The service went very well. First, the technician was not just on time, he was a few minutes early. I really liked that since, in my book, punctuality suggests he takes the work seriously. I thought he was professional, knowledgeable, focused and highly skilled. He was able to answer all of my questions and did so with a smile. This company lived up to its already high praise from others on Angie's List. I would definitely use them again.

The first year could have been better, though they did come free of charge every time I called after seeing a dead roach (or rarely live) in the house. After a year I became quite concerned about seeing these little surprises in the mornings since I had few issues with a previous service I used. I discussed my concerns with the office about the strength of the formula, and it seems they may have been using a weaker formula. The first technician was not that helpful or informative...In any case, he left, and the new technician is a wonderful young man-- and whatever they did to change it seems to be working much better now...keeping my fingers crossed. The new technician is helpful, friendly, quite knowledgeable and respectful.

We were having a roach problem, much bigger than I thought. Brian was scheduled to come the same day I called, but due to mechanical difficulties he was in able to make I, but he did call and make arrangements at my convenience to come that Saturday. He was on time and very thorough and very understanding. He has had to come back several times in order to get this problem under control. He was a pleasure to deal with and willing to do whatever it took to get the issue under control. I will continue to use Enviro-Safe, Brian to ensure I never have this problem again.
