A great family company with expertise, excellent communication, on time and overall top job performance. We started out with a few projects with GGL and expanded with them quickly after seeing them go above and beyond what we expected. Very satisfied we found these guys after reading many 5-star reviews and are now writing one of our own. A+ all around and we'll be recommending to friends and family.

We just completed a large project and couldn't be happier. GGL built a 550 SF addition to our house consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Alterations were also required to an existing bedroom, closet, and hallway to accommodate the addition. Gavin, Greg, and Gillian were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Gavin, being the main project manager was always available, listened to our requests, and was overall very easy to work with. The work moved at a nice pace and the final product is beautiful and of high quality. During a large project like this, there were inevitability a handful of hiccups but the most important thing is GGL addressed them all very honestly and fairly. All of their subs performed high quality work, with a big shout out to their tile guy who really made our bathroom beautiful and the electrician who went above and beyond to make sure everything was precise. Overall we are very happy we went with GGL and will use them again for future projects.

My wife Christina and I were more than happy with the service and final product that we received after hiring GGL to do a total knock down renovation of our kitchen. Greg and Gavin were top notch professionals and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The constant communication and updates we received from GGL made us feel complete confidence that they had our project under control and in good hands. Our kitchen turned out AMAZING and lots of work and craftsmanship went into making this a successful project. The family at GGL are honest and forth right and made sure we felt comfortable with the entire process. We have already recommended GGL to friends and neighbors alike. GGl was The worst contractor i have ever used. They where not respectful of my property and did not supervise their sub contractors or workers. We had Item missing damage to appliance and furniture. and worst yet they acted like we should pay for their mistakes. From day one they said they would cover our items remaining in the condo but that never happened they said it would take 8 to 12 weeks 8 months later they cashed my final check and left the material. but did not finish. They do not like to be questioned and in fact Their project manager Swore at me. Did i get upset with them yes but only because their lack of professionalism and communications. There was absolutely no pride in workmenship!!!

We enthusiastically recommend GGL and Sons Construction for your home renovation needs. We’ve been in our house for a year, and everything is still running smoothly. When the father-and-sons owners got their hands on our 50s-era house with several additions and seven rooflines, they cheerfully faced the challenge and transformed it into a beautiful, open concept home with great curb appeal and a lovely, functional interior. Greg, Gavin, and George Labbad are conscientious hard workers who know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. During the process, they kept the ball rolling, bringing in a steady stream of skilled subcontractors. They kept us “in the loop” throughout the renovation. They didn’t quit until the job was complete down to the smallest details. At all times they were polite and respectful and a pleasure to be around. We could not have asked for more.

IT went VERY WELLl, as always. We have used this company since finding them on Angies List years ago, and not only do they do work with high standards of quality. and professionalism, but they are so dedicated and personable that they are friends of the family! The estimates they give are realistic, for quality work. Their subcontractors are great, and the one that cause problems was dropped. GGL is a family business who takes great pride in their work, and it shows.

It is was a great experience dealing with GGL & Sons Construction Inc. all questions are answered immediately and the workmanship is excellent. It was so nice dealing with George, Gavin, Gregg,and Mike. It was so good to find a company who takes pride in all their work. My entire exterior of my house was pressure cleaned,a sealer was then put on the stucco,with 2 coats of paint. I originally had a green front door they recommended to change the front door to white since all the trim is white, so glad I did everything looks so pretty. The back patio was rescreened and new tapcons were put in where old had rusted out since the correct ones had not been put in. They came up with even better suggestions,for instance putting in a second screen door on the other side of the patio, instead of walking around the entire screened enclosure which then brought easy access to the hose on that side of the patio, I can't tell you how many times I have used the new door and its only been a week since the work was completed. I also had to have a load bearing pole replaced due to it rusting out over the years, new pole was installed, welded and placed in concrete the work areas were cleaned and swept every day. They diverted the down spot to go towards the canal instead of water running towards my house. All of the work was completed ahead of schedule. Thank you so much for a wonderful job!

Absolutely great! Timely, professionally, at very reasonable price. After the first call George came out for an estimate on the very next day. E-mailed me the invoice at the end of that day, and after I accepted scheduled the work for just a few days later. His sons came exactly on time promised, finished the work within very reasonable time given the volume of needed effort, and have done it in compliance with PBC building code. They even fixed the small problem which occurred during the course of the work not at their fault. All in all - real good people to have at you service.

Working with GGL was great from start to finish. They where extremely responsive, took the time fully understand the work needed, their attention to detail was excellent. They went out of their way to suggest changes to my initial design that improved the overall outcome of the project. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Our renovation was large and we lived in our home during the construction. GGL and sons did an amazing job keeping their time lines and keeping us comfortable during the process. The finish work is top-notch and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I'd recommend GGL to anyone in the market for a general contractor.

From the beginning I was very comfortable with this company. The owner walked around with me and discussed different repair options, even suggested repairs I could do myself to lower the costs. They even hung my new exterior lights and house numbers (which they very smartly suggested I do) at no extra charge. The patio roof leak was a difficult,repair, but they came back until it was perfect. Very reputable. Delivered on time and on budget and their work is very high quality. I will definitely use them again.

Showed up on time and did excellent work. I got much more than I paid for. We couldn't be more happy with the process and result.

GGL was fantastic. They were quick to respond to our inquiry and made a prompt appointment to provide an estimate. The job was delivered in a timely manner and there was no increase on the agreed upon price. They paid attention even to the smallest details. My family and I are very glad we came across the Labbad family. For our next project, we will definitely consult with GGL & Sons and recommend them to our family and friends.

Don't know. They never contacted me. Waited a month for a call back to set up an appointment but nothing. If this is how they are before even speaking, I would never hire them for fear the work won't get done.

These people are fantastic. They're a pleasure to deal with. Very smart & very professional. When I explained what I wanted, George walked around the house & told me what he thought. His ideas were much better. In 2011 we had our daughter's bedroom re-done. We shopped around & settled on GGL. We were so happy & impressed that when it came time to do the exterior (2015) we didn't shop around, we just called GGL. The price was very reasonable considering everything they did & the little extras. The quality of the work, the time it took, & their professionalism goes far beyond excellent & I can't say enough about their integrity. They were like a part of the family while they were here. You can bet I'll be calling them again!

They are a family business but will hire sub-contractors when needed, so are able to handle any job large or small. They responded promptly to my call, were always here when promised, cleaned up every day as they finished for the day, knew I had a deadline because of company arriving and somehow managed to get the work done in time. Gave great attention to detail and made sure to listen to my input at all times. I can not say enough good things about these folks and would recommend them highly I am a Realtor and will be referring them to clients and friends.

My idea was bad,but Greg's work was good,he would not accept any payment,saying basically you gave us alot of work renovating your house,this is for friendship.The work GG&L did on our house was extensive and well done.It was our first experience with a general contractor,so I have nothing to compare our experience with.But judging from the horror stories we have heard from others about their contractor experiences,I would say G.G.&L are head and shoulders above most. You should give them a try.

It went very well. It turned out great. They met their timetable that they promised. They got everything done and it looks great. They work hard and they get the job done on time.

I had very good results. I will use them again. I continue using them for minor things throughout the year. They were very thorough. They explained to be what needed to be done. They were upfront whether or not needed to be done immediately or it could be something that it could wait. They were good in cleaning up behind themselves. They were very good in cleaning up everything, they make sure of that and just the way it was; there was nothing left showing that they had been there other than the job that they did. There was no dirt when they were finished.

I was very pleased with service. They came out and retiled one bathroom and new fixtures in the second bathroom. They painted it, new toilets in each bathrooms. New light fixtures in the primary bathroom and a new mirror. I would highly recommend them.

i did not hire them because it was more than i could afford; however, the owner (George?) was incredibly professional, responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

I've had them a couple of times. They were wonderful! They were good. I would use them again for sure. Their price is a little high, but they are very good. The first time I used them they were the highest of all but they did everything. I didn't have to get a different person and do work with each piece. I like their punctuality, their honesty, and their friendliness. The workers are always very good, they come on time, and they leave on time. The pricing is a little on the high side but it's comparable.
