home exactly when he said he would, provided multiple options which were easy for us to understand and the pros and cons of each. When we decided to go with Mark's proposal, he managed to get our job done before the holidays. The crew arrived just as planned as well. After the job was completed, we did have one or two small issues which we brought to Mark's attention. He personally came back out the next day and took care of everything. We absolutely recommend Mark and will use him for future needs.

Sue and her Team were great. Sue did the design and layout and helped us pick out plants that would look nice and live well in our South Florida weather. The plants were beautiful and healthy. She and her guys who were also very professional, showed up on time as scheduled and completed the job timely. Nice job of cleaning up after all was done as well. Mark Sommer is about as professional as they come. He was responsive and eager to make it right when we weren't pleased with one part of the job – actually redid the whole second half of the work we hired his crew for. Can't go wrong with hiring him.

Mark was very helpful in getting exactly the look I wanted. His expertise and thoughtfulness in design really was impressive. He returns calls and emails promptly, is flexible with job scheduling, and shows up when he says he will. I will continue to use him for all future landscaping projects. The entire experience was outstanding! When I initially called for an estimate, Sue responded to my call the same day, set up an appointment to come out and take a look quickly. She was prompt, listened to what I was looking for and quickly had a design worked up for my review. She was patient, quickly returned all of my calls, answered all of my questions, talked through options with me and helped me finalize the design. When she came out with the crew to start the work, they were punctual and got straight to work. She and her crew worked hard and did an incredible job!! I was amazed at how they transformed my front yard in just two days. During the work, they were accommodating and worked around a couple of surprise issues (on my side, not theirs). Sue went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the final product and I really appreciate her professionalism and care. Went great. Loved the result. Professional, on-time, very courteous. Collected and removed all debris. They estimated how long it would take and were right on target.

We love how Pristine Landscapes transformed our property and curb appeal. The workers came and out and spent almost the entire day with the installation.
