I heard of Pink's high quality reputation and decided to enlist them when selling my home. I wanted to get it done fast, have an honest, eager company who made me feel like #1. They delivered. I worked with the owner, Shant, who was punctual, honest, and delivered to me solid buyers who wound up closing on time and as expected. I liked that he treated me as more than just a number, too. We spoke candidly about the best market price for my home, he remembered details about my place and my family, and gave me proper notice when bringing by potential buyers. I still live locally and will 100 percent use them again, and recommend to others.

Michel was very courteous and a charm to deal with. He took his time to provide them with the best choices available. He didn't pressure them and let them choose what they really desired. They were from France and took the time to introduce them to the bank, the CPA and attorney so that they would know how to do business in the US. All these introductions took the whole day! he could have as easily took the easy path to give them name and addresses of these professional and thought it would be better for the clients to introduce them directly and made sure that the professionals understood their particular circumstances and concerns. Once the location was chosen and the introductions made, he made the contract process very simple for them and made sure the property purchase was closed even when they were back in France. Michel has delicious sense of humor. Not only are they making money, they had a great time spending days with him while they were in town and made them comfortable not just in their purchase of the real estate investment but also in gaining an understanding of how to do business in a foreign country.

First of all Karen might just be the greatest human being to walk this earth!!! She went above and beyond to meet our needs in an ever changing marketplace. When one opportunity fell through she was always motivated and ready to keep us engaged in finding a new house. Secondly, I know we drove her crazy with our very specific requests for what we wanted. Karen found us the perfect home and even checked in on us after we closed. I would recommend Karen to ANY body. I only wish we were in a position to buy more homes because I would Karen every single time!

Our experience with Pink Palm Properties was a great one. They are all very pleasant to speak and do business with. As with anything there were bumps in the road but it all work out just fine. Karen went above and beyond especially when it came to communication. There were e-mails and phone calls on a constant basis which kept us informed of all the details. Thats the kind a business relationship I wanted and received. To make thinks even better Pink Palm Properties paid the $300 inspection fee because we were Angie's List members.

I am extremely satisfied with the competence and professionalism of all the staff at Pink Palm Properties. We have purchased 3 homes in South Florida so far and we could not have asked for a better realtor to have working with us. Since I live in Canada, I needed a real estate agent who I could trust 100% and extremely qualified, intelligent and hard-working. They are always on top of everything and when I need to reach them, they are always available by phone or email. They have been a sincere delight to work with and I look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future.

Although we have not found a home yet, Michel and the professionals at Pink Palm have been outstanding. The level of attention to detail is something I have not experienced in this line of work. I found Pink Palm Properties here on Angie's List and was happy with my selection from the start. I interviewed multiple real estate agents as well as property management companies, but Pink Palm fit the bill the best. Shant and his team were fantastic. Rochelle has been extremely helpful from the beginning and continues to be so as I utilize their property management services and she is my main point of contact. In fact, the entire team at Pink Palm Properties is fantastic. They respond to my emails in the most efficient manner, always speak to me politely and are happy to answer any questions/concerns I may have. The fact that I can get a hold of someone whenever necessary is an added bonus to me as I don't live in Florida and find myself utilizing their services at odd hours.

I got the call a few days after Christmas that I had to relocate with my current job to Boca Raton, Florida and I was currently living on the West cost, I had to report to my new position in less than two months I didn't know what to do. I have only visited Florida a few times but had no idea of where I wanted to live. My office was located close to the town of Boca Raton, so I asked around and looked online to see who I could use to help me find a house I could rent and eventually possibily buy in the future. I looked on Angie List and Google to see about using a property management company close to Boca Raton and the comments from the internet were all about an amazing propery management compnay called Pink Palm Properties in Boca Raton. I called and spoke with Rochelle LeCavalier she told me that she would love to be of service to me and helping me find the perfect place that would suit all of my needs. Rochelle sent me e-mails of the properties and kept in constant contact she made me feel like I was in the loop of everything, she made me feel like I was important. She answered all of my questions in a timely manor which was appriciated becuase I am very busy and do not have time to burn especially with my move needing to be quick. I expressed to Rochelle that I could not go over my set budget and she respected that, she never make me feel like I had to compromise on my needs. Rochelle did find my the perfect house in the Carriage Trade neighborhood it was spacious, clean and had all of the amenties I was looking for, it was perfect for me. I would definely recomend Pink Palm Properties to anyone, Rochelle made my quick relocation experience a good one, she was professional and caring. The entire Pink Properties Team was amazing!

The how process of looking for a property was painless and easy. We highly recommend them to other people we know who are looking to sell, rent or buy real estate in South Florida.

It went on for almost a year, but we finalized a lot of things around June. In a general sense, I found myself in a home where I could no longer really afford to be there and needed. I moved in to another home and attempted to sell the former house and interviewed numerous high end and medium end realtors, all of whom were saying they have an expert in short sells. And it was after a good while my first interview with Shant, who is the owner I guess of Pink Palm Properties, happened. Upon walking in to my house, you could tell this guy knew his stuff; he was very professional and well networked, not just with the Florida banks, I mean you just get a list of all the banks that he deals with and you could tell that it wasn't just a bunch of names. Along with that came a network of an attorney that he deals with. So, with that claimant of banking and credit ratings and all of that stuff that we hate to mess with, he really just made us very comfortable and let us know that he is in control along with a team of attorneys. I would say that with a discussion overnight, we signed with them and they truly handled the whole thing. The house was already rented by the time we got him. So the poor guy had to deal with some of the most difficult tenants that you could ever imagine, and he did. He was professional, he called and set up the appointment, went to see them under difficult circumstances, brought in clients; he just mitigated the whole awkwardness in a very professional way. At one point, he even had the tenant calling me to coordinate. He just made friends with the tenants! So, long story short, it was a really good, four cornered relationship with the Pink realty, me, the client, and the future buyer, the bank, (actually, five levels), as well as the attorneys. And he covered everything. And within a short amount of time, there was a good deal of paperwork involved in all of these, and you are dealing banks, you are negotiating. They did all of it and we were never bothered. He just called us and informed us about where we were, what was going on, and how much longer we had. And he was absolutely right on target every single time. And we closed and it was over. And he was paid by the bank, so money was never really exchanged out of our hands except for the requirements of an attorney, which was a basic retainer. When it was all said and done, whatever was left of the retainer, we received a check back after the closing. Here's the great part; we went ahead, we were in the investment business and we had our homes, and we listed some of the other houses that was in the same jam. And gain, he proved it twice. And same thing; negotiated the whole thing, networked and just advertised, and the guy is just so professional and did it again and we closed on that house too and truly just relieved the burden. And I've heard of other friends, other neighbors, who were in the same situation and it's a nightmare for them; everybody is an expert in short sells and it's not the case. He has a masters degree, I think he speaks five different languages, he is networked in Canada; he definitely speaks the lingo.

Im so thankful that my neighbor recommend Pink Palm Properties they were the light at the end of my tunnel. Finally I found a Real Estate agent that didn't care about making commission but actually cared that I got top dollar for my home. I went through several different agents. The other agents would not call me back or even answer their phones guessing it was inconvenient for them. Every time I called Pink Palm Properties someone was there to answer and even if Shant was unavailable someone was always there to answer any questions that I had. I never had to call for an update on my property because Shant always called me. Rochelle is so sweet and genuinely kind always being so helpful. It's nice to know that there are real estate agents out there who are so professional, kind and most important honest. I can definitely say that I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Shant came out to our condo and discussed what we could realistically get form the sale. His office always called before the appointments were set. He put a lock box on the door and we left town on a two week vacation. During that time he constantly showed the apartment and found several interested parties. We were pleasantly surprised when he found a buyer and we were presented with a contract on the day of our return to Florida. Everything after that went smoothly. He took care of all of the paperwork, inspections, and walkthrough. We left the closing happy. I highly recommend Pink Palm Properties.

We met Shant at one of his educational seminars about investing in Florida and had actually already been researching the project for several months before and talking to many realtors. Immediately, we knew he was the "real deal" when he started talking. He was not trying to sell us something, just giving clean information. He has an MBA which meant something to us- we wanted to work with a business person, not just some helper. Once we started to look for property, his whole team was also at a very high caliber. The office staff was incredible- you can't really call them assistants, but they assisted at every step of the way and made the process simple. They even showed us a property management plan that has our property handled. We have to do nothing, just get passive income. This year we are going to buy another property to rent and one for a second home. Of course, we will be working with Pink Realty again.
