Sue and the Pristine Landscapes team were awesome. Sue was extremely professional and helped me figure out what would be needed in my back yard to get some privacy. The work went very smoothly and final product is beautiful! I would recommend them anytime.

Based in n reviews on Angie’s list we got 3 estimates, which by the way were not all that different in price . We felt Sue from Pristine really listened to what we wanted and we felt more comfortable with her overall design concept. She always called to confirm appointments and showed up on time. Her crew worked hard and were very nice guys and Sue was right there with them making sure of every precise detail from tear out to the last finishing touches. We think it looks spectacular and have already been receiving many compliments. I highly recommend this company,

The crew did a beautiful job and Sue from Pristine was there every step of the way for my needs. The job was very efficient and they cleaned everything up after they finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend them for anyone who needs landscaping done.

Mark and team did an amazing job - completely redesigned front and backyard. Beautiful plants and trees, custom paths, path and spotlights - they do it all. We love our backyard oasis. Highly recommended.

I honestly can't say enough about Sue and her team. I recently bought a house that had more or less a jungle of a yard. They came in - ripped everything out so my contractor could repair and paint the fence. And then came back for some seriously beautiful replanting. As a first time homeowner I really didn't know what I exactly wanted. But Sue listened to my general direction and turned my yard into something amazing.

We planted just before a major frost, which killed many of the plants including the ones we loved such as the ground orchids. Susan guaranteed the installation and we ended up replacing quite a few plants over the summer. She honored her guarantee and we now love the garden. I think a company can be judged when things don't go well originally and whether they stand behind their work. I can say that Pristine did just that and we are very happy with the outcome.

While I am just now seeing all of these positive reviews I actually found Pristine not by reviews but seeing them work! I was visiting my dad in Parkland Golf & Country Club, the home across the street was having a huge job done. I saw Sue and her team out there all day going over every detail, this very large job was done quickly with a lot of care and left in perfect condition, so well that I took notice! I was set on using this dedicated company but was worried because our project and budget was not large. To my surprise Sue was happy to take us on, work within our budget, worked with us before install day to ensure we were all on the same page. Just wow!!! We are sooo happy with the results, Sue is just as talented and educated on landscaping as she is kind. I will use them for any landscaping needs we ever have. They have us as a lifetime customer! Trust me, you won’t find a landscaping company better than Pristine.

Pristine Landscape exceeded our expectations. They were pro-active in the designing of the landscape and lighting. They were curteous, professional, and guided us through the process every step of the way. It was very clear how important customer satisfaction is to them. We would absolutely use Mark and Sue again. We are so pleased with our landscape. From start to finish, this company puts value in a job well-done.

The yard at our new home was an eyesore and now it looks beautiful! Sue was extremely communicative, prompt and helped me choose the best plants and trees for our space and taste. We have received compliments from neighbors already and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new landscaping.

Sue was great. First, the proposal was financially clear and included a picture of our home with all the proposed ideas. I could see exactly what it would look like. Loved that. Next, communication was excellent. Work was started on time as promised and the workers stayed all day until the job was done. Sue was there frequently making sure all was well. The job turned out exactly like the picture, it’s beautiful. Sue always returns my calls promptly, answers questions and has stopped by to see how everything looks. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Sue was an absolute pleasure. Her and her team were on time and did a fantastic job. Our new landscaping looks amazing and the hand cut stone walls came out better than we could have hoped. Sue kept up informed with all the progress details and was incredibly responsive to our wants and questions. If you are looking for "professional" landscapers, you really need to call them.

Pristine Landscapes is absolutely fantastic. Sue is wonderful. She gave us advise on what plants would work best for privacy and would work well in certain areas of our yard. She was also very patient because we had some fencing repairs that had to be done prior to our landscaping. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again for any future landscaping.

Excellent service provided by very talented landscape designers, Sue and Mark, and a tireless crew who did an amazing job executing their plan. When I first met Sue, all I had to tell her was the design style I preferred and some of the plants that I wanted to have. What amazed me the most was that she understood exactly what I wanted and came up with a plan that was unique to our neighborhood (but very appropriate to our home style) and tailored to my specific design preferences. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. Our front yard looks incredible: elegant, lush, yet understated. Sue is a perfectionist and very caring. She went above and beyond what was expected, constantly checking the installers, directing them and even helping them line up all the plants and trees to their ideal positions. She was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and answered all my questions in a timely matter. I absolutely loved working with her, and I would not hesitate to hire her and Mark again.

Excellent! Sue was wonderful to work with. She provided ideas and asked for my input and was extremely responsive. The work was done professionally and timely. Sue even added sod to make the final product look great.

Sue was amazing from the beginning. She asked all the correct questions, listened, then told me what would and would not work. She asked my budget and stayed respectfully close and adjusted items accordingly. I didn’t make it easy on her, as my schedule and communication at the start was crazy and non existent, sorry Sue. I did call out two other companies, but the professionalism and knowledge did not even compare. I would definitely recommend and use Pristine Landscape in the future. Thank you Sue and your crew for beautifying my humble abode and keeping my HOA off my back.

Both Sue and Mark were responsive, professional and exceptional with follow up. We experienced issues with some of the plantings due to our beach environment and I felt they truly cared about the outcome and made multiple visits to our site to address my concerns. I recommend Pristine Landscapes for your landscaping project. I am a Master Gardener so am very particular and hard to please.

They did an excellent job, he is just so pleasant and he is nice to work with. trustful and reliable service.

Response was adequate. Ideas weren’t coordinated. Didn’t really complain but did question the plant used when I specifically asked not to have a leafy one. Was told by another nursery that the leaves would brown in the sun and they are. The company has never followed up after completion.

Sue turned my old mulch and outdated landscaping into a high-end looking front landscaping with tons of curb-appeal. Nice Job!

We located Pristine Landscaping on Angie’s List and we could not be more happy with our experience! We reached out to them and Sue from Pristine got back to us the same day. We arranged a meeting two days later at the site. Sue was running 10 minutes late and called me before to let me know, one never gets contacted here in Southern Florida when someone is running late. Sue asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to suggest viable options that would address our issues. She took photos and within 24 hours had an image of what she was proposing sent over to me via email. We discussed it over the phone because we were now out of the area and a proposal was submitted. After signing the contract, we were scheduled in and away things went. Upon completition, Sue has been back multiple times to ensure everything is ok. We couldn’t be more happy with everything about Pristine and the process. They are the most professional company we have ever worked with in Florida. They are prompt, respectful and the service was beyond our expectations. They went to bat for us when the was an irrigation issue with a company who, like most Florida contractors, promised a lot but did not get things done in time. We can’t recommend them enough. We plan on landscaping our front yard next and we will be contacting Pristine. Thank you Sue.

Mark was wonderful to work with. He gave us a computer generated "idea" of what our front yard and side yard would look like. That alone helped us to see his vision for our yard, after giving him our thoughts on what we were trying to achieve. Being new to Florida and not sure what would work...Mark was able to give us names/pictures of every plant/tree he suggested. His finished work and final touches were very much appreciated. We definitely will work with him again soon and would highly recommend his services!

We had a great experience working with Sue. She communicated with us thoughout the process and made excellent recommendations. She has a wonder eye and could visualize the end result. Her team arrived on time and did a wonderful job!
