Working with Rochelle was a delightful and rewarding experience from beginning to end. She gave us sensible advice about preparing the house to sell and kept us informed about comparable property values during the months before we listed the property. Once we listed, she created very appealing publicity about the property, which resulted in 15 showing appointments almost immediately. This is my second time working with Pink Palm Properties and hence, my second review. I was a bit more detailed the first time, but suffice it to say that I wouldn't have turned to them immediately if my first experience had not been so positive. This transaction was more involved and I needed more assistance and definitely received it. The easiest and most concise way to describe this last experience is to simply say that there was no part of the entire process that could have been handled any better on their part. Rochelle LeCavalier is a realtor I have gone to since 2004 for advice about the market, investment analysis, and buying/selling property for me. She has closed a few deals per year for me each year and would not even think about working with another agent. The entire team at Pink Palm Properties has proven over the years to be nothing short of stellar in terms professionalism and attention to detail. In the rare instance that they did not know the answer, Rochelle and her team has put me in touch with others just as professional as they are (attorneys, general contractors, a pool company, and even a pressure washing company). They are vey well connected in their community and known as people who operate with integrity and professionalism. The biggest compliment and most important thing I can say about this specific deal is that Rochelle and her team somehow ALWAYS gets me a higher price for my property than I thought possible. The time and attention that the team of photographers, stagers, graphics people, etc., etc. spent to sell this house are definitely key to me getting more money for the house. Secondly, I would say that with so much sloppiness and unprofessionalism in this business (real estate), it is even more important to choose your professionals wisely. In Florida (unfortunately) chances are that the person of the other side of the deal doesn't know what they are doing, so your agent better be stellar to close the deal with no issues (legal, deal falling apart, last minute demands, etc.). A contract well negotiated and executed from the start ensures a smooth closing. I wish Rochelle and her team much success - it is a given that they are #1 in Boca Raton//Highland Beach and will be for decades to come.

They had a photographer out to my house really quickly and did a good job with the presentation. My house sold quickly. I am still searching for new place. The market is very tight in downtown Delray, so that finding the right place may take a while. I have dealt with both Shant and Rochelle and they are both very professional. The office is very well organized which is important for me. Rochelle has really educated me about the closing process on both the selling and buying end. I made an offer on a short sale and Rochelle walked me though the process. In the end, I decided not to go through with the short sale purchase. I would definitely recommend Pink Palm to others.

In Mid April my husband and I closed on a retirement home we bought in Boca Raton. Since retirement was a few years away and we live in Virginia, we decided to rent our Florida home and needed a Management company to handle it all. She helped us come up with a fair rental price, and marketed our property so promptly and effectively that within five days we had four families interested in our home and four days later we had a signed contract. Rochelle also assisted us with certain home repairs that needed to be done prior to the tenants moving in. The tenants moved in June 1 and everything went very smoothly. I want to offer this recommendation even though my sister and I didn?t select them to sell the house we inherited from our parents. It was my sister?s call; she lives in the house in south Florida, and it was a difficult decision. Eventually, she decided she would be more comfortable with an elderly woman who specializes exclusively in selling houses in the gated community in which our parents lived. Shant and Rochelle are extremely professional, with an skillful eye for detail in preparing a property. They have compelling marketing materials. They use an excellent photographer to create a realistic, and appealing presentation. They are prompt, patient, and draw on a deep well of knowledge about the entire region. When we told them we had selected someone else, they accepted the news graciously and immediately offered to provide any help along the way, if we felt we needed a second opinion. These are top pros who know how to service their customers and sell houses. I highly recommend them.

We live in New Mexico, rarely visit Florida, and needed to sell a poorly-maintained, fixer-upper house in Boca Raton. With previous broker, my unit was on the market for 7 months with very little movement. i wanted inout, i wanted guidance, i gave my input but there was always a level of disconnect. I dont know real estate which is why i hire a professional, to give it to me straight, to have the insight, in my best interest. After meeting with a few real estate agents I decided to use Pink Palm for the purchase of our condo Shant's approach was very professional and he took into account our situation. We lived out of the country and wanted someone we could trust and rely on. We visited a few properties but none of them worked out for us at the time. After returning home he continued to suggest properties. We ended up buying a condo that we had only seen in photos and I did not regret our decision. They also assisted us in renting out our condo and in renewing the lease I would use Pink Palm again for future purchases.

Pink Palm assisted me in acquiring this house about five years ago. They managed it the entire time and I earned a great return. I found them on Angies List on 8/16/13, and emailed them. They answered the email promptly and Shant met me the following day. After our discussion, I decided to use them. They explained the process of renting my house and answered all my questions.The house was rented fairly quickly and I signed the lease on 10/11/13. Throughout the process of potential tenants viewing the property, Rochelle and her staff kept me informed via voice mail and texts, and were readily available to answer all my question. I have not began the property management phase of the relationship with Pink Palm, but so far I am extremely pleased with the service that they have provided, and expect the same service in the future. To date, I would highly recommend them for anyone who is trying to rent or sell their property.

It went great! We are extremely happy with their service and their professionalism. After the first showing, there was an interested party. They continued to show it anyways, to make sure we had a good tenant and all the credit checks came back o.k. They kept us involved every step of the way and asked us many questions to make sure we were in agreement with everything. As of October 1st we had a lease for a year with the first tenants that loved the house. The cost of the service was the first month's rent and 10% of each months rent for their property management. They also take a $500 pet deposit from any tenants with animals, which is nonrefundable. The $500.00 will stay in your account for any minor repairs that may come up a long the way. They also provide a service to pay your mortgage or bills right out of the rent, if you want them to. Also they provide bookkeeping services to help you keep track of it for tax purposes. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone that has thought about renting their homes, but were afraid too. My husband and I were very skeptical because of the stories you hear about renters. We feel we can rest easy, knowing we have the right management company to take care of our home.

It is hard to think it could have gone any better. Rochelle, one of the founding partners, is a living doll and Very smart and savvy too! Knows and understands the market.
