I can't say enough positive feedback regarding J & R Restoration. So easy to deal with, always showed up on time and very compassionate,. Each member of the team who came to my home was extremely professional and very helpful.

A mold problem caused me to call several companies. From the start I was impressed by Joe and Roy's consummate professionalism and especially their mutual respect. Seeing how Roy allowed his son, Joe, to size up the job and outline their plan told me a lot about J & R Restoration. It told me a lot about character which told me a lot about their company. The crew they sent to remediate the mold was top notch. I knew I could trust their recommendation for a roofing company. I liked that they needed clearance from a mold inspector before they rebuilt the walls and that they came to inspect the job before asking me to pay. The entire job met and exceeded our expectations. As I said, thoroughly professional.

We had an issue with a pipe that was leaking and we've used J and R in the past and was quite satisfied. They came out right away gave us a very fair estimate and completed the work in a timely manner The company and the people that they use are very professional and that's a rare especially in South Florida once you find the company that you know and trust you stick with them I will use them without hesitation and have recommended them to anyone that needed any kind of restoration work

J&R Restoration was a great company that I chose and I’m glad I did they were very professional. I was hit hard with hurricane Irma and they came and fixed the mold situation in another room that got destroyed with the hurricane I would recommend them to anybody who needs a professional, and a good company to work with all they wanted to do is please the customer. A small leak inside a garage wall had become a significant black mold issue before it was discovered. J&R was our chosen contraction and did an outstanding job of following the state and county mold remediation regulations and getting the project done quickly. From Joseph to his people, all of whom worked to get this done in less than a week, my thanks. They were the most professional and competent individuals I've seen across all disciplines needed to get both remediation and reconstruction perfectly executed; even under the time pressure I imposed because my family was coming down to visit.

We reached out to J&R during a bathroom demo when we found water damage, and could not be happier with the result. Joseph and his team of technicians worked closely with our GC and roofer to repair a complex project. The team is communicative, and does exactly what they sign up to do. I contacted Joseph at J & R Restoration after I had a leak in a wall. He came out immediately and started interfacing with the insurance company. His team took over the tearout and the repair, they did an excellent job. They were polite and professional throughout the project. I was so pleased that I had them do the remodeling on two bathrooms. They also did that job with care and efficiency. Joseph and his Father Roy take responsibility once they start the job and see to every detail.

The J & R Mold Remediation team were a pleasure to work with. From the beginning they gave a detailed estimate of the work to be done and were in constant communication throughout the entire process. Joe and Roy are truly knights in shining armor. When my apartment experienced a major water leak in the middle of the night, by dumb luck I picked them out on the Internet and left a panicked message. Joe returned the call at dawn and they were here by midday to start the remediation/restoration process. Three days later the place is completely dried out and I don't have to worry about mold. They are extremely courteous, professional, hardworking and I especially appreciated their sophistication in being able to sort out the immediate homeowners insurance issues. I had read a review which mentioned their help with Universal Property, which is also my carrier. I am confident that they have the respect of Universal and that their excellent reputation is known, so highly recommend you call them if you have a potential Universal claim.

It went very well. I am very pleased with the results, They were able to secure for me double the amount of money from my insurance co. Very hands on, and saw things through from beginning to end. Very pleasant to deal with , always returned calls and even came back when job was done. I loved these guys!

Joseph and team were an absolute pleasure to work with - from the initial meeting to completion of a very large project. He and his crew were professional, timely and extremely accommodating (even during a hurricane scare!) and delivered on each and every promise. I was able to text him whenever I had a question and he would immediately respond, no matter if it was an evening or over the weekend. J & R did a fantastic job. We live in Colorado and relied on Joe to complete all aspects of the clean up and remodeling of the bathrooms and kitchen.
