Pristine Landscapes

Well folks, here I am again to give Mark another rave review. I was actually the first member to review Pristine Landscaping on Angie's List way back when and his standards and service have remained the same- honest, professional, perfection, knowledge and dependability since day one. We have used his services many times since then and will continue to do so in the future. We now live in Palm Coast,,Fl - too far for him to travel but trust him, his company and judgement to continue servicing our properties in Broward County. Our trust in his standards remain such that our last home (built in 1929 and across the street from our daughter's family in Dania Beach) was landscaped VIA phone calls and emails last month. It turned out so beautiful that my daughter said it made her house look frumpy. We told her we would use his coupon of $100 off any job over $750 as a gift for her birthday, husband's birthday, their anniversary and Christmas gifts! He finished that job yesterday and she and her family are VERY VERY HAPPY with the results. He's just the best of the best and I can't say enough good things about Pristine Landscaping. It went extremely well. Everything you read about Sue is true. She is a terrific communicator and makes certain what the customer expects is delivered, on time and at the agreed upon price. I highly recommend Pristine and would use them again in a heartbeat.

From beginning to end Sue and everyone at Pristine were exceptional in every aspect. Sue was very quick to return calls and made the time to listen to all of our concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent suggestions on layout and types of plants that would suit our needs. The illustrations and proposal (which was the most detailed and transparent of any others we received) were sent in a timely manner as well as all the documents required by our HOA. The work was completed very efficiently in 1 day and is absolutely beautiful. Sue made sure to be on site as much as possible to oversee the progress. The crew worked from morning until night and did not leave until everything was perfect! They even helped my husband change and adjust sprinkler heads. Our yard went from dirt, weeds and dry grass to a tropical oasis with a combination of new palm trees, plants, flowers, egg rock, mulch and fieldstone wall/walkway. We plan to landscape our backyard and will definately use Pristine again!

Sue met with my wife and me and provided some great ideas. She kept us informed every step of the way and followed up on everything. It treated our place like theirs in making sure the quality was the best possible.

I am very happy with the service I received from Pristine Landscapes and I would recommend using them and I will hire them again. Sue was my person of contact throughout the whole process and she is very personable and a delight to deal with. Her communication throughout every stage was excellent. Sue came out to assess our lawn situation and confirmed that at that stage the only option with the condition of our lawn was to lay new sod. This is what we were expecting having already discussed it with a lawn treatment company and so we just had to decide how much of the lawn we wanted to work on at this time. Sue was kind enough to break the areas of our yard down into smaller sections and provide prices for each. At this time we decided to just deal with the front yard as it was the most in need and obviously effects the 'curb appeal' of the property. Pristine were very busy (as you would expect from a reputable company, this is one downside with good service companies but it is one that should be welcomed), and so we had to wait a little bit before the work could be carried out and so we set a future date and I'm happy to report that date was stuck to. Sue arrived with the workers on the day of the job and stayed to get them started off and she also introduced me to the foreman who was the lead for the work. The guys did a lovely job and the new lawn is still looking great. There was a little hiccup that I actually didn't notice at the time (out of sigh, out of mind). I had to check the water meter a few days after the work had been done, only to find they had laid sod over it! haha I immediately contacted Sue just to make her aware and she was prompt in her response and very apologetic and I appreciated her response. It was annoying but only a small issue. Sue/Pristine accepted the Angie's List coupon and I am very grateful for that. As a customer there's always a little doubt that the company may not honor the Angie's List coupons/coupons in general and so there's always a little relief as well as pleasure when they are accepted without any issue, delay or discussion. Sue was always punctual and the communication was excellent. Overall I'm very happy with the service Sue and Pristine Landscapes provided and it's a relief to have this excellent experience in South Florida where I'm increasingly finding it hard to find quality services. Pristine Landscaping did an EXCELLENT job. My backyard looks amazing! Their customer service was exceptional!! They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Their price was reasonable and they were reliable. Came when they said and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Sue Sommer was great from beginning to end. She came over to provide estimate, listened, made recommendations, and took her time to measure. Within a couple of days, she sent design drawing by email. She also sent photos of plants for the job. The day of the job, Sue and the crew were on time. She spent some time explaining the details of the job while the crew removed plants to be replaced. After removal was complete, she started placing the plants prior to digging to confirm placement. Crew required minimum supervision, repaired a couple of sprinkler lines that were damaged in the process, watered the plants and cleaned surroundings. End result looked better than the drawing. I highly recommend this company, especially if Sue is in charge.

Sue and Pristine are simply terrific! From the ease of scheduling appointments, the thorough and creative landscaping design (including computer renderings!), through to the installation. They were spot on with coordinating field adjustment during the installation and were fast and deliberate. Job was completed in 2 days! No mess or unfinished items at the end, they even provided assistance with sprinkler repairs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, turnkey landscaping experience.

Perfect- finished in 3 1/2 days-- lots of work

Roughly two years ago, we hired Sue and her team to install a new front yard. Their design was exactly what we wanted and their work exceptional. The plants, lawn and beds held up almost perfectly over time. As a result, we hired Pristine to completely renovate our backyard. The backyard is very large and was substantially overgrown. Pristine designed new beds and produced a concept that really transformed the yard into a welcoming space. The result is beautiful and precisely what we hoped for. Sue and her crew paid attention to every detail and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the product.

Pristine's prices were extremely competitive and the work was done on time and correctly. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process from quote to finish.

When we were ready to continue improving our property's landscaping, I didn't hesitate to call Sue Sommer to visit with me to develop ideas and a cost proposal for work that we could afford. Having had previous work done by Pristine Landscapes, I had confidence in her knowledge, her recommendations and her understanding of my budget. As before, the work was done as scheduled and with professional care. Her crew was non-stop hardworking and Sue was very accommodating to any unforeseen need for changes. We were very happy with the results. Her pricing for this job was detailed and transparent and quite fair and we've already discussed our next project with her.

Mark Sommers and his crew did a great job. We completely re-did our front and back yard landscaping and installed a new walkway. Mark did the design and his crew did the installation. Mark is a very hand-ons owner. He was there to supervise the entire process. He was prompt and met his deadlines. He was very flexible to work with. I highly recommend him.

I would use them again in the future. The estimate worked well, they provided a picture of what your yard is going to look like with the plants and the trees that they are going to do. It was really neat and I really liked that. Its hard when they this tree is going to go over here, and you don't even know what that tree looks like. So, instead of us having to go and look it up on the internet they provided a picture with everything so we could see how our home would look once it was done. Angie's List reviews made us go with this provider.
