Jordan arrived on time, and listened to my description of what bugs we have seen. He got right to work inspecting the house. He advised me of what he recommended to get rid of the bugs. He educated me as to what he was going to do, and reassured me about my concerns with pest control around small dogs and our pool. He told me exactly what he was using, where he was putting it, and what it's purpose was. Jordan was professional, patient with my concerns, and thorough. I highly recommend Jordan and Enviro-safe.

After first treatment, little sugar ants all but disappeared, but larger carpenter ants persisted in showing up in every room in the house. I called after a few days and the technician returned to my home to not only repeat the application, but visited my attic and took off switch plates to spray in the walls. Without actually locating the nest it is difficult to totally get rid of the ants. He also said he would consult with his boss to determine if there needed to be next steps. It has not been four days since the last treatment and I've seen only one ant. Let's hope that's the end of it. The technician was very respectful, concerned and professional. There was no question as to how often he would come back until this problem was resolved.

I've had a very good experience with them. It's excellent. The service is very good. I would definitely use them in the future.

The company was great. We had palmetto bugs and this company did a great job getting rid of them after the initial treatment.

Coleman arrived right on time. He was very pleasant efficient. I did pay extra for the mouse trapping, with the vendor monitoring the traps. I was lucky enough to have others here to look at it periodically so that wasn't necessary. Unfortunately, the mouse never took the bait so I was told to throw out the glue boards last week. Nonetheless, I would use this company again.

They did an excellent job. Jason came out about a year ago and sprayed for ants. He is courteous, efficient and very thorough.

Had a service for entire house and exterior near foundation about a month ago. Noticed small ants crawling from outside patio up to ceiling. Call enviro safe and they came out no questions asked to retreat the problem area. Fantastic customer service, response times. And they are extremely helpful when messaging through Angie's list.

It was good. I had an ant problem and he solved it. I haven’t seen ants since. I have their monthly service.

I moved to Southern Florida from Minnesota and found the home I was renting had some Palmetto bugs getting inside. I was told this was pretty common but I'm not one for common. I wanted them OUT. I had seen that this company had good reviews so called them. .Jason arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous as well as very knowledgable. He sprayed all around the outside of the house and dusted under sinks and any openings. He also set traps for ants even though I was not having an issue with that. He also gave me tips on how to block up the openings to ensure there would be less chance of new visitors. He did not try to sell me any more work than I asked for nor did he try to get me to sign a long term contract. He said they would call in 2-3 months to see how things were going and if I wanted them to re apply at that time they would do so. The price was reasonable and the service great. The gals in the office were extremely friendly and once again did not try to rape me on services I did not need. They have called back twice to check if I have had any problems...I am happy to say I have none!

Provider came to home, sprayed and laid traps. We went on vacation for 3 weeks almost immediately after. House was bug free for a few days when we came back but then we saw numerous sugar ants all over the house for some reason. We called within 30 days and they came to treat again. Several weeks later, no major issues. Overall, pleased with the professionalism of the company and plan to use them again in a few months.

Also have quarterly and bimonthly options. I did a service pre-move in to a new home.

Called because my husband has set traps in the attic and we caught 2 rats. We wanted the rats eliminated and find how they are getting into the house. The lady explained that what they could do is set traps in the attic (we already do that) and they could not walk on our roof for liability reasons. Well, what if they are getting in through one of the traps (pipes) on the roof? We need to not only kill the ones that are in the attic - we need to prevent their entry. She suggested we call our roofer - our roof is 3 yrs old - our roofer said we need to call for rodent trapping and prevention first. Don't know about pest protection - sounds like they do not want to deal with rodent protection.....

This company did a fabulous job - coming back free if there is any issue with ants reappearing which only happened once.. They are knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I couldn't have asked for more!!

Very good service from the time I placed my initial phone call to the the time Jason came out and sprayed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. Was neat and clean and did as advertised. I chose not to use the quarterly or monthly service offered, but would definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

We are still having the ant problem but Jason said it might get worse before it gets better. So we are in a wait and see mode at the moment. May need monthly service until problem is cleared. Does it really cost $110.00 for initial service and is this a bargain? I don't know as I have not used exterminators in the past 10 years.

I contacted the company over a weekend, and got a prompt reply from Cindy. She answered all of my emails quickly and was very friendly when we spoke on the phone. Made an appointment for 10 this morning, and Ty showed up a few minutes early and answered all of my (million) questions. He did a thorough job was very professional and friendly, and will be returning every 3 months for maintenance treatments. While I hate to need an exterminator, it is awesome to find one that has such friendly and accommodating professionals!
