Always very professional and thorough. But there is still a problem in some areas of the house where problem existed previously. I will need to contact them again for treatment but I would still recommend them for their attention to detail and professionalism.

Ants are very persistent and Enviro has had to come back to retreat, at no cost, and have been very responsive. Jason is great.

Everything is good. I have used them before and I like them. I will use them again. I wish it wasn?t so much money but they usually can get the bugs. Some people say they can?t do German roaches and I have German roaches which I brought in from school. I brought them in my car, then they came inside the house. I read online that there are some people who are cheaper but they can?t get rid of German roaches. But these people were able to get rid of them. I think the price is too much. Somebody recommended them to me and I like them.

Everything went well. they perform what they said and were punctual.

I cannot say better things about this company! 1-HONESTY!! The girl on the phone dissuaded me from services I thought I needed . She convinced me that I did not need that service because it would be a waste of money!! 2-PROFESSIONAL- the technician that came was very professional. I didn't want anything inside becuase of the babies and he did a great job. So far thrilled!!!

I was very impress that Jason pulled out the stove and fridge to get behind and spray, I have had a big problem with roaches he also sprayed underneath the house as well.

I live in a condo on the 6th floor, right across from the trash shoot, so I was having issues with palmetto bugs, unfortunately (my worst nightmare!). I hired Envirosafe after finding a deal on Angie's List that was far less than the other bigger names in the area, and I have to say, for the 2 years that I've been using them, I have never see another bug in my home. Sid is my tech, who's great. He's incredibly prompt, fast and professional. I'm a female who lives alone, and I never once felt uncomfortable with having Sid in my home. Envirosafe doesn't spray any chemicals indoors, which made me feel better about breathing in the nasty stuff. Rather, he sprayed outside (even in the trash shoot room), on my patio, and used gels and other non-airborne deter ants in all cabinets, under sicks, under appliances, etc. where critters like to hide. I'd recommend them to anyone.

It went well. He was very professional in explaining what he was going to do. He did the job and then told me what I could expect in the next few days and that I should follow up with them if I have any concerns.

The gentlemen were always punctual, and always respectful of my home and family. They always pick up the phone and let us know the ETA on the service calls. Carpenter ants are stubborn, but they were gone after 2 sprays, exterior then interior, along with the sugar ants. crazy ants took over a few months after the carpenter and sugar ants were gone, and they were even more stubborn... eventually disappeared after several sprays. The cost was in line with most other companies for the services provided. Thanks everyone for great service!

Sid showed up on time and was very helpful. The company has followed up on all of my questions and requests and has even offered to come back once I found separate types of bugs. I would definitely recommend their service! Helpful and friendly.

I was looking for help in ridding my rodent problem both in my attic and behind the walls in my laundry room as well as determining how they were gaining entry and preventing this from happening again. My situation was above the services offered by envirosafe but they were courteous enough to tell me that upfront as well as recommend another company that would be able to handle my issues. Cindy was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you - would definitely use this company if I could!!

We have been customers of this company for over 10 years and never had a complaint. They were always reliable, responsive and professional. Late last year we had a new tech that arrived at our house 2 hours before the time of our appointment then called us to see where we were. We told him we would be home by the pre-arranged appointment time. We have always been scheduled for every other month on Saturdays which is clearly stated on our invoice. The tech usually calls during the week to schedule a time. All of a sudden we were no longer getting calls.......why?? Because they are no longer working Saturdays. So I guess they just drop you if you had Saturday service instead of letting you know of their new hours. So I scheduled a weekly appointment, stayed home and met the tech. No problems but I said can we please set up a re-occurring appointment as you all don't call anymore. He said fine wrote the new appointment date on the invoice. I stayed home again - and no tech! Needless to say I shouldn't have to work this hard to get someone to come to my home. Obviously something has changed at EnviorSafe and I don't think they are very interested in servicing custormers or ones that have been loyal to the company for many years. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Service was fine. They did what they agreed to perform. They were nice congenial people. I cannot grade the pricing since I did not do a survey anywhere else.

We had Enviro-safe out to treat for palmetto bugs and ghost ants previously. The treatment eradicated them. I noticed this week some weevils that may have recently hatched from moving boxes we had in storage, now moved into the house. I contacted Cindy at Enviro-safe and she got Jason out the very same day. He was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Jason listened to my concerns, did an inspection, and explained to me all about weevils. I had never had weevils before and knew nothing about them. Thanks Cindy and Jason!

I’ve been using them for almost a year and a half. Whatever they’re doing, I feel like it’s not very effective. The pests keep coming back. Otherwise, they come in time and the cleanup is good.

Jordan arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. He was personable and professional. He treated my home for ghost ants and roaches. He also sprayed the lawn for fleas. I highly recommend this company.

Jason knows what he's doing. He does a great job getting rid of the ants. I had a large amount of ants and he was able to eliminate all of them. I also like that they have a 30 day return guarantee if I see any ants. I don't mind paying the extra money if it kills the ants and not my cats -- and they accomplished that.

I found that my new home had a significant ant problem. I spoke with the vendor who was able to schedule a technician within hours. The work was performed as promised. A few weeks later, the problem persisted. I called the vendor back who sent out a technician a second time to treat the affected areas. I have been away for a few weeks so I don't know if the problem has been completely resolved quite yet.

excellent. very knowledgeable, courteous, always puts on shoe mittens to avoid dirt, as an example. I continue to use their services for monthly maintenance. They call each time to remind me of my service, and then schedule accordingly. They are always on time.
