Description of Work: Owner Dan Walls came out for the inspection. He is a truly honest businessman who didn't feel comfortable about guaranteeing his work because of the scope of the termite problem. I wish I could have worked with him. If you want honesty and professionalism, he's your guy.

Description of Work: They sent out a representative to review my Termite issue. They were timely, and clean (put on booties before they came in the house) Upon inspection (which was free), they let me know that unfortunately I had dry wood termites, as we found multiple sites with frass (the little piles of dirt on the floor the termites create), and of dropped wings. I was prepared for that, and accepted their recommendation for full house tenting. They gave a fair estimate, and made sure we got our house properly prepared. They sent over their representatives twice to check that we'd done everything necessary. The house is free of all bugs now (gas will do that), and under warranty, which is very important for resale. I've already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: Dan came to my home. He was right on time, very courteous, very kind. He took one look at my problem and saw that I did not have termites. I just had ants. He didn't ask me for any more money despite the fact he drove all the way out here. Honest and professional I would definitely use them again.
