They were very good and responsive, they came on time, and they were neat. I am still waiting for the itemized bill that I asked for, but there were no problems. I think the price was high but they were the only company that I could find that would do everything. I didn’t want to have to hire a stucco man, a painter, etc.

Do not care to get an estimate from this company.

It was wonderful to have my initial inquiry call answered promptly by George, the owner himself.! He referred me to one of his employees, Vince, to take care of my various jobs.and said Vince would call me when he finished the job he was on. He said I could call Vince if I did not hear from him. Vince did call and we arranged a date for him to come to my house. Vince arrived promptly on our agreed-upon date, gave me an estimate and proceeded to complete the jobs. Vince did an excellent job, he was very pleasant, neat, competent and thorough! I will definitely call him again and am pleased that he is also a plumber.

They were wonderful and they did a great job. He helped me with colors because I had no idea and he did a good job. The price was worth it. They were very responsive and they came out when they said they would. Both of them were very professional.

George and Greg and team did a great job, by far the best contractors I've ever dealt with. Work was done on a second home and I was not around to supervise work. Just gave George the key and did not worry about a thing. Whenever I called (any time of day) George would pick up on first ring. They went above and beyond dealing with permits. The price quoted was the price paid, they did a few extras at no costs and everything looks great. Give these guys a call and get great work, fair price and most of all honesty and integrity.

I can only anticipate that George and his crew will accomodate my schedule and will do the work the way I want it done. I am very fussy about everything, but I expect that this will not be an issue with George.

Start to finish GGL was very very easy to work with! Prompt, courtious & professional. Called when promised, showed up on time & very friendly. Would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Their estimate was a bit high. They were professional. I may use their services again.

They gave us a firm price of $110. They were excellent and on-time. The price was a little high, but we appreciated that there were no surprises. They did a good job.

The overall experience was extremely positive. George is a professional. He is prompt and responsive. He went beyond what we asked of him. His design associate, Gail Coletta, is very knowledgeable. She understood the intricacies of designing a remodel for our small kitchen. She developed a very efficient design that would meet our needs. Both George and Gail took our quote request very seriously. They took us to see an example of their work on a similar sized kitchen. The kitchen they showed us was beyond reproach. It had been immaculately installed, and maximized the function of a very small kitchen (like ours). Unfortunately, we are not able to move forward with our kitchen remodel at this time, so we cannot give a review of our own job. However, we can say that George will listen to your needs, promptly respond to questions, and deal with you in a friendly and professional manner.

Tearing down the old tile, they cleaned it out and poured a new bed for the shower. At the same time they repaired the water damaged outer wall and perfectly matched the existing paint color. The gutter, damaged since Hurricane Wilma, was replaced and painted. The big task was re-tiling the bathroom. The crew foreman, Greg, had recommended a natural stone color and carefully measured the various space dimensions, which, us being home repair novices, was invaluable when we went to Home Depot to purchase the tiling. When time came to put the shower tiles in, the workman asked us if we wanted it in a diagonal pattern to contrast with the standard horizontal/vertical wall tile, which he didn't have to do--we appreciated being asked what our choice was. Our porch screens, shredded since Wilma three days after we had moved in Oct. '05, was replaced and for the first time in years we had a completely enclosed porch. Today, three two weeks from the start of the job, GGL finished the tiling, sealed it against moisture and installed the shower fixtures and new toilet. Frankly, the bathroom is beautiful and the nicest room in the house. We plan to use GGL for our next big repair job.

They were very nice - at first -- but they simply did not know what they were doing. Once they were paid they really didn't care .

Went very well after the government bureacracy was satisfied. Broward County, City of Deerfield Beach, Deer Creek Homeowner's Association. GGL was very helpful overcoming these obstacles, permits, etc.

From the beginning George responded quickly to my request to meet for a quote, did not require a payment to have a quote like several other companies I contacted, and was very professional and personable. He worked with the condo commandos so I never had to get involved which was invaluable. The project turned out great. The only downside is he said it would take 2 to 4 weeks and it ended up taking 8 weeks. And he was supposed to provide pictures of the repair work that I can submit to the insurance company which I am still waiting on. But other than that I was very happy with the way he managed the project and I would definitely use him again.

In addition to working with George and Greg at GGL, I had the pleasure of working with their interior design consultant, Gail . Gail was excellent at assisting me in choosing bedding, furniture, paint colors, carpet colors and designs, drapery patterns, lighting, crown moulding, ceiling fans, and accessories. Gail has a real designer's "eye" for color, pattern, scale and arrangement. Gail and I shopped for bedding, since she explained that this is where we should start when re-doing a master bedroom. Once I had selected the bedding I liked, Gail helped me coordinate paint colors. Greg Labbad and his crew were provided with a very detailed list by Gail of color numbers, finish, and amounts of paint. Gail and I shopped for furniture as well, and Gail made the process really fun! I told her what I liked and she knew exactly where to find it, whether it was on-line or an actual store. Gail doesn't try to influence clients to pick what she likes; she just takes their input and makes selections based on what I as the client like. That way my home reflects my taste and personality. Gail and I communicated by email while I was working to make the process easier for me; I didn't have to take time off work to shop. Gail made herself available on evenings and weekends for me as well. When we got to the accessories, Gail was able to shine even more. She and I looked at various colors, patterns and scales of lamps, pillows, mirrors, artwork, etc, and she put it all together once I picked what I liked best. Gail was there for me through the entire process; from bedding and paint selection to furniture and rug placement. She even made sure the workers hid all the speaker wires under the carpet! Now that is attention to detail. You can tell that Gail loves her work and is energized by it. Like they say: "Do what you love, and you'll never "work" a day in your life"!

I used them and they were both excellent. I used the services of the plumber about a month ago and the roofer was about three weeks ago. It was about $700 to have my roof repaired and the plumbing cost me only about $40 or $50. I don?t believe they could have improved on anything. They were both excellent. In fact, when the roofer came out the first time, he didn?t totally fix the problem. So, he came back again as soon as I called him and fixed it for free. He was great. I would absolutely use their services in the future too. I didn't have any complaints at all.

The start to finish for this amazing transformation was done with the conceptual design by GGL Constructions designer "GAIL". Gail offered complete design of kitchen layout and bathrooms, as well as color coordinating the entire apartment down to the most minute detail - i.e. from drapery poles and finials to toilet paper holders. Gail made my selection of furniture and accessories painless and an experience into the world of "drama" - don't be afraid to pick colors out of your comfort zone - you will be amazed at the results. I was. No detail was overlooked. Both Gail and the rest of the crew at GGL Construction were there through out and made my dream home away from home (I also live in NY) a pleasurable retreat.

Nobody can say that home remodeling while you stay on premises is a pleasure - I do not think any owner/tenant enjoys this painful and uncomfortable process. However, GGL crew inflicted the least amount of pain and suffering I experienced with my some 7-8 projects in the last twenty years on both sides of the Atlantic. And the result is completely satisfactory! To start with pricing George gave me the best quote out of FIVE bidders. He was very responsive in every way to my questions about what's "in" and what's "out" and presented me with options in accordance with what I wanted to spend. They started to work EXACTLY on the day they promised they would, and the most amazingly: they FINISHED exactly on the day they promised they would (never ever that happened to me before!!!) while not cutting corners and doing even more work (some unexpected things popped up) that was planned. For the duration of the project (30 days) they were very helpful with delivery of all heavy stuff (tiles, bathroom pieces) which I bought myself and with quick runs for some urgently needed bits and pieces. Every aspect of work was done with highest quality and was checked and re-checked by George himself and his son Greg, who was managing the project every step of the way. The final pleasant surprise happened in the last day when I released the crew after they finished the last steps of the work to my total satisfaction, but later in the day George came over for a final look and RETURNED the workers to do some minor things which HE was not happy about. Great thanks to George, Greg and their hard working LEGAL in the US professionals!!!

No work has been decided upon yet because I am waiting to close on the house.

Everything was fine but all their prices were 50-60 percent higher than the people we chose to do the work. They came when they said they were going to come. It is just that they were too expensive for us.

we got an estimate from this company and chose to do some of the work on our own so we never used them. the gentleman who came out for the estimate was very professional and knows his profession very well. he seems extremely qualified and if we would have not done the work on our own, we would have definitely hired them.

A planter wall on the front of the house cracked due to the roots of a palm tree. I decided to have it removed and GGL construction did the job. The stone wall was dismantled and removed as well as the trunk of the palm tree. Then the front of the house was re-stuccoed. The two men worked three days and were very punctual and cooperative.

They promised to call me to set up an appointment but they never did.

I did not go with their bid. They are the most professional group that I have ever met. Their work so far has been superior. However, it was more expensive than I could afford. Their bid was incredibly clear. It outlined exactly what they would be responsible for buying and what I would be responsible for buying. When you get into a remodel like this is South Florida any change like this, a 40-year-old condo is not worth much and what was going to happen was it was probably going to cross close to what I paid for this place to get this changes made. I felt it was appropriate. I do think their bid was fair. The owner of the company who came to see me listened to everything I wanted to get it done and I really liked this. He was extremely courteous. He was very well dressed and very well spoken. I liked the fact that within about 24 hours, I had an e-mailed bid sent to me. It was beautifully written and outlined exactly everything the way it should be. I would say it was a model for all the contractors. With me, it simply became an issue of how much money was I going to put in an older condo. I would definitely use their service in the future too.

They were extremely conscientious. They were very, very nice people and they tried very hard to please. I was very pleased with them and I will definitely use them again. The pricing was fair and they did more than they should have for the price. They were extremely friendly and extremely professional. They were very punctual. I was surprised at how intent they were at pleasing; it was like if I didn't like it they would do it again.
