My husband and I moved to Florida in 2015. The house that we purchased had a mold issue and J&R Restoration was recommended to us for mold remediation. Not only was the mold issue resolved, but other renovations that we wanted for our house were done by J&R. Joe & Roy have an vast network of connections with electricians, plumbers, roofers, AC companies and Hurricane Window suppliers. Each and every company that came to my house was courteous and polite and most of all, cleaned up after their particular job was completed. We have lived in Florida for 3 years now, and whenever we have an issue regarding our house we can count on Joe & Roy and their quick response.

J&R Restoration went over and above the norm to complete the job. Their workers are well trained and qualified, and have a clear understanding of their responsibilities. They are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, pleasant and trustworthy. I am extremely pleased with my new kitchen and two bathrooms. I would recommend J&R Restoration to anyone who needs restoration of their property, be it after a storm or just to upgrade.

An extensive renovation was then necessary. This is our vacation condo, so we were not there when it happened. Joe, Roy and their crew dealt with our insurance company's adjuster in our absence and also completed the renovation before we went back to the condo. Beautiful, professional work. We were so thrilled with the outcome, that we contracted them again to do our guest bathroom renovation. - Gina P

Excellent all done i. Timely fashion and mildew free certfication sent

J & R was very professional and knowledgeable. Leaks in windows were identified and repaired. Drywall and baseboards were removed for mold remediation. Mold remediation protocol was followed. Repairs were performed. Smooth process. They followed the job on just about a daily basis keeping in touch with me. They are receptive to calls or concerns. Their employees who do the work are top quality and very hard working men. I would use them again without hesitation.

Overall, I was totally satisfied with the work performed & all my questions were answered requests also.

I am very pleased overall, very good quality work, fair prices, reliability, just to mention few things that impressed me about them. Joseph and Ray (and their team) were always on time and on schedule, lots of time doing more than was expected from them. Considering that I did not know a lot about this kind of construction/renovation work (this was my first time!), in the end I felt that I can trust them and their advice. No doubt that they will be my first choice when I will need any work done around the house!

We had a big issue in our house. Our walls were so wet from a roof leak that the dry wall was crumbling. We had no idea where the water was coming in from. We called J & R based on a referrals from our neighbors. They came down and knew exactly what to do. They recommend a roofer who promptly did the job and charged us a very fair price. J & R then dried the walls and even did additional work without charging us because they wanted to make sure the job was done right! Also, there workers who came to do additional services in our home (painting, etc) were very clean and well manners. I highly recommend J & R!

I own a small property management firm in palm beach county and have been through several prior restoration companies. I have now used J and R Restoration 3 times with nothing but a great experience. The other companies that i have used prior have all one way or another have screwed my owners or their insurance companies. This company J And R Restoration have serviced several of my properties under my management and not once have tried to screw my customers or their insurance companies for every dollar they can get. One of my major properties is a 3 story multi million dollar condo building, and on a Sunday morning about 3am i was called in for a possible water leak from one of the owners after determining the water began on the third floor and worked its way down to the 1st floor i realized i needed to call in the professionals and they responded within 45 mins of my call. They were in and out in under 4 days with minimal damage and all the owners couldnt believe that their units were put back as if nothing had ever happened. I definitely would recommened them. Be cautious of other companies as i have had bad experiences with the big firm.

Call J & R Restoration back in January for some mold testing in my home due to an odor. They came to my house very promptly. Explained to me the process and what needed to be done if the test came back with mold. They were very kind and honest and respectful. Im very happy I called them!! I got the results back in about a day and they started the mold remediation a few days after when I was ready. Im very happy with the work they did and the odor is now gone in my house and I have peace of mind that I am living in a mold free home! I highly recommend this guys to everyone!
